He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how. Nick also reminded me of how much gas I had in my car. After leaving my car in their car, Burnside sent me text messages of estimates of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was looking at a 5 day turn around. The next day, two days later, I received a phone call stating my car was ready to go! Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned my car and as a courtesy they also fixed my lightbulb! When I picked up my car, Nick was there to greet me. He pulled my car around and explained to me every single thing they fixed! First off, it's nice to have the same person to work with the entire time. Second, It's refreshing to experience working with good businesses and knowledgeable associates and to top it off, they have a warranty on what they fixed. I have weather tech mats all inside my car that I haven't gotten to clean since the winter and they were sparkling clean and no longer had the salt residue and icky stuff from winter! When I went to pick up the car, I found a scratch on the car that was new - they checked the photos they took of the car (they did not see it in the photos) and fixed it. The battery was also dead - they replaced it at no cost for me. Not only did they do an excellent job with the body work, they also cleaned the car inside and got it back to me with a fresh carwash. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was very professional and friendly. I hope I won't have to have this kind of work done again - but if I do, I would definitely go back to Caliber.

I told them I had priced the part needed at the dealer and could save a couple hundred dollars by ordering the part myself from eBay. They were fine with that. The door on my truck was stuck closed and the latch mechanism was broken. Wouldn't even open from the outside. They had budgeted 1.5 hours to get the door open, but when they went to inspect it, it opened right up. They could easily have said nothing and charged me for the 1.5 hours labor, but JR took that off the bill. I have a whole new door panel and latch now for a very reasonable price in a very quick time frame. They were happy to work with me. These are honest people who know what they are doing.

All I had to do was choose a time to drop off my car. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and picked it up exactly one week later. When I dropped it off all I had to do was sign a couple forms and show a representative the damage so she could circle the dents and write down any notes. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints! They even matched the paint of the new parts to the rest of the car since it is an older car. What's also nice about this shop is that there's an Enterprise office just inside. The insurance company put me in a rental car for the whole week and I didn't have to do much work for that either. The whole process was super easy! Upon pickup, I was given a sheet with all the repairs, replacements, and labor costs all broken down even though insurance covered it. Both times, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
