I just picked up my Camery from her butt lift procedure and she looks fabulous!! I was rear ended and the bumper needed to be replaced. I have USAA and they sent me to them. I have never been in an accident so this was all new to me. The ladies at Caliber were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Not only did they fix the bumper, they washed her, vacuumed the foor, and wiped down the interior. My car was very dirty, inside and out! They also filled the air in my tires! I had a light on my dash telling me one of my tires was low but didn't know which one, they did and fixed it for me!! Wonderful place! I had work done previously at the Sibley St Caliber Collision years ago, service then was fantastic. The team processed my insurance claim repairs quickly and did good body work; they were very helpful and responsive. I went to them again and they began processing my insurance claim repairs, but after the initial inspection they were trying to find a place that could refinish my wheels because the wheels to order them new were on back order. Early on when they called me they never updated my phone number and kept leaving messages on my husband's phone, and after awhile I had to call them each time to get any update. Since then the calls stopped and they didn't follow up with me to get the other repairs on my car started (I can only assume the wheel refinishing didn't pan out). Now my insurance paid me out since the repairs were taking so long; I hope the payout can cover the cost. I'm looking for another body shop at this point, very disappointing service at this Caliber Collision. read more

Such a professional, organized, well-run business. Some person hit my car while my car was parked - they didn't leave a note or anything, so I had to pay my insurance deductible ($500) to get my car fixed. Not really what I was wanting to use my birthday money for, but I suppose things like this happen. Frustrating. Anyway, I called USAA, and Caliber Collision was one of the repair shops on the insurance list. I am so glad I chose this place. Nathan (spelling?) was super friendly & took the extra time to go around my car, checking everything, even where the car wasn't damaged. He was incredible at keeping in touch, and they finished the car back sooner than expected. When he called me this afternoon to tell me my car would be ready this evening, he even remembered where I had gone for the weekend (Monterey), and asked how it went. When I picked the car up, he went over everything he had fixed, and they even cleaned the car afterward! Truly a great business. They made the process smooth from start to finish. The girls in the office were very professional. They offer text updates, so I was updated on the repair process daily in a quick and easy manner. The repair work was perfect. It looks great! To my surprise, they even did a VERY detailed cleaning of the interior of my car! It would have cost over $70 at a carwash for that kind of cleaning. My car looked brand new! I would highly recommend this business for any type of auto body repairs! Added bonuses: -They reserved a rental car for me. It was waiting for me when I arrived with my car so I just hopped in the rental without waiting. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone. They have zero pride in their work and absolutely no attention to detail. I took my truck here for a very simple front end repair, literally only three parts needed to be replaced. I refused picking up my truck on 4 separate occasions due to new scratches, areas not being painted, incorrect installation, paint impurities, etc. This location doesn't take pride in the work they put out, and it's shown through their results. I had poor customer service experience with the call center of Caliber Collision. I recently had an incident and reported to AAA for fixing the damage. I got a call from AAA claim adjuster and he given me the options of shops to choose. I choose the Caliber Collision since I had a good experience with these guys earlier in 2013. Then the adjuster scheduled a call with Caliber Collision. With the call I scheduled an appointment on Aug 30th 9.30AM (I got a mail confirmation from service center on Aug 23rd 2.43PM stats the appointment scheduled for 9.30AM, I have a mail copy) Since I have a phone meeting from 8.30 AM to 9 AM, I scheduled for 9.30AM. After couple of hours I got another mail from Service center which updated the time as Aug 30th 9AM (mail came at Aug 23rd 4.27PM) without even communicating to me the Service Center updated the timings which I didn't noticed and I didn't prefer that time as well, some how I didn't noticed that time change in that mail and my mind registered with the appointment time as 9.30AM. Today after I woke up, my mobile google calendar remainder notification said the appointment at 9AM with Caliber Collision. After this notification only I noticed that updated service center mail. Now someone tell me, when booking the appointment you are calling the customer and book. When you reschedule why you are not communicating with the customer and just sending a mail notification? The whole point of scheduling an appointment is the convenient time for customer, is it not? If anyone like I can share the mail copies I got from service center. Due to this mess up I end up cancelled my call, because i don't want to loose this appointment. I called Aug 23rd and got my first available slot on Aug 30th. So I don't want to wait for one more week for the next appointment. This cost my meeting. When I explain this to the lobby lady today morning, she saying apologies that's fine, but not giving a moment to look at me and listen the enter problem which hurts me a lot in the morning. She is talking to me, looking down and doing her own jobs on system. "My bad" worst ever I seen. Then the service advisor "Nathan Douglas" came in and greeted me and inspected my car for the damage. He is very good and listen to my entire disappointments and told he will talk to his manager on the problem. Not even they started to fix my car but having this many issues, now I am thinking to go with this center or go with alternate, I am not sure at this point. After a front-end accident, my car couldn't be driven. The folks at Caliber came and got my car and took it to their shop. They worked with my insurance company and determined that it was totaled. Everything about getting it to a junk yard and submitting all the proper paperwork for insurance coverage was handled very efficiently by Caliber staff. The only hiccup in the whole process was with miscommunication between departments. On one call we were told something by the person who answered while learning it wasn't correct by the person to whom the call was transferred. That aside, I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing auto care after an accident. read more

Excellent experience! The work was top notch, fast and customer oriented. They went above and beyond in many ways and made a negative experience (getting run into) much easier. Stephanie was a super star. I felt like she was on my side as opposed to cutting corners for the insurance company. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was when inspecting my car. I had first taken my vehicle to an autobody shop required by the insurance company for the initial inspection. They were good, but when I watched Stephanie do the same inspection at Caliber, she was much more thorough and shared what things she was looking for and what hidden damage they could indicate. Her attitude was friendly, personable and very genuine. She was great at communicating each step of the way and keeping me in the loop. She worked with the insurance company in such a way that I didn't have to argue or fight for anything to be covered. She also coordinated with the rental car company, so that was one less thing I had to worry about dealing with. The work was done ahead of schedule and they even made some adjustments and minor fixes that weren't included in my claim (no charge, just saw what needed to be done and took care of it since it was minor stuff). I took my Honda Pilot, which I only owned for 2 months to Caliber Collision to get an estimate for some damage I caused in our driveway leaving for work earlier that morning. I thought getting an estimate was best, before I shared my news with my husband. Tim, from Caliber Collision took my car to the back for pictures and to document the estimate, when he returned, the only evidence left of my mishap was very minor scratch by back panel. Several years ago a hit-and-run jerk rear-ended and nearly totaled our Acura TL. Insurance said, "Fix it." I couldn't believe it. We took it to Caliber and unbelievably, they fixed it. Fast forward to October 2014 and, boom, Acura TSX gets rear-ended (not as bad, but definitely in need of repair. I took it to Caliber and not only did they repair it perfectly, they made it a little better. I joked earlier, too bad the big door ding in the rear fender wasn't caused by the accident. So, after the repair work was done, they went ahead and did a paintless door ding repair on it... no charge. Great customer service. From the receptionist, to the adjustors, to Mike the head guy, everyone treated me great (I noticed they treated other customers in the shop that way as well) and they kept me informed of progress every step of the way.
