I just have to say that I haven't experienced better service with my car than I did with Robert Castillo at Caliber Collision. I brought my car to caliber when I was rear ended a few weeks back. I've never been in an accident before so all this was new to me. But Robert handled my claim and was very helpful with communicating each step of the process with my car and the insurance company. We had a few hiccups with the insurance company but Robert was persistent with making sure everything was on pace. He even made sure that the insurance company approved of getting me manufacture parts. And to add to my amazing experience with Caliber, they finished the repairs a week earlier than estimated! The worst service. Robert was in charge of my repairs. My car needed windshield, dash, rear view mirror, and backseat. I waited a total of 18 days which I thought was pretty extensive . The worst part was I was told 4 or 5 different times my car would be ready and every time I call on it's "completion day" a new excuse and a new completion day. I did not rent a car at first because he told me it would be done in a few days. 13 days later and $120 my car is still incomplete. Do you know how frustrating it is to make plans to pick your car up so you can stop paying for a rental only to be told another excuse? It sucks and so does this place. Its true, they have good service and by that I mean they text you updates and excuses frequently. If your company tows your car here because it's the closest facility, my recommendation is to pay to get it towed out and to a trusted auto body shop. read more

I was in a accident and I chose this place me thinking they would do a good job because it is a chain business but I was wrong !!! First of all they took 5 months with my car every time they called me they promised me next week and next week until next week lead up to 5 months . The original time I was suppose to pick it up they call me and told me one of there workers that was working on my car quit and they "didn't know where he put the parts" so they had to reorder everything at this point it was the same story different week . I was starting to thinking my car wasn't even at this location and they probably sold it . I pick up my car it looked like they put it together in rush. I had cables hanging from my glove compartment and my reverse cámara didn't work and my dash lights didn't work either when I turned my steering wheel all the way to the right it would made this weird noise turns out it was the alignment so I had to take it back not even a week within having my car . I was grateful they covered a rental . The manager was helpful as well when I went back that same week. So after taking it and receiving it back everything looked fine but now I'm noticing it makes a popping noise when I turn right so guess who's going back again? ME .. And then I don't want to point fingers but I had some stuff missing from my car to. Over all don't go here choose a mom and pop shop they will probably do everything right instead of this chain business .. read more

The paint job done on my GMC truck was unsatisfactory their only paint the minimum spot they should paint the entire hood..but too minimize cost that is the quality of job they done which is not a professional work to do ...I'm not satisfied with it I won't reccomend this shop. read more

Great body shop! They do really good work and the color match was spot on. The color I have is a little difficult to match so I was very pleased with the work. My rear fender looks brand new and no trace I was even in an accident. Very professional staff. Fernando helped me out with my car, he's a good guy! Explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. They get back to you in a quickly manner and they were done when they estimated they would be. Glad my insurance sent me here! I will be returning for any body work I might need in the future but hopefully not! Front office experience was great! The repair was done great! They were honest and I believe they actually cared about my vehicle! Robert in the front office was great and you can tell takes a lot of pride in his job! Not one complaint! The only problem I have is who ever was working on my truck.... well they felt it would be cool to take all the change that I had in my truck... I understand that it's only two bucks it quarters, and I shouldn't have left it in there, but if I did or didn't it should have never been touched.... in my opinion just by doing that all the effort that Robert put into his customer service and his work, by taking the change from my truck the credibility of the shop just went down the drain! read more

