I was rear-ended in my sedan by an F150 and decided to take my car to Caliber on Iron Rock for evaluation and repairs. Michael was wonderful at explaining all the damage to me, and also the options regarding insurance, just to make sure I was okay with leaving the car to be "pulled apart" so the full extent of the damage could be assessed. He was a very patient and answered all of my questions, so I felt comfortable with my decision to leave the car. After full evaluation the car ended up being totaled by the other driver's insurance company. The owner of Caliber, David, called me to confirm I was giving authorization for the insurance company to come and take my car. David explained in detail the situation with my car, and also my options with the insurance claim. He explained much more than the insurance adjuster did. He spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me talking through everything, after which I felt good about my decision to let the insurance company take the car. This was a very stressful situation that Michael and David did an excellent job of smoothing over and helping me to make good decisions with my choices. Got my SUV back last week and I couldn't be more pleased with Calibur Collision. When your car gets hit, it's a stressful event and they made the process stream less. They kept me informed almost every day. You wouldn't know the car was damaged.Great paint job. Taren was amazing to talk too. They wanted to make sure if I needed a rental which I declined but they would take care of all that for me. What they didn't know is this was the third time I had used them. I just had an incredible experience at Caliber Collision in Elk Grove on Iron Rock Way. My Mom had hit the side of her garage with her car and popped out the side light. We drove to Caliber as a walk in and we were immediately greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. We were assigned to Alveen to give us an estimate. Alveen was very nice and professional.
