Well, it's finally happened. This is a historical event in my life, as today marks the first time that I've ever been motivated to provide a written Yelp Review about any business. The extremely courteous and sensitive manner that was demonstrated by Juan and Elizabeth is beyond exceptional. Last month, (Winter 2015) I had the misfortune of creasing and damaging the body and paint to the driver's side doors, and pickup bed, of my premium and pricey pick up truck. It was on one of those dark and torrential down-pouring nights . As you know, it is a deep sick pain that you feel when you get your first glimpse of the damages to your "four wheeled baby". Then after you experience the misery of reporting the incident to your insurance company, the process of selecting the right auto body repair shop begins. Of course the insurance companies tend to try and lead you to their "preferred" list of repair shops, offering their own personal guarantee on the finish product. This can be the quickest way for many, just to get on with business, and not take the chance of selecting a shop that could bring disappointments and challenges. Something told me to do my homework and to trust in the Lord on this issue. I actually visited shops and was even taken on a couple of tours by the managers (one being on the "preferred list), but my instincts for trust and confidence weren't being stimulated. Finally, on a cold rainy morning, I did a web search and came upon Frisco's Auto Body Repair in Elk Grove, CA. I took my wounded truck (baby) and met with Elizabeth and Juan (Owners and Auto Body Artist), and immediately felt their warm and caring auras, which lead me to have that necessary sense of trust you need at a time like this. Elizabeth was helpful in arranging for my rental car to be present when the truck was dropped off, and picked up once the repair was completed. The best part was yet to come. When I picked up the vehicle, I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was amazed! The vehicle looked new and there was zero evidence that any damage had ever occurred to the truck! It was beautiful. Of course it was covered by my insurance, but I did receive a copy of the invoice. It was very reasonable and super fair pricing, especially with such a perfect outcome. I was looking for a body shop to repair my truck after someone backing into my rear side door on my 3500 Dually. I was not able to get a good reference from friends so, I went online for referrals. I also went with the suggestion from the insurance company which was also a fail. I saw very good reviews from customers that had their cars serviced at FRISCO AUTO BODY AND PAINT located at 9864 Dino Drive #10 in the city of Elk Grove. I decided to use FRISCO after looking at the photos posted on his webpage and speaking to Juan the owner of FRISCO AUTO BODY AND PAINT. Juan and Elizabeth are fantastic. As a personal injury attorney, I send all my clients seeking a body shop to them because they are the best. I also remind my client's that they have a right to choose their own body shop. Although the insurance company will try and 'point' a claimant to a 'preferred body shop', it's important to remember that an independent shop like Frisco's main concern is the customer's satisfaction, not the insurance company's satisfaction. I have personally used this shop after two rear-end collisions. Both times they have fought to make sure that the repairs were done right and the parts were appropriate. Both times the insurance company pushed back, but both times Juan's superior knowledge of my car prevailed and the repairs were ultimately approved. Who knows what would have happened if I had been at a shop who was concerned about keeping their business relationship with the insurance company. As for the work itself: impeccable. You would never know there was any damage. Plus, they detail the car afterwords better than any car wash I've been too. I'd give six stars if I could. read more

I have a 2000 Ford Super Duty with an older custom ghost flame job over original paint that had major rear quarter panel damage from a collision. I had taken my truck to several larger local shops recommended by my insurance agent and they were not confident that they could fix it and make it match. When I took it to Frisco, Juan was the first person that was confident in the repair. I was looking at getting the truck repainted at over 10K because of the others shops comments. Juan used a solution on it to check the condition of the paint and flames and determined that everything was still in good condition and a that a light color sand and re-clear would make it look like new for 1/3 the price. When I picked my truck up I was amazed at how good of a job he did and it looks like a new paint job and the flame colors are amazing. My car and truck buddies are very impressed and will be taking their vehicles there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or a new paint job. read more

