After replying with the pictures, VIN, and also letting them know that I could come in person if needed. Two days passed, still no response so I sent a follow up email asking if anything else was needed/if the pictures sent alright. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back. They gave us a Ford Escort loaner and have my one year old Subaru Solterra which they are periodically driving (my phone app tracks this) They should have NOT taken my car until the parts were delivered and ready to be installed The Ford Escort loaner is eating up gas and isn't robust enough to haul heavy shipments to UPS. The…read morereplacement parts industry hasn't been holding the line on quality but Certified's mechanics are good at identifying when a bad part comes in. Very thorough repairs, service advisors are civil and explain things carefully, and they will drive you home and pick you up if you don't have an alternate ride. And for a two-bay shop, they were able to take me in very quickly, and did not keep the truck longer than one overnight. Nowadays, EVERY visit to a shop means a bill in high three figures, if not low four figures, and I have no way to calculate comparative economics. Certified is now my go-to repair shop. Preferred over AJ's and definitely over Power GMC.
