Had my Silverado fix there hood replaced and door handle. I really don't drive my truck is always sitting outside my garage. Now door handle is falling off hanging again. I requested them to fix it called my insurance who contacted them and they refused to fix it. This is some BS! Now I can't even get inside my truck unless I go through the passenger door. I'm so irritated. No communication, called earlier this week to set up an appointment. (City tree fell on my car) I go in, tell her I spoke to someone one the phone who said I can get a quote, That I have a few shops I have appointments for. They won't help me! Mind you I towed my car here because they said on the phone they would help me. If I don't choose there shop that won't assist. Then the manager proceeds to tell me "Since you don't want to go with our shop (never said that) intentions were to get a quote, she said is would need to pay for the towing or ahead won't release my car. I was heated. So I call my insurance. (2 hours) of waiting. Get it paid thinking they were going to tow it back home. No! She hands me my keys and says here you go. I need the car off my property, I was shook. I told her well I paid for the tow I need it towed. She said no. You paid my tow guy to drop it off now you need to set up ur own tow. I was pissed. So then I had to call insurance again. Wait for another hour for a new guy to come and help me. Mind you at this time I was so overwhelmed, the office staff was SOOOO rude. They then hid behind the wall when I requested copy of the "balance" I owed and it took her 45-1 hour to get me that after I asked probably 3x. Poor staff communication, they said the lady that I talked to does know there rules she was just filling in that day I called. So it's was a huge waist of time, 5 hour process. This place was referred by our insurance. Made and confirmed appointment beforehand for repairs. The day of the appointment, I arrived early. My vehicle wasn't on their schedule. After waiting for a lengthy time, I let the secretary know I would come back due to scheduling error and I had to get to work. Out of no where , A man came out saying, "we got you taken care of!" Then checked in my car. I should of ran out the door and never looked back. Picked up vehicle after repaired, I turned on the radio, surprise all my radio settings were change to religious stations. WTH!!! Drove to dealer for service. At dealer pick up, service manager pointed out there was a wire hanging out the panel of the door. Returned vehicle to repair shop. Didn't make a fuss since shop had gotten paid. No apology or sorry for inconvenience to say the least. Picked up vehicle for the 2nd time and I was ask to post a review on Yelp. (Seriously) When I arrived home, husband notice the panel was forced back into place to where door panel was bent. Third visit, I was annoyed for having to return for the same issue. My only request was to have an experience person do repair. Again no sorry for inconvenience, etc. In an unfriendly tone the lady who checked my car said, "it will be fix! "It just looks like it was put back wrong." (You think?) I waited for vehicle since I need to get another insurance estimate. Since we had a unpleasant experience, I wanted to give this place an opportunity to redeem themselves and asked if they would consider waiving the less than $200 deductible. Big mistake, HUGE! To my surprised the front office lady tone and attitude changed as if I was using profanity. Followed by other staff chiming in saying "that's not something we do. That's up to your insurance! Talk To them." Before walking out the door, I looked back at the group who was still gathered behind the counter. They were giving me the stink eye and making unfavorable comments in front of customers in lobby. Unlucky for them, my hearing is beyond superior. First; shop never acknowledge the low quality job that was done. PERIOD! Secondly, when I inquired if they would consider waiving the deductible for the last estimate. The front office lady was rude and got offended. However; when my vehicle was brought back for repair errors, where was the vocal staff then? Why didn't they gather around for a discussion? If that's not enough, shop called my insurance to complain as if my request was unreasonable. Doesn't hurt to ask? WRONG!! Insurance referred us to another shop on their preferred listing to check the quality of repairs done after given timeline of events and issues. Lastly, This business mentality is "Consumers Need US!" Passing on the usage card service fees to customers is the prefect example. This Business Lack of humbleness and integrity is flabbergasting. If that isn't enough discouragement, this shop has a history of poor customer service and reaching out to insurance company/s to speak ill/fabricate stories about their clients situations instead of working with clientele. I was referred here through Allstate, when someone ran a red light and hit me. I reached out to them the day Allstate accepted fault, and they scheduled an appointment immediately to look at my car. Everyone at Certified Collision was very friendly and professional. The work done on my car was exquisite, and my car was done way earlier than the expected date. I am very happy with the way things turned out and how they handled my case. I never ever write