Very unprofessional business. I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago and for almost TWO WEEKS. Caliber collision kept blowing up my phone several times a day to have me bring in my car. I Finally called and scheduled an appt for just a damage estimate. I received a phone call the day of the appt about 1 hour before the appointment time and they informed me they cannot touch Teslas because they are not authorized not even to do a damage estimated. Avoid this place. Twice I've taken my car here for insurance repair. They do a horrible job . It's a production poor craftsman shop. The first time they had all kinds of issues. This time I get rear ended and they clear coat over a scuff mark which I know was not in the original clear but he swears it was. Now I can't even buff it out and he want to charge me to do it. this body shop is cheating customers on the mileage, my car was supposed to be a total loss and instead of writing down 246,000 miles they wrote 46,000 miles, how in the world you miss the first number of any amount, to miss that have to be on purpose, mi car value was under 9,000 and original estimate was 6,400 and final was over 17,000, i came and complaint and they said they did nothing wrong, what a scammers never ever will recomend this cheaters read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They told me to bring my car in today. When I called to confirm something for my insurance company they told me they won't repair my car because it's a Kia! They didn't tell me that when I made the appointment to bring it in. They also didn't bother calling me back to tell me! Oh, and they had JUST talked to my insurance adjuster and confirmed it and the check has already been mailed!!!! Another thing about this shop, one person says one thing and another says something entirely different! Also, what kind of business answers with "hello", instead of announcing the name of their shop!!! I didn't know if I had called a business number or someone's house! Very unprofessional and shady! I started the process of fixing my vehicles minor impact damage through caliber on Wed 28 Jul 2021. I had already scheduled an appt. with the Yelm location who after looking at pictures said it would be a quick fix. When I went in to drop off the truck. It became apparent that it would take a while for parts to come in. I asked if it would be ok if I waited to drop it off till parts came in. I was told that was fine. 1 week later I get a call that this location would not be able to complete the repair because they did not have a qualified guy to weld aluminum. They would be passing it off to another location. 1 month later after not hearing anything I call to ask on the status of parts and find out they never attempted to transfer the work order. Many apologies later I was transferred to the Lakewood location. Fast forward to 25 Oct I finally drop it off at caliber after being told all parts were in. My initial estimate was 6 days for the repair. The next update I was given was that the tech working on my truck was out sick. The next date I get is 11 nov. when asked about the delay I was told it was computer generated and should be "dialed back". On Nov 2 I get a text that the tech had damaged my decked system and that they would have to order a new piece. When I asked how it was damaged I was told the screws attaching it were stripped out during removal and they managed to crack the system itself. Which can only happen by trying to pry on it. On fri nov 5 I get a text saying the truck would go to paint either that day or on Monday. On Monday nov 8 I get an update that the tech did not get the truck to paint either day because he was in a welding class. Why is the tech who is fixing my truck pulled off of a repair to attend training when my project is already way behind schedule? Why was he not replaced or substituted? Wed nov 10 my truck gets to the paint dept. next update ETA 16 Nov. next update 23 Nov. so we went from 6 days to a month. When I called to ask what was going on, I get berated by "pat" the person in charge of monitoring repairs. I don't know if I've ever had a more frustrating conversation with a person who not only doesn't care about the customer at all. But actively tried to argue with me and shift blame while trying to tell me how none of it was his shops fault. I highly recommend you go anywhere but here. I can not express how ridiculous this shop is. I STILL do not have my truck. A month later after being told it would take 6 days because they had all the parts. Go anywhere but here. They will just do more damage that puts them further behind schedule and then say it's not their fault. read more

So these guys don't go above and beyond. They get paid 4 grand from the insurance and my deductible just to put on a side bumper. But I had to pay a grand for a oil change and to fix the safety problem that I mentioned to Caliber Collision from another auto shop AutoCorrect. So your telling me they took a a week to put on a side bumper and couldn't fix the right suspension system also? They are a bunch of dishonest, lazy mechanics who just put on parts in cars like lego. They are trash! My car came out there shop a week and a half ago. I have the damn receipt to prove it!!! Please go to auto correct for your auto needs cause these guys just do the lego! Put stuff on cars and hope it fits!!! What's the point of showing me this paperwork you did it but end up playing yourself???!!! read more

My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision after an accident on the freeway and I must say that this company and staff is AMAZING!!! I dropped my car off there Monday morning in which Mr. Ronnie took the time out of his busy morning to give me a ride back to my place. I honestly thought that it would be a while before I ended up getting my vehicle back but I ended up getting a call on Wednesday that my vehicle would be ready by lunchtime! That's two days! The customer service from Walt S and Vanessa was incredible. We were sent to Caliber by USAA after someone failed to stop in time and hit the bumper on our van. They sent multiple text updates and left voicemails as the work progressed. Further, they were very flexible and understanding with adjusting our original appointment time two days out when a new work requirement emerged. Finally, Walt S proved his expertise as the new bumper's color matching was extremely well done, especially considering the vehicle is a decade old. read more

I decided to go with 4 stars rather than 5 for a couple of reasons. Firstly, 5 stars means, in my opinion, my experience was extraordinary. Although my experience with Caliber was excellent, it was not extraordinary. Having said that, it is important that I say this, the folks at Caliber got a number of things right. Because they appear to get a lot of business, they are busy; at least they were busy when I was there. However, the folks in the office did seem to step in to help the receptionist when things got too busy. During my dealings with Caliber, I primarily dealt with Mr. Robert Brown. Mr. Brown is a very nice person who knows what he is doing. Although there was a disconnect between myself and the folks at Caliber in terms of my preference of contact by Caliber (email, text, phone), Mr. Brown contacted me by telephone while I received email contact by others at Caliber, contact did not become a major (or minor for that fact) issue. Bottom line, their work appears to be exemplary and the employees that I dealt with were personable. read more

I had a minor scrape on my back bumper that I needed to get an estimate on. When I arrived the staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean. I was helped right at my appointment time by Jason. After taking a look at the minor damage Jason was so kind and buffed out the paint damage. I was so impressed by the quick work, I of course offered to pay. He instead insisted I just refer friends. I will always bring my vehicle to this location and want to give Jason a huge thumbs up!
