Well considering I didn't even want to have to go to a body shop, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. My colleague side swiped me in a parking lot and luckily only the back bumper was injured. He wanted to avoid insurance, so I got pricing from Caliber and another local company that was $300 more. I went to this shop for the second time since they did such a great job the first time. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and with the rental car company. They communicated clearly and efficiently and got the work done as promised and on time. Everyone was helpful and very nice. The new manager Brian did a great job. They mechanics help me move a heavy table from my car to the rental car without my asking, and a special note for Karine the office administrator for going above and beyond her duties. I asked her for photos and documentation of my odometer readings from my first time there (2025) and my last time there (2026) to send to my insurance company for a reduced rate, as they had been over estimation my mileage. Jose and the team at Caliber are amazing, and seriously went above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent communication, very easy to work with, and took care of every single detail end to end. My car was rear ended in January and while in the process of getting it repaired, it got rear ended again! We took the car in twice for an inspection, and Jose was able to help fix most of the first very minor accident at no cost, with the 2nd and larger collision scheduled later that month. Since we were replacing the rear bumper, we wanted to switch out the bumper to a tow hitch compatible bumper and Jose helped figure out what parts those were and verified that they would fit my vehicle. He even helped put in the OEM tow hitch, bought through Lexus at no charge since his team was taking out the bumper already. read more

I went to the dealership for a part for my car and they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for the installation. I came to Caliber Collision just to get an estimate, and they ended up going above and beyond. Everyone there was incredibly kind and respectful--they didn't take advantage of me as a young woman, which I really appreciated. I brought my Toyota rav 4 here after I got into a fender bender to fix my rear bumper. Jose,bill and Gordon were super nice and helpful with the getting a quote to show my insurance all the way to picking up my car after it was fixed. I did notice the day before bringing it in my trunk door wouldn't lock or unlock (assuming because of the accident so I mentioned it to them) and when I went to pickup the car the trunk door still wouldn't unlock. So I had to bring it back in and they covered the cost of replacing the door lock mechanism which was super helpful to me because I got a quote to fix it of almost $400. When I went to drop off my car they paid for a Lyft home and back when it was done so I didn't have to get a ride from someone. I also appreciate there honestly and explaining the process to me because as a woman I feel like sometimes people dont care to explain what they are doing and how it works but I find it interesting and like to know what's going on read more

Randy's communication and work (along with everyone else who participated in the repair process) were stellar. Our car needed a repair after a minor accident and we were recommended to go here by our insurance agent. Everyone here was kind and friendly, and they made sure we knew what the necessary repairs were. We were called promptly when additional damage was found and updated on the estimated repair time. Despite this, the repair was still finished within the original time frame - much faster than expected due to the additional damage. The car is absolutely in better condition than when it was brought in - you wouldn't even be able to tell there was damage. The paint is a perfect match.