Yelp reviews, but I really had to in this case because I am very impressed with their professionalism. Whoever worked on my car also went out of the way to refill my fluids and add power steering fluid. They blended the paint PERFECTLY, and my car looks perfect! They even buffed it!! I will definitely be coming back, and will put the word out that this is a quality business to my friends & family. Very unsatisfied with the certified collision center. They didn't match the color of the car to the back bumper. The colors don't match at all. Expected to have a better experience but this is the worst. I'm sure if the owner or the person putting the rear bumper in the car in there car they would make sure it matches the paint of the color. I really just don't know where to start I went through the whole process to take my vehicle get the estimate completed and schedule an appointment. I took my car in back in July received a call a day later that they did not have all the required parts at this point had already used a day for rental etc. I was informed that I could pick my vehicle up and would receive a call when the parts arrived. Fast forward I waited until the beginning of October when I was informed that I could bring the car in. I dropped my car off as I scheduled an appointment. I received a call that Thursday that the vehicle has barely been pulled apart to notice additional repairs that were needing to be addressed.On the third week I was informed that one of the issues I had informed about had just been initiated to my insurance and the car was being taken to the dealership. I called and inquired last week Friday and requested a call back on the status of my vehicle. To this day I never received a call now on our fourth week . I called my insurance in regards to my vehicle and was told by them that my vehicle was going to be ready. I had to call to inquire about the vehicle and the professionalism on the collision center I was quite bothered by. I picked up my car when getting into the car I noticed the following. The car had no gas and I ran out on the way to gas station that's how low it was. One of the main issues was not taken care of and I now still have a window that does not roll down all the way and work that was not completed after having the car for four weeks. I did speak with the manager as my husband was quite upset understood that was not ok on his part but it is also very frustrating that we entrusted that out vehicle would be returned fixed as promised and we ran into all these issues. To avoid all problems on both ends I am going to discuss with my insurance. read more

I brought my car in June 1 for repairs due to a rear end collision damages. The day I brought my car in, I didn't not have a "Check Engine" light on. When they returned my vehicle on 7/5, My "Check Engine" light was on. Carlos & Taylor said it wasn't accident related because it was Engine wear & tear damage to the High Pressure Valve. Carlos told my insurance that it wasn't accident related so Now I'm having to pay out of my pocket $1600 & additions $600 for prolonged vehicle rental which exceeded my policy limits. I got a 2nd opinion from An Audi Service Mgr who advised that it can go both ways meaning it may be collision related or it can also be wear & tear but he would not know until he tears apart the engine. But based on what Carlos told my insurance adjuster, they leaned on his side & now I'm in the hole. What kind of Auto Body shop that would return a vehicle with a "Check Engine" light on a vehicle, when the light was not on to begin with? Especially when it was unsafe to drive the car home.... I feel that this was a major liability if I would've got into an accident due to this problem. Carlos washed his hands clean by having me take the car home & said he can't do anything else for me!!! I will never use this place again. Beware if you use this business, do your research on them. I'm notifying the Bureau of Automotive Services to file a complaint on this business!!! read more

Our car was rear ended and we took it to be serviced at Certified Collision Center (recommended by AAA) in the middle of October. We kept getting our return day pushed further and further out. We finally got our car back in the middle of November. Before leaving, we noticed all the lights were on (check engine, hill assist, sports mode, etc.), but they were not on when we took the car in. Also, about a quarter of a tank of gas was missing. Not sure what they were doing that needed a quarter of a tank. Certified tried to blame the muffler shop for all the problems after the car was supposedly "fixed." Certified is terrible about following up on the status of your vehicle or returning your phone calls. We've called and left messages with our rep (Kiley) and she never returns our calls. Our rep was supposed to make us an appointment with a major car company to have them further assess the car, and she never did. We had to make the appointment ourselves. We will never go to Certified Collision Center again! read more

