I looked into 4 different businesses and Hansons stood out from the rest. The way they answered my questions was so nice and informative and they were so easy to set up an appt with. They gave me quotes on aftermarket as well as OEM parts, they never tried to upsell at all. They were prompt and on time to my appt and now my husbands windshield looks good as new! The facility itself is pretty plain, uncomfortable seats, and it could really use some desks or workstations if people need to get stuff done. They didn't restock the coffee pods and the vending machine was broken. Since I went on a Saturday, nothing was open nearby. The location isn't near anything, so you'd have to Uber somewhere if you want to grab food or do anything else. I was thinking about heading to The Spectrum, but at $20 one way (only 3 miles away), that was a no-go. They should definitely upgrade the waiting room experience, more comfort, some amenities and I think they'd get much better reviews. Overall, good work on the car, but the waiting situation could use some improvement.

From the start, the initial call was helpful, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The manager was great--he was patient, informative, and really took the time to walk me through the options. I opted for the higher-end Stratos series, with 70% tint on the windshield and sunroof, and 30% on the sides. I went with the 30% on the sides for a good balance between looks and function, though in hindsight, I might have gone with a 40% or 50% just to reduce the chance of being pulled over. But that's a subjective decision, and I can still see fine at night with the 30%, so it works. After having the Stratos for a while, I'll admit that I didn't notice as much of a difference as I expected between it and a high-quality ceramic film. If I were to do it again, I'd probably consider going with their regular ceramic for the side windows and keep the Stratos on the windshield and sunroof, where it does feel like a noticeable upgrade in terms of heat rejection and clarity. There were some small air bubbles in the tint, particularly on the sunroof, but I gave it a little time. When they didn't go away, I gave the shop a call. They were really accommodating, and the manager had no hesitation in bringing me in to replace the sunroof tint. I appreciate how they handled this--it's hard to get tint perfect every time (unless you're working in a clean room), but they were eager to make sure I was satisfied, which goes a long way in my book. One minor hiccup was that the price I was quoted online was a bit different than what I was told in the shop. The website has some helpful details, but it showed a car sunroof (rather than a small SUV), which resulted in a higher price. Not a huge deal, and I understand that things can get mixed up, especially with a newer website. When I brought it up in-store, they gave me an upfront quote that was just a little higher than expected (maybe around $70 more), but they were clear about it, and they also offer a nice military veteran discount. I didn't push them to honor the online price because I felt the situation was understandable and fair. Another nice touch was that they use professional software for invoicing, which I didn't see at another shop I've worked with in the past. It adds a level of professionalism that I really appreciated. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, with a waiting area and a restroom. I liked that they had a display showing all their tint options, plus a helpful booklet with examples, so I could see how different tints would look in my car before making a final choice. When I came back for the replacement tint, I was told it would take about an hour. However, I didn't hear anything for a few hours, so I called and was informed that the job was actually done and ready. A small communication hiccup, but no big deal--just something to keep in mind. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5-star (4.75 out of 5, though I did round up) review is the small price discrepancy, the initial bubble issue, and the slight difference I noticed with the Stratos compared to ceramic, but considering how quickly they addressed everything and how great the overall experience was, I'm still very satisfied. I went in, someone assessed my vehicle and provided a printed quote. Since I was going through with insurance, once the claim was filed and the quote was submitted, I scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle. The turnaround was about a week, whereas other shops were saying it'd be roughly two weeks. They were able to continually keep me in the loop regarding repairs via text and calls, so I was really appreciative of the communication. The cherry on top would be the day of pickup. CARSTAR was kind enough to provide a complimentary car washing service, which included the interior as well! This auto body shop definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I was extremely happy and content with their level of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Having a shop that was able to contact me via text (since I am very busy) was a plus!

They said wrong parts received, they missed some damage in their initial assessment, they appear to have staffing issues. Not one time when there was a delay (3 delays) was I proactively contacted and advised of the delay. I only found out when I called on the day(s) they said it would be ready and then was told that it would be longer. Was driving out of town following the repair, and car became borderline undrivable in the middle of the Mojave desert. Limped car home and took it to the dealership where I purchased it, and they found a large clamp on the intake ducting had not been properly tightened. This was in an area of the vehicle that Precision had worked on. When I called the manager Graham with this information and sent him a video from the dealer showing the loose part, no apology or acknowledgment of any kind that they had failed to catch this. I gave him that chance before writing this. As I said, the cosmetic work is very good, but the great paint matching doesn't matter much when you're stuck on the side of the I-15. I am hopeful that the finish will be durable. This was a large repair, which did require a lot of disassembly/reassembly. I also understand that things happen which can cause delays. Proactively communicating those delays would have bought much goodwill from me, as would have an acknowledgement and apology that they made a mistake with the mechanical repair. I received neither.

She wasent even mad with MV auto collisions, she was mad with hertz; and the woke up front STILL listened to her and made her feel so much better even tho they were not the ones to cause the issue at hertz. Amazing 10/10 customer service and 10/10 bussiness. Will continue to come back here and refer everyone I know to come here for any and all of there collision needs.

The…read morebrutal part was waiting 4 months on the fab shop to send the replacement bumper (has nothing to do with the collision center.) I finally picked up the old girl today and she is like new. The body and mechanics guys did a phenomenal job, it drives great and I paid a little extra to get the roof/hood painted separately from the insurance claim. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Jesse for your patience as we waited a long time to get the bumper back. Best of all, a lifetime warranty on everything done! Who could ask for more than that?