My first experience with Caliber Collision and Robert was my go to guy. He was very courteous and explained everything to me as he preformed his detailed inspection of my 2002 Jeep Wrangler and Gabby at the front desk made sure I got my rental car and offered me a soda or bottle of water while Robert was finishing up the final paperwork. When I received my Jeep all repairs were completed in an outstanding manner. Other than being cleaner than when I brought it in, you couldn't tell there had been any damage. This is my third trip to Caliber Collision and on the two other vehicles they had completed everything with them in the outstanding way they do things. All three vehicles are as good as when I brought them in, if not a little better. My hat goes off to Robert and his team of professionals who made it all possible. I called back 6 pm and got the after hours answering service.He appologize for being called that late so he set me up for monday to be called just so they can set up an appt. Once again no one called. I called the aftet hour dispatch and she told me to call them tomorrow and hang up on me. Question is , the oline service is working or i need to call you guys in person. I took my car in around end of December it was in an accident, I received a call from my insurance. Because of the age of my car (2008)it was going to be deem a total, the damage was more then my car was worth. At first I told my insurance ok I guess its a total. I was upset as I thought about it I could not afford a car payment at this time. Plus the damage was my bumper and headlight and a few other damages(my engine was fine). After I cooled down I called my insurance and said I still want my car, my insurance said it would have to be salvage. Which is fine my car was still running great. I had to have another auto body shop come and pick it up. When I called Caliber they said I could not drive it, they took apart. I said I'm having a tow company picking it up. When the other body shop picked up my car, it was missing many parts. I called Caliber they found the parts and sent them over. EXCEPT.... the molding for my drivers side of the window. The person who was helping me at the new body shop told me it was ripped off, you can see chipping on the door where it was ripped off it was not taken off with care. And missing it would cost another $150. Because I was on a budget( senior on a fixed income) I couldn't fix it. I felt Caliber should replace it since they took it off. When my car was fixed end of January. I called Caliber spoke to Robert made an appointment in regards to my missing part. When I went to see him. He began this whole picture step by step to what they do with the car. As he was explaining showing each and very picture that was taken of my car. As if he was stalling and messing with me. I told him I felt he was because I was a woman that I'm stupid.This is how me made me feel. I was getting upset because he was coming off condescending. I noticed another guy, I remember because he was sitting across from him smerking and laughing while Robert was talking to me. He mentioned that since my car was going to be totaled. They were taking a part my car they place parts of my car together, he was going into the whole spew.. Basically he said there was nothing they could do about replacing the molding. How hard is it and would it have broke Caliber to replace a part for $150. By this time I was so upset and left and no molding repair. I will NEVER recommend Caliber and God forbid if I need to take my car in for repairs. My insurance will have to send me to another body shop then this place... unhappy customer.. read more

I was referred to this repair center thru the insurance of someone that backed into my car. I was very pleased with everyone i dealt with. The girl i spoke with to make an appointment was helpful in letting me know the best time to bring in the car to get it back at the fastest time possible. travis was very helpful, i didnt meet him dropping the car off but picking it up, he explained everything that was done and if i needed anything else to let him know. The car was dropped off tuesday afternoon, they called me around noon on friday to let me know it was ready. quick service. the work was great and the people were great. i would recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done. Only down side is they replaced my headlight, with an aftermarket and it didn't have the same little volkswagen symbol. They did let me know about it but I didn't call back to get it changed I don't think it's a big deal. read more

I feel compelled to write this review due to the exceptional service I got at caliber collision here in moreno valley ca. My 2015 f250 was involved in a tear end collision and had quite a bit of damage. I took it in and myvswrvice advisor was Kevin...sorry didnt getvlast name...he was extremely helpful in getting my estimate together and being that this truck is used for business was quick to get my claim going. Kevin kept me in the loop through the whole process and did his best to get my truck out in a timely fashion. I was called after hours to pick up my truck and unfortunately Kevin was off for the weekend already. I picked up my truck however didnt overly scrutinize it until I got home. Once home I noticed a dent that had not been taken out and also my rear view camera wasnt working....I took it back in on Monday and was met by Kevin. He was very apologetic about the situation and reassured me that they would handle it. No questions asked...no questioning me he took care of it!!! Called me wed to pick it up and now is as good as new. Kevin and caliber went above and beyond my expectations to keep me satisfied and even though I had to go back it was handled very quickly and without question.....thanks Kevin!
