I have to say- I was skeptical when mike called to say my car was done since I just dropped it off this morning... However- I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to find out they spent the day on doing a "conditioning" to my bumper (where they can sand down, fill areas with the same material the bumper's made from, cook it and paint) and it was being detailed while the bumper was worked. Granted, my car is a 2010 Honda accord coupe that's had a couple aftermarket additions (non-burner) but I doubt the year and make of the car has much to do with the pride of the repair shop. I saw another truck leaving (Toyota something) that had $4000 in damage apparently and the owner was just as surprised as I was that he received his truck in only 4 days. This place leaves people in awe apparently. I have to also compliment their detail work- wow that was an $80 detail in itself included in the repair. So let's talk about cost- this was a dent from some lady that hit us and was covered by geico. Everywhere else wanted $900+ and a new bumper +paint... They originally quoted $576 and 3 days in case of damage under the bumper. They called back and let me know it would only be 471 and it only took one day! Awesome! That's called being efficient. The job is flawless and everything was as tight as I brought it in. Great job global! Then... To take it a step further, I had debadged my car of logos and the rear had two pin holes from the logo support that no one knew about before I remove it... They actually quoted me 800 earlier today for it and I suppose the manager or owner came to see and he said it was easily a $400 job and he'd even write up a new ticket for just $350. 3 other body shops in town quoted $850-950. I think this shows how easy things actually are and when someone recognizes the actual job needed- they can make a better quote while still making profit. That is true business. At the beginning of June, I had about the strangest thing happen to my "bucket-list" dream car - a new Aston Martin Virage. I was driving to work down I-25 when a glass table top flew off a flatbed trailer in front of me, landed in my lane, and shattered into about a million pieces which were still airborne when I had to drive through them. (It happened so fast I had no time to miss them.) Anyway, I had shards of glass embedded in every body panel on the car, in every wheel, both headlights, the grill, and the front portions of the engine (condenser, etc.), the windshield, the mirrors, everywhere. It was about the freakiest occurrence I could imagine. I talked to the Aston Dealer as well as my insurance company, and they sent me to Global Collision, the only authorized Aston Martin repair shop in Colorado. After getting over the initial shock of the extent of the damage, and determining the car was not totaled, we got going on the repair. I initially dealt with Michael Alexander regarding the damage estimation and the insurance work. He also ordered the plethora of parts from Britain that were going to need to be replaced. Jake Shaw was very involved in overseeing the actual repair work to the car. Between these two guys, they could not have been more professional. I got the car back ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be more pleased. The finished product is amazing. I honestly think the car looks better than new, and it only had 2000 miles on it when this happened. I was recently rear ended and the person's insurance company recommended Caliber Collision due to the convenient location and on-site Enterprise rental. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the staff and only waited a moment before the service advisor Michael Alexander came over to go over the process of what all would be happening as far as the damage assessment, etc. He checked my car over and said the damage really wasn't too bad - just a few scratches and some paint on my bumper from the other car. He was totally honest with me and said most people would try to up-sell a customer and convince them to fix other pre-existing damages but he wasn't out to do that. He took my car and power washed it and buffed out a couple places - including one on a side panel that was unrelated to the accident - all over the course of about 15 minutes. After doing all that you could hardly even see the scratches on my bumper from the other car. They did the estimate for repairs and I opted for a check for the damages rather than having it repaired since it was hardly even noticeable. The entire process was smooth and easy, and I definitely appreciated Michael Alexander's honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be using Caliber Collision again and will recommend them to those in need as well. read more

