So after all this time, needed to change brake pads. Went to take off tire and found the lug bolts on the brand new wheel that caliber replaced are stripped. Two out of five were impacted so tight it stripped the heads. Now cannot access brakes ti repair and may have to cut off new wheel go repair the problem these people created. Its neverending, take my advice. Steer clear of this shop. If not, your at fault for not listening. read more

If they miss anything on a repair, they will and have scheduled a follow up to take care of the issue. That's all I can honestly ask for when repairing something as complicated as cars are these days. (-10) PLEASE - The worst car experience I've ever had. I keep my vehicle super clean and had taken my car for hail repair damage to CC and walked out with the below damage (oh yes I have many photos): 1) Grease on the the interior roof; 2) Dirty foot prints inside throughout; 3) Snags on my back seat from a shoe or belt buckle; 4) Visors broken; 5) Eyesight broken; 6) Spots of hail damage still visible; 7) Interior panels off that I had to reinstall; 8) POOR customer service. Every time I took it back to get something else fixed they broke another item! It was awful. At the end of the day I have to say that once I had gotten in contact with the Regional Manager (Luke Jolley) he was very helpful and put me in contact with the General Manager below him, Jeremiah. They were very attentive in trying to get this resolved, but I stated above there was always - always something else when my car was given back. I couldn't believe it! They ended up refunding me my insurance deductible, had to replace my back seat, replace my visors, and replace my eye sight all of which were damaged in my Subaru Crosstrek. Though they did so all of this to make it right and paid for a detail of my car, this should have never happen and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. So, yes - I would definitely give Caliber Collision a -10 for the most awful experience ever!!! Thank you for your time and I hope this helps you so that you do not end up where I was. I was there at 11:14am for my 11:15am appointment. Receptionist said fill out these papers...I said you already have all this info and she said "Yes we do...no need for paperwork". So I waited until 11:29 when Brian walked out with a clipboard. He said "How are you"? I said "Impatient; I've been waiting since 11:15". He said "I was working". I said "I was watching you standing there talking to someone sitting at a desk for 10 minutes and I had an appointment for 11:15". We then went outside and it took 2 minutes for him to look at the truck. Went back in and he said "Wait here and I'll prepare your estimate". I told Receptionist to email me the estimate and left. Received the email with my estimate after about 5 minutes. Called and asked for an explanation of Other ($3.00) and Miscellaneous ($204.99) charges. Total estimate was $958.40. Receptionist said Brian was busy and will call back. So I may never get an explanation for the charges... Not getting my vehicle fixed at that location...over my dead body. I hate being treated badly as a customer and just can't seem to keep my mouth shut about that!! read more

I went into caliber collision based on the recommendation from my dealer because this particular shop was certified for Honda. I showed them what looked like a mess that had eaten through the clearcoat on my car door. Rather than quote me a price for a repair, Gwen went in the back and grabbed a polish gun and some different solvents to use. She tried a couple of different things, found something that actually removed it and restored the paint/coat, And asked if she could take it around and have them just take care of it right now. 30 minutes of sitting in there comfortable and clean waiting room, she came back and informed me that everything was finished and they were double checking it. Nicest of all, they did not charge me for their time on that. We had our damaged vehicle transported to this location just as they were closing up for the day. We arrived just as the employees were leaving and they went back in, opened up for us, took the vehicle off the flatbed and processed the paperwork. How's that for customer service?! Even though the vehicle ended up being totaled and the vehicle was there for almost 20 days and we were never hassled. The insurance company was pretty slow at handling everything, but Caliber was polite and understanding. I'm thinking four and a half stars, but I'll go with the five. I had my Kia worked on here. My experience was fairly standard, in terms of collision repair. (My car is a magnet for people that don't pay attention when driving.) They set up the initial evaluation quickly and it lasted only 15 minutes. They didn't go under the car to check the damage to the bumper, which meant that their estimate was going to be off. (I knew that, they knew that, my insurance knew that. Just be sure you know that.) When we got the work done, the receptionist was nice, but the system could have been organized better. I came in right at my appointment time, and things weren't ready. (Hence the desire to drop a half stars.) I had to wait a while, and it really wasn't necessary. Turned out a new bumper was needed. No surprise there. They still finished the car in two days, though. Work was good, and they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. They called the second day to let us know what was happening. What impressed me was the extra thing they did: The techs also buffed and polished out a big scrape from the front bumper at no cost to us. In fact, they didn't even mention it. They didn't redo the bumper, but the polishing was enough that you don't really see the scrape...you just feel it. I noticed it by accident. You know how you sometimes walk by a car because you think it isn't yours? I did that, because I didn't see the scrape my husband put on the car a month after we bought it. I had to double back and see my license plate. That's worth an extra star...though now I don't have the visible reminder to rib my hubby on his driving. read more

I waited a month for an appointment at Caliber Collision after my car was broken into. When I arrived, they couldn't find my paperwork and said I didn't have an appointment. The woman at the front desk was very kind, but the person who came to take pictures of my car refused to help me, saying I needed to schedule an appointment (waiting another month). I explained that I had an appointment, but he seemed uninterested in helping in any way. My insurance adjuster had the info about my appointment, so why didn't Caliber? After having my car repaired by the Corinth location, I truly felt taken advantage of. The paint flaked, peeled, and was not sprayed evenly. My head lights had overspray inside of them. And not everything agreed to be repaired was was fixed. I addressed this with my advisor. He promised to make it right. However, he stopped taking my calls and never returned them. After 3 months of trying yo contact him, I gave up. When I traded the vehicle in, the appraiser showed me multiple issued which should have been repaired. read more

I took my car in because my fuel door was keyed. Because I have previously had a good experience with Caliber in Corinth, that's where I took it thinking it'd take no time to get it repainted and have my car looking good as new. My review is for Caliber Collision as a whole, Marc (the guy supposedly taking care of my car), and his manager John Asikis. I took my car in first thing on a Wednesday morning, they took my fuel door off and told me it'd take half a day once they got it in within the next couple of days. The following Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from Marc stating that they couldn't match the paint and that I needed to bring my car back in to get a better picture to match the paint. I took my car back that Thursday and was told it would be done in half a day. It has now been a week since then and I still don't have my fuel door. I have been patient up until the 2 week mark. It's not a crucial piece of my vehicle, but I also don't live or work in Corinth and so I'm having to make a trip every time I drive out there. Yesterday I e-mailed both Marc and his manager, neither of which has responded, asking what the status was. Yesterday, since there was no response, I called and found out that Marc was out, however, apparently no one else is able to do any work or serves as backup when he was out. I was also told he would contact me first thing this morning and he never contacted me. After calling and sitting on hold for 10 minutes I finally spoke to Marc who spit out a few excuses about being out of the office and people being at school. If everything shuts down because the shop doesn't have adequate staffing, that is a symptom of poor management. If Marc doesn't attempt to communicate the status of a job that should have taken half a day to complete, whether it is his fault or not, that is a symptom of being a poor employee. read more
