Roman confirmed that I did need a door but he was honest about his cost for the parts while all the other shops lied about how much it cost for the parts. I needed this repair done quickly and he was honest about how quick he could get it done while the other shops lied! The quality of work speaks for itself and that's why I've been back for the 5th time. This is the best body shop in Indy! More people should tell you guys about their experiences because I've sent a few people to this same shop and they all say great things about their experiences. The cost of the repairs are always out of my budget and extremely high and Romans has the best quotes no matter if I use my insurance or pay out of pocket it's always the same and half or a 3rd of all the other body shops.

Took it to Jamco on a Friday, got good estimate, and went with them. Had to order new side panels that arrive in 2 days. Got my car back and fixed 3 days later. Great work just like I had always heard. I highly recommend Jamco. Use gps to find them off a small alley behind Klaus' meat market off Shelby. The insurance company wanted me to choose from a list of pre-approved shops and this one was on the list. After I chose this collision center, the insurance company did all the hard work. All I had to do was choose a time to drop off my car. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and picked it up exactly one week later. When I dropped it off all I had to do was sign a couple forms and show a representative the damage so she could circle the dents and write down any notes. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints! They even matched the paint of the new parts to the rest of the car since it is an older car. What's also nice about this shop is that there's an Enterprise office just inside. The insurance company put me in a rental car for the whole week and I didn't have to do much work for that either. The whole process was super easy! Upon pickup, I was given a sheet with all the repairs, replacements, and labor costs all broken down even though insurance covered it. Both times, I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I told them I had priced the part needed at the dealer and could save a couple hundred dollars by ordering the part myself from eBay. They were fine with that. The door on my truck was stuck closed and the latch mechanism was broken. Wouldn't even open from the outside. They had budgeted 1.5 hours to get the door open, but when they went to inspect it, it opened right up. They could easily have said nothing and charged me for the 1.5 hours labor, but JR took that off the bill. I have a whole new door panel and latch now for a very reasonable price in a very quick time frame. They were happy to work with me. These are honest people who know what they are doing.
