Our journey started in 2018 when we took delivery of this Suburban. It was damaged when a bunch of boxes fell on it. We took it to Caliber Collision Baker Ranch not knowing what to expect other than their reputation. Throughout the entire repair process I knew I was in good hands. This was proven by the open communication that they have. I was always "KEPT INFORMED" on the repairs to the vehicle. My experience, not only with the Insurance Company, with Caliber Collision - Baker Ranch was AMAZINGLY AWESOME in the long run. After some careful consideration I figured now was the time to do some customization to the vehicle. I was totally blown out of the water when I saw the vehicle all assembled, washed, waxed and ready to come home. My car wasn't even a week old when the front grill was hit by a Christmas tree on the freeway. someone hit it and it spun in to my lane. Took it to 3 body shops and Caliber came in with the lowest bid and having done business at another Caliber years earlier I chose them. Matt gave me the quote, told me when the parts would be available and said based on the damage he could see he could fix it in one day. Well not only did they fix it as promised and make it look as good as new they also drove me home from the shop and then delivered the car that afternoon to my house. All I can say is great service, very reasonable price, and the car looks just as good as when I drove it off the lot a week earlier. I took my brand New 2019 Chevy Silverado RST to Matt at Caliber Collision with some very bad front end damage. I asked him to make it factory fresh again and to look like nothing ever happened and he did just that. He matched the very difficult white paint perfectly as virtually everything on the front had to be painted. Matt handled the insurance and rental car making the whole transaction super simple and easy, I basically had to do nothing.