The people here are so personable and kind, not to mention quick and effective when it comes to business. The office personnel were always the first to call me with updates on my Lexus SUV that had been horribly vandalized along with other vehicles on my street one day. My insurance had several shops, but after some research i found Frisco Auto Body, the first location was too busy so I went all the way to Elk Grove, from Roseville CA, and I'm glad i did! The insurance company was "on the ball" so to speak, however, Frisco Auto Body was quicker with updates and answering questions. By far the best shop I've ever had to deal with. Not only did they get my car back to me with haste, but they even did an over-the-top job cleaning the inside and making sure every little detail of the outside paint was perfect, they also re-shined my rims up for me!! I truly wish I had a before or after picture. I came across Yelps looking for body and paint shop and found Frisco. I had a type of scratch in the paint of my Dodge that when purchased at the dealership, I was promised it would not bubble or chip. Well it bubbled and chipped. Afraid it would grow I went to Frisco. Like I said wish I had a picture, dropped off the SUV on Monday 11/20 and was done 11/22 before Thanksgiving. The professional staff, the kindness and Juan expert knowledge of telling me the process of what they need to do was awesome. The young woman there who handles the calls is very good as well. It looks as if there was never a scratch. Please go to them they are awesome. Oh forgot to mentioned they detailed the inside of the car that was a surprised. Really awesome. I saw this shop on Yelp with excellent reviews so i went to them after my son rear ended somebody's car. I called late in the afternoon and Elizabeth answered promtly and Juan met us the next day which is a Saturday, very friendly and polite and reassured us right away that they can fix the car as brand new again. They dealt with the insurance company, called the rental car to pick us up on the same day. We got updates everyday and we got the car as promised- detailed cleaned and Elizabeth explained what they fixed on the car and gave us discount too! We were impressed not only how they do their job but the personal service they do. I needed front end damage repair from an auto accident. I chose Frisco's from the reviews here on Yelp compared to other body shops I looked at. The convenience of them providing a tow truck and working with my crazy hours of work made the process so easy. They made my car look like it was never involved in an accident. One of the headlights had to be replaced and Juan went out of his way to clean up the other headlight to match. My car is 18 years old and he match the paint perfectly to my surprise. Even cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice surprise I was not expecting. Elizabeth was very helpful with all my questions and dealt directly with the insurance company for me. I don't usually leave reviews but Frisco Auto Body & Paint deserves it. I brought my car in after some damage and they handled everything from start to finish with zero hassle. Straight up, they're honest, fair on price, and fast. The shop kept me updated the whole time, no runaround or surprises. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, paint matched perfectly, body lines clean, and they detailed it better than when I dropped it off. I brought my new 2017 Kia in because it was hit by a metal sign[3x4ft] flying out of a pick-up truck and scraping along the side of my one month old car! It made 2 long scratches and broke a piece off the door handle. Juan and Elizabeth were so pleasant and reassuring. I was so afraid the paint would not match! They assured me they would get it right. [it is an odd color] And they did!! you couldn't see any difference in color. The car is so new that Kia did not have a replacement door handle out yet. So Juan molded a piece of metal, welded it and painted it. You would never know it is not a new handle. Great job, Juan!! They even gave me a Senior Discount! What more could you ask? I had a an inch long scratch on the rear passenger side of my vehicle that was tired of seeing so I went in spoke to Juan who is the Owner. He was extremely nice, has great customer service skills. The people working for him were also very nice. I had gone to several places to get a quote on how much to repair that scratch who were quoting me between $3000 to $4000. They were wanting to paint both doors, remove the mirror, etc.. got a quote from Juan....he quoted me less than $900. He repaired the scratch, paint matched perfectly, he also helped with a chip I had on the hood of my car for no extra fee. Juan and Liz are awesome! I've been having problems with the tailgate on my Toyota Tundra pickup the latch would not open and the key wouldn't unlock it either. I needed to get the tailgate open for business purposes ASAP so I went over to Frisco Auto Body because they had repaired my truck in the past after being rear ended a few yrs ago where they also did an amazing job repairing my truck. Thanks to Juan he was able to quickly identify the problem and got the latch working again I can now open the tailgate and take care of my business I had scheduled for today. My car was damaged and I was referred by another collision center to take it to Frisco Auto Body & Paint. I'm very happy I did. Juan is very pleasant to work with. Fair pricing and absolutely excellent work! The job was completed precisely when promised and they even detailed the interior. My car looks better than it has in years!
