Took my girlfriend's car in to get a taillight and some body damage corrected. We were told that the job would take a week, maybe as much as a week and a half. Three weeks later we finally got her car back. Tried to call many times and every time I got no answer and a voicemail message stating the mailbox is full. Everything looked good with the car until we noticed they took her phone charger, her phone stand, and the rubber stoppers in the cup holders. Then it rained over the weekend and water is leaking through the right back window, which was not effected in the accident but I assume they had to reassemble for the repair. Our car was in a highway accident that caved in the right front fender and side panel, with other damage underneath. Pereira scheduled us quickly, explained everything, kept us informed all the way, coordinated very professionally with our insurance company, and even called to ask if we might want to replace the other headlight, too, so that both would be new (they had both fogged up inside over time, so the car looked pretty weird with just one new headlight). There was no sales pressure, they were just giving us information. We replaced the other headlight (a non-insured add-on) and the car looks great. I Brought my Toyota 4runner in for a body repair estimate. I was scheduled a time to bring in my truck. I arrived to the shop at said time. The office was open, however no one was in either office. I asked a forklift driver, that pointed me towards another office for assistance. I was then seen by someone who took my basic information and photos and was told that I'd be hearing relatively soon. A week has passed, I called several times, left multiple voice mails. I finally received one call back and apparently none of my information was passed on to whoever to start the estimate, I finally received a text message today that I would be contacted. I was treated with nothing but class and good service. I had taken in my 2015 Ford F-150 pickup truck that had some front end damage. They took only a few days and replaced damaged boy parts with new Ford parts. My truck looked better than it had before the crash and looked almost brand new! I am so happy I chose Yobani to work on my car after I was involved in a car accident where the other driver took off. This car is my baby, its not my normal point A to B car, it's our weekend car and because of that I was very skeptical of where to drop it off. I had actually met Yobani a few months ago when I was shopping around quotes for other body work I might want to consider and while I never got the chance to use his shop before the accident, needless to say he was at the top of my list for this repair. When we were reviewing the car, he spent the most amount of time analyzing the damage and determining the best course for repair. He didn't cheap out where the insurance company wanted to. He came up with a vastly different repair strategy that would allow the car to look 100% instead of running the risk of the doing it the "recommended" way and it turning out just ok. I was a very particular customer and they handled me with great patience. Yadi, in the office was amazing to work with. She knew the loopholes I would need to jump through to get what I wanted done correctly. She was proactive, and because of this, I got the car repaired how I wanted with the parts I wanted. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday and by Wednesday I was back at the shop to look at a wheel that was ordered(as required by the insurance company) so I could verify that it wasn't the same kind and quality, but more importantly, in less than 24 hours the body damage was gone! It was ready for paint. The only delays in the process were the result of the insurance hoops which Yadi prepared me for. I did have to not accept the car upon pickup because I could see some irregularities in the paint which were a result of the polishing of the car. Mistakes happen, but what impressed me the most was that Yobani didn't even disagree with me, he wanted to re-paint the entire side of the car and make it perfect. They were incredibly apologetic and had the car back to me in a few days. The car is returned to me and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. Yobani and his crew did extra work where they didn't need to, and had to fix some things that were a result of the previous owners negligence and cheap painting methods. Actions like this are what will keep me from ever considering another body shop should I require it. Their ability to navigate the insurance loopholes and going the extra 50 miles to make the customer happy, and realize that this was not just a car, but had deep sentimental value to me, and it was treated with the utmost care. read more

Super bummed I brought my brand new truck that had factory blemishes in paint and a parking lot fender bender to this shop. The dealer recommended them and so I decided to use them. The first time I picked up the truck there was multiple bubbles in the clear coat and all the trim pieces were loose and burned by the buffing wheel. There was also orange peel, over spray, rough sanded areas with unpolished paint and rough lines.They damaged every trim piece they touched and the window seal. Second time I pick it up it's just as bad plus water spots. Third time I pick it up it's even worse, no repaired trim moulding, rough paint in repaired areas and lots of bubbles in the paint in door jams and difficult areas. They left rough sanded area along my windshield. They promised they would order trim moldings and repair any unsatisfactory paint but after 7 weeks they couldn't finish the repair and claimed parts on back order until August. During the process they lost the employee that was handling my car. They never contacted my insurance like they claimed and want me to pay more than my paid in full to finish repairs. This shop is a joke, don't even trust them with a beater. It's unlikely the dealer ever reccomends this place again! Warning do not use this business unless you want sub standard work. The owner kept blaming the employees and couldn't accept his responsibility of the shop! read more