I was fine but Joseph (old coot) admitted fault, rec'd a ticket, was shaken up, airbag curtain deployed, EMT suggested he get checked out as his car bounced and was undrivable. So, I subrogated against Farmers Ins [ Joe's Insurance ] and they were great... A VERY NICE adjuster named Maggie. ''THEY ARE FARMERS... DUM DEE DUMM DUMM DUM DUM DUM!'' The eventual SILVER LINING is Connor at Caliber Collision in Aurora Co. Holy Cow! This guy has GREAT bedside manner [or, rather CRASH side manner] as he treated me like I was FAMILY from the JUMP! Connor is a valuable addition to the Caliber Group..... which BTW I now see everywhere.... EVERYWHERE! I haven't had a need for a body shop since the mid 90's... SO I never paid much attention to all of the Calibers. Their MOTTO of ''RESTORING the RHYTHM of MY LIFE'' was manifested with style & grace by the Aurora location by Connor, and including Ariana, Maddie and the entire front of the house. Took late model Subaru with Hail damage to caliber Collision in Longmont, CO. USAA Insurance Claim. Had some issues at first. Estimate was for 4 days and $3000. Turned out to be $6000 (still covered by insurance) and two weeks. However... the only real problem was a lack of communications the first few days. I had not been informed the 4 days and $3000 was a "preliminary" estimate. I was also not informed at first of the extent of work to be done...un-weld and remove/replace roof... air bags etc. Was to be paintless... but was not. After working with Manager and tech, I had everything explained to me... to my satisfaction. This was a LEARNING experience for me too. They worked with us... changed how they were going to do the repairs...without replacing the roof... and completed the repairs at the time we needed the car. And I will tell you all that the REPAIRS...WORKMANSHIP... and attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. The car looks brand new, and you could NEVER tell there was even a single hail dimple in the car. ALL BUSINESSES HAVE PROBLEMS. BUT IT'S HOW THEY HANDLE THE PROBLEMS THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. read more

I would never, never recommend this shop. I had my car towed there after being hit by a driver who ran a red light. Like the other folks who have written reviews, I brought it here upon Geico's recommendation as they were covering the cost of the repairs. After 3 weeks of poor communication, they called to say the car was done. I picked it up only to find they had neglected to repair the damage to the inside of the car. There were huge cracks everywhere as well as someone else's dark gray parts replaced in my tan interior. The work they had done to repair the damage to the outside of the car was visibly sloppy with pieces not sealed correctly. Rather than an apology, their first response was "You mean it wasn't like this before?" and then "The mechanic who started the repairs on your car was fired after taking your car apart..." This shop does not have it together and I truly believe they will leave you with a car that not only isn't fixed to its original condition, but it may also be unsafe. I immediately brought my car to another shop to finish the repairs. I will never recommend Global Collision. read more

I must start off by saying that unfortunately I have experienced some bad luck with body shops in the Denver area. I was referred to Global Collision by Geico and must say my experience here was very positive. The staff is very friendly and consistent with their follow up. I received 3 phones calls throughout the one week my Toyota FJ Cruiser was in the shop. These phone call were to update me on the progress they were having with repairing my SUV. I've never had that kind of customer service before especially with body shops. My FJ Cruiser was pretty banged up on the right side including both doors. Not only did they successfully fix the damage, the paint job makes my SUV look like new. I honestly can count the amount of times I've written a "Yelp Report" on one hand. I'm happy to do it for Global Collision. They are trustworthy, professional, personable and just an overall great shop. Global Collision will receive my business in the future. read more

This place is amazing. I went in for hail damage of which was so bad that they were tempted to total my 2004 honda crv but they decided to go ahead with the repairs anyway. Knee deep into my repairs, they discovered more damage of which would then put me in the range to total my car. However, they just kept on going repairing my car. Not only did they do a beyond amazing job (which included replacing most of my car and then repainting my entire car) but they ALSO REPAIRED A DENT AND SCRATCH THAT WASN'T EVEN FROM HAIL DAMAGE and they knew that!!! They were soooo excited to show me my car when I came to pick it up because they had put their heart and soul into repairing it. Customer service was beyond amazing as well. Amazing all around. I will only ever take my car here now! The entire thing to basically get a brand new car was $250. I am so incredibly grateful. read more

Jake Shaw and his team have once again surpassed my expectations and not only delivered my car back in mint condition, but also beat the allotted time to complete the work..... I do not take these reviews lightly and do not send often. However, when I receive superior service consistently (three times in fact!), it warrants the effort to write this: This particular Caliber shop should be the gold standard for other locations in the chain to follow as an example. I highly recommend Global Collision. I took my 2007 Nissan Altima there after searching for a Geico Auto Repair Xpress. After reviewing my claim with the Geico agent, Michael from Global Collision walked me though exactly what they would do to fix my car. He updated me with repair status and my car was done before his estimated date. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find it repaired to showroom quality and fully detailed! My paperwork included a written guarantee of their work for the life of my car, and Jake stayed after hours, in the rain, to answer any questions I had about the repairs. Overall, my Altima needed nearly $3000 worth of work. Global Collision was worth every penny. They clearly care about their customers and my experience could not have been better. read more