I'll admit, I was a little hesitant going here after reading the reviews. My AAA adjuster recommended it, so I thought OK let's try it. They were very nice and kept me updated every step of the way. My car was done 4 days earlier than anticipated. It literally looks like the day I bought it. In addition, they gave me all new hubcaps (or seriously cleaned the 3 I had and gave me 1 new one lol), when those weren't even affected. So my car is literally whole again, and I am just over the moon about it. It's glossy and fully repaired. I DO recommend Certified Collision Center. read more

My husband and I ran into the manager Fernando on his day off and he was kind to give us a business card. We hesitated on calling, due to the insurance company. However, when I finally took my truck there for the repairs Sheri (hope I spelled it correctly) has been fantastic. Again, issues with my insurance company but Sheri always keeps me aware of what going on and has excellent communication. Our truck was delayed two weeks by my insurance and Sheri was kind enough to tell me she'll try and have it done within two weeks. So I got into a wreck. Talked to AAA asked who do they recommend and certified was their top auto body shop. Had my car towed to their shop and let AAA do what they do as far as pencil pushing and estimate. Said they called my wife's phone 12 times when my car was done but couldnt leave voicemails because the voicemail box was full and couldn't text her line we run a business off her phone line and check and respond to voicemails and text daily but Phone records proves that's a lie. Their is more to the story on my insurance company side but we will just talk about certified. I was told it would be back to me in 9 business days 3 business weeks later I Picked up my car up on the 10th but it's was done on the 30th never knew due to them supposedly not being able to contact me. initially my car looked fine paint matched body work looked good. Started up my car to warm it up few seconds afterwards my car started having a noise coming from the side my car was in the accident. Went back in to get the guy I was talking to he couldn't talk to me due to him being cussed out by another unhappy customer. So his manager came out. He heard the noise said exactly what I was thinking and gave me two options. 1st option leave it and they would take it to the Mercedes dealer because they're not a mechanic shop and have no mechanic in their shop. 2nd option take to the Mercedes dealer myself. I agreed to bring it back the next day because I had my two year old daughter with me and it was hot as shit outside. Got about two blocks away and a check engine light came on I Called my agent informed him that I wasn't Happy told him what was told to me. He noted it and we ended our call. I thought about it and was mad that they gave me my car back like that. Felt they were trying to pull a fast one on me . I could've been wrong but I felt that way. So I changed my mind called the dealer myself. The earliest appointment was a week later on 9-16-19 at 8:30 am. Took it in informed my insurance company of what went on. He wanted to talk to the shop because they were supposed to give me a rental. The guy from the shop started arguing saying that I was supposed to bring it back to them and they were going to have their mechanic check it out. I told him his boss told me they have no mechanic and they were going to take it to the dealer anyways so what was the problem. Denied my rental. And stated they weren't going to pay Mercedes for what ever they found and started talking policies to me. I laughed at him and asked if giving customers cars that sound like shit back to them was part of their policy and that any monkey with a wrench could clearly hear my car sounded like shit. Got all bend outta shaped started acting like a big sissy that he is and wanted to talk to my agent only without me. My agent wasn't good with his phone and left me unmuted for most the call so I heard all the BS he was saying. I left these guys alone didnt bug them the whole time they had my car I just wanted it done right. Got my car back few days later noticed two creases on my hood the corners of my hood don't line up to the body of the car and now the problem with the noise coming from my engine compartment. I'll post pics to show what I'm talking about when I get it back from the dealer. Funny But I'm the bad guy in this situation lol. Not to mention the quote was $3,317.09 the end number ended up being $7,101.89. Sure I will have more to add to this yelp pictures coming soon and receipts from the dealer. If you can avoid doing business with these guys I definitely would. Who ever they have painting I tip my hat off to him or her but the office needs to pull it together they definitely don't know how to show customer service and customer appreciation. I was lied to and they are trying to make my insurance agent think I'm the liar. I'm really not the guy to complain but I'm tired to being screwed over by bad business. Had my car repaired at the Oakdale location and had one of the best experiences from the manager, Natalie, all the way through the process. It was simple, professional, and always keeping you informed as to where they were in the process which I liked very much. But the most important part of my experience with them was the job they did with my car! It was done right the first time and looked like nothing had ever happened which is important and they get this part right. Have had other experiences and was so disappointed when I received my car back which so I am a little skeptical.
