I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday end of day. It wasn't ready until Thursday, which was already an inconvenience due to my rental situation. When I picked up my car, everything seemed fine at first. However, once I got home and looked more closely, I noticed multiple areas that looked foggy, almost like the clear coat had been damaged. I contacted them and was told it was likely overspray and to bring it back in. They took the car again, "fixed" it, and returned it washed--so it looked okay at the time. The next day, I got a call saying they had forgotten to put my emblem back on, which meant yet another trip back. A few days later, after finally washing my car myself, I noticed the same foggy issue was still there--especially when the car was wet. At that point, it was clear the problem was never properly fixed. I reached out again with photos, and now it's been almost a week with no response. While they were apologetic, the overall experience was frustrating. I brought my car in for a minor dent that I could have lived with, and now the finish looks worse than before. I ended up having to fix the issue myself, which should not be the case after taking it to a professional auto body shop. They've done one of our other vehicles, so back we went and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The communications were frequent and clear. They never hid anything. They made sure to verify before starting, and just kept us in the loop, sometimes better than my insurance carrier. Text messages to inform what step they were in during the process. DONE: The quality was as if it came straight off the assembly line. No imperfections, no two tone colors (matched perfectly). No wavy panels. What I'm saying is it's BETTER than superior quality work! From the office staff to the shop, nothing but professional conduct. the pricing was super close to the estimated. Nothing inflated. From the moment I walked in, Emmanuel, the service advisor, was kind, attentive, and informative. He clearly communicated the timeline and process, which made me feel at ease. When it came time to pick up my car, however, the paint on the new bumper was noticeably off--it was a completely different shade of white and didn't match the rest of the car at all. To their credit, Emmanuel and the general manager, David, immediately acknowledged the issue. They explained the mismatch likely happened because my vehicle had been previously repainted, which made color matching more complex. Despite my insurance declining to cover the repaint, Caliber stepped up and told me they would make it right--at no additional cost to me. Emmanuel kept me informed the entire time, and we scheduled a time to bring the vehicle back in. They took special care with the new paint, using a blend technique to get the best match possible given the different tones on the car. The work took about three days, exactly as promised. When I picked up the vehicle, I was honestly blown away--the paint job looked fantastic. The match was pretty perfect, and it's clear that their painter, Freddie, is truly talented.