These guys were great, my car was recently vandalized along with about 10 other cars in my parking lot. Someone spray painted the hood. I went here hoping to fix the issue for cheaper than what my insurance deductible would have been and they simply cleaned the paint off for free! And it only took about a half an hour before they were finished. I was very happy to see people who actually cared. I told them what had happened and they were willing to help. I was pleased with the customer service before they even told me they wouldn't charge me, which made it that much better. Not only was the service and atmosphere great, They did a great job. My hood looked like it did when I first got the car. I don't expect everything they do to be free, but I will definitely go back for any body work I need done. read more

I imagine many people are pretty frustrated having to deal with a car accident - all the inconvenience, etc. I certainly was! Caliber did a really good job of making the repair process easy for me. But, what impressed me the most - and the reason I signed up for Yelp specifically so that I could make this post - was how they handled a small problem that came up after everything seemed to be complete. So many businesses brush off, or try to gloss over, little things that come up after the fact, but Jake jumped right in and handled everything promptly - even incurring some out-of-pocket expenses to make sure everything was done correctly. I brought in my car to get repaired yesterday, and had an incredible experience. The receptionist was very helpful in outlining the process and coordinating a rental car for me (although I ended up not needing it). Alex then took me to my car and walked me through everything he would be doing to it, and only a few hours later, I got a call that it was already finished - I thought it would take at least 3 days! I wasn't able to pick up my car since it was in work hours, so Alex coordinated for his manager and a colleague to drop it off. The car was in perfect condition, and he even touched up other little nicks on my car with the leftover paint, which was so kind and very much appreciated. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience and I can't recommend Caliber Collision/Alex enough! read more

Today was my second experience with Global Collision. The first was when they did an outstanding repair on my Dodge Cummins 2500 Diesel truck. I had taken the side off and they did such an outstanding repair you couldn't even see where the damage had been done. They were quick with the repair and I was more than pleased with the service. I stopped today to have a small repair done. I had no appointment but they took my car and had it just like new in no time. The staff was courteous and helpful. I am so grateful to have a repair shop that I can depend on to do an excellent job and also be kind and considerate. Cannot say enough about the entire team at Caliber. Recently got into a serious accident and repairs took 2+ months, Rick M was my service advisor and took extremely good care of my vehicle. Even though it was a lengthy job Rick always communicated with me to let me know where the project was at. Even went above and beyond to replace a couple parts on his own accord. Then had an issue with a part about a week after repairs were complete. Took it back and Alex P. offered to replace the defective part on his own accord as well. Have never received such thoughtful and kind treatment by any company, let alone an autobody shop. Global Collision represents the ideal in customer service. If only all businesses ran with their business model............. First, my insurance company adjuster (Geico) was there as promised. The rental car agency had an agent on site. VERY convenient. However, Global Collision is the star of the show. They gave me a turnaround time for my car's repair that exceeded my expectations. AND, a Global associate called me several times to give me a status update on the car. Lastly, when I my car was returned, the workmanship was supberb. Caliber did an amazing job with my daughter's 2017 Jeep Wrangler that was hit while parked on the street. The estimate process was extremely smooth because our insurance was able to let Caliber handle it all. The updates on the vehicle were nice to get both via text and personally from Jake Shaw. Jake managed this process as if it were his own daughter's car. The tire that was damaged was one of the snow tires. It was replaced and Caliber even put our regular tires on the vehicle for us! My car was sideswiped by a young lady who had Geico insurance. They set me up with an appt with Global on a Friday, rental car was waiting for me, I was probably in there a total of 15 minutes to drop off my car. They kept me informed of additional damages they found that would be no expense to me of course, and let me know that it might be ready the following Tuesday. When it wasnt ready they called me to let me know the reasoning was it still needed to be detailed and I could pick it up Wednesday, which I did, looking good inside and out. Our 4 runner was hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver and we wanted to keep it since it had been in such good shape.
