Two years later and this place is still amazing! I called in to get a quote to fix my car and they offered me to send photos or to stop by for a quote. I ended up stopping by for a quote and they were able to buff out a tiny scratch that I was worried about. They took my car back and did it on the spot! We had to bring in my girlfriend's car to get repaired after an accident. Beans was our primary contact, and he was very helpful and friendly in the process calling to update us and answer any questions we had. We brought the car in to the collision center for an initial estimate and they communicated with insurance to get the ball rolling on parts needed, got them ordered and in before we brought the car for the repair. The drivers rear door, part of the rear panel, hub cap and wheel were damaged and needed to be replaced. We brought it in and repairs were completed 1-2 days ahead of the two week estimated time period. When we went in to pick it up, the car was detailed and clean, and you couldn't tell it had been in an accident. The replaced parts were solid, the paint was blended really well, I couldn't tell from looking at it and it wouldn't be something you could see unless you really knew what to look for and looked closely. The last thing we were worried about were the stickers, but they did what they could to keep them intact which was really nice. Service overall was great, being my girlfriend's first time dealing with this kind of process, she really appreciated the communication provided. read more

Had run into a broken lamp post foundation that I didn't see from neither the passenger or drivers side windows. I damaged my bumper, right front fender and wheelhouse trim. Bob Mullan has been exceptional. I dropped my car off over the weekend, and they got me an estimate on Monday at around noon. Bob offered for me to come down and check out the damage, and notified me of previous damage that wasn't disclosed in the report when I bought my 2016 Ford Fusion. He noticed patchy paint jobs that I never noticed, so I'm pretty confident they'll do a good job on the paint matching. Was told it'd be done by Thursday 10/08. It wasn't. Although!!! when they tried the A/M part we originally discussed it didn't fit so they negotiated with Ford to get me an OEM part for no additional cost. Small Delay but worth it. David was incredibly friendly the one time I spoke to him, he also mentioned this review! So watch what you say, they're watching Overall it was excellent service!!!!! read more

My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 was recently involved in a collision causing extensive damage to my truck. I take very good care of my truck and asked the insurance company for a few options as I was also allowed to find my own collision repair facility. I took my time evaluating the options I had including calling, researching reviews on the web and in fact visiting a few facilities. I came across Mullan's Collision in Tacoma. I stopped in take a look and find out more about the company and quality of work etc. I was greeted immediately; the place was clean and organized. A gentleman David introduced himself and I explained that I was currently researching a facility to complete repairs on my truck. He stopped what he was doing, listened intently as to what I wanted and took some time to walk out with me to review the damage on my truck. He shared a brief history of the company, its capabilities, and options for getting my truck back in great shape quickly. He had experience in the insurance field and was very knowledgeable about the process. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. I also asked questions about some other modifications I was thinking about for my truck and he spent the time to research and present options for me before I even committed to using Mullan's Collision. The truck was dropped off a few days later. The facility arranged through the insurance company to have a rental car waiting and I left my truck. I was kept in the loop on the progress of my truck as I requested. I even received pictures of the progress on my truck. I dropped in unannounced later in the week while the repair was being completed. Again, I was pleasantly greeted by another individual at the counter who advised David I was there as he was not expecting me. David went to the back for a moment and brought out with him the technician that was working on my truck. I met Kevin that walked out to my truck and took time out of working on various vehicles to clearly explain what he was doing and how my truck was progressing. I asked a few detailed questions and discussed ideas I had about a few options I was considering getting done. Both he and David advised of the pros and cons of my ideas to assist me in making the best choice for what I wanted on my truck. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! The repairs were coming along quickly and the truck looked amazing. I had special ordered a few parts that may have caused some fitment challenges for most facilities. Kevin and Tommy the technicians that worked on my truck stated without hesitation that they can make it work properly. I left very impressed by the knowledge and responsiveness of the team. Again, I received updates all throughout the process. The work that was completed was better than factory. The paint finish was perfect, the bumpers were perfectly aligned and upgrades were made to look factory installed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, the professionalism of the entire staff and the attention to detail on my truck. I feel like I have a brand new truck! My car was hit and progressive insurance gave Mullans as an option to get my car repaired. I was able to get in the next business day. Mullans called the rental car place to pick me up as soon as I arrived to drop off my car. They dealt with the insurance. I literally dropped my car off and two days later, it was ready! They called me daily with updates. When I picked it up, they had washed, vacuumed and buffed my whole car (amazing!) they also called the rental car place for me to pick up the rental car.
