I worked with Juan to repair a dent on my brand-new truck (only 5k miles) following an accident. He was professional and thoroughly explained the repair process and timeline. While there was a slight delay due to a backordered front bumper from the manufacturer, the one-week turnaround was manageable since I had a rental. The truck looked great at pickup and drives perfectly. However, I've since noticed that the front headlight is taking on water during rain and car washes. Was super disappointed with this shop. After paying a small fortune and waiting for weeks, he did not end up fixing the actual problem that we had taken the car there for. In all fairness, the body work that he completed was done well. But the body work was the minor issue that we requested. Jose could never come up with a workable solution to the suicide door issue. After having the car for weeks and taking it apart, he couldn't fix the problem. So we ended up paying a large labor cost and we still have the same problem. He said when the car was dropped off that he could fix it. He did not. Use them at your own risk. read more

Juan is just amazing, he pays attention to the details as he repairs your vehicle to look just like new. We had a recent accident with our 2015 Corvette and I knew from past experience with Juan, he'd make our car look like new again. The icing on the cake, our insurance company was giving us some resistance. Juan looked at me and said don't worry, I'll take care of you. I was willing to make up any difference because Juan is a perfectionist. When we picked up our 2015 Corvette, it looked like it just came off of the showroom floor. Came for an estimate and was told by Juan he was going to order the supplies and it would take about 30 mins to fix my front bumper. I made an appt for another day for 10 am. My husband took the car in that morning and checked in. Juan acknowledged his arrival and our appt. It was then 10:35 am and my husband was still waiting with no update. So he left. Not sure why we can't just book the estimates on the same day, it's the same car. When I asked about availability for less than 2 weeks from now, she's not booking that far in advance so I need to call back, but she can't tell me when to call back. My Tesla 3 is less then 1 month old and I already have a scratch on it. It was really bad, sent all the way down to the metal. I called several places but decided to check out Frisco. Took it here and was greeted by VERY friendly staff. She asked Juan to come and check out my car (I could tell she probably is the wife aka boss) so Juan did what she asked, lol. He checked the car and started working on it without delay. I was confused and surprised that he just started trying to fix it. He let me know that the scratch is really deep past the clear coat and will most likely not be fixable but it'll be a lot better then what it is now. After he got more tools out and buffed it, you can barely see it unless you are literally staring at it. Again, I was surprised and thanked him when he was done. He's recommendation is to get the panel painted if I want it to be OEM quality. Honestly as of now, the work he did was so amazing, I don't mind how it is. I went back inside to pay and what really caught me off guard was that (I believe her name was Elizabeth aka the boss :) ), said don't worry about it. I was so stressed about my car and was willing to pay because I just wanted it to be good again and Juan and Team delivered. Thank you so much for doing this for me. I honestly never thought there were people still left that cared for others at a personal level until I met them. I highly recommend them. I was having a miserable day but she just changed it in an instant. It's not about the money but about their service. I had some garage door scrapes/scratches on the rear door and fender of my Kia Sorento, and had Juan give me an estimate on price and time. His estimate beat the next lowest estimate by about 15%, and was 3x lower than Auto Body Expressions down the street. The work was done per the estimate, and the car was ready on time. Although there wasn't much work to be done, the scratches were removed/filled in, and the paint job looks great.
