We were told repair would take 5 days. It took 29 days & cost us an extra $460! On day 26, they said they needed to run final Diagnostic, but they couldn't get it to start. They thought it was the transmission, so we had to have it towed. Well it wasn't the transmission, it just needed a new battery.Hmmm...So we payed $70 to have it towed and $90 to install a battery (which we could have done ourselves). This was on a Friday. We had the vehicle back to them on Monday. So even with the dead battery, not an excuse for 29 days and an extra $300 charge for our rental vehicle. New manager wouldn't do anything to make it right. Took my car in for repairs from a minor collision. Considering I have progressive auto insurance, they told me once I have a claim number to take it to them and drop it off. After the drop off, they would proceed to dismantle the parts to be repaired and would get back with me on a completion date. So they have held my car hostage for two weeks for repairs that should only take a few days. My recommendation is to compare other collision repair shops before dedicating your vehicle to Caliber Collision. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My experience with Caliber Collision has been an absolute total nightmare from start to (still waiting for) finish. I've never ever posted a negative review in my life. Caliber Collision should be shut down. Holding car hostage, tripled initial quote, requiring $9k to release vehicle and didn't actually fix the problem. Car looks no different than when I dropped it off a month ago except for they caused additional electrical, mechanical and physical damage on top of it. Calls, emails, showed up in-person 2x unannounced, social media messages and ZERO resolution just more problems and not returning my car. Horrendous lack of communication, flat out lies about work being done and parts being ordered. General manager Austin, front desk rep Shelly and service tech Craig all quit during nearly 4 weeks they kept my vehicle and wouldn't call me back or return vehicle despite up to 5 day estimated repair time. Upon finally releasing vehicle charged $9k but didn't actually fix vehicle. If you value your time, money and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. I regret trusting Caliber Collision with my vehicle, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience this level of frustration, negligence and corruption. read more

We had our vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision after a break-in and the overall experience was horrible. To begin, this process started in May of 2024. It has now finally come to a close in May of 2025. They told us repairs would be done in 2 days, but they actually were not completed for 3 weeks. Because of this poor estimate of time, it cost me more money to rent a vehicle. After I finally picked up my vehicle in late June and the insurance claim was closed, I was under the impression this matter was resolved and went on with my life. Then in January of 2025, the service manager Don, who states he didn't work there when the repairs were done, called and began asking for more money. I directed him to contact insurance as I had already paid the deductible. In the end, there did turn out to be an oversight of payment from the insurance company, which I did pay and resolve, but I did not appreciate how the matter was handled with Don. Don called in January expecting payment right then when this did not make any sense to me, as I had been instructed by insurance to simply pay the deductible. I had communicated with Don via email letting him know that I was having difficulty getting in contact with our claims agent. About a week after this email, with no response from Don, I received certified mail from him stating he was turning us over to collections if we did not pay be a certain date. I promptly called Don and let him know I had communicated with him via email to which he said "well you didn't call, that's why I sent the letter about collections." My issue with this as a customer is that I prefer communication to be via email so I have it in writing. Just because your manager doesn't apparently use email, doesn't mean the customer isn't communicating. Don also spoke over me on the call and was condescending. I felt rushed to make a payment when I wanted further discussion with the insurance company because the numbers were not adding up. I do not understand why it is appropriate for Don to call me demanding payment 6 months after this was closed, yet I ask for more time to figure this out and am suddenly being threatened with collections. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I would say the work on our vehicle was subpar. Overall, I would NOT recommend Caliber Collision, specifically this location, or working with Don the manager to anyone. This process has been a huge pain. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision!!! I called right after the holiday weekend since my bumper got messed up while visiting family. The GM, Austin, answered the phone and was extremely nice and knowledgable about what had happened to my car. I brought it in a few days later and they got it fixed and returned to me in no time. The desk lady was helpful and the service guy did a great job. The best part was that they did not charge me since it was such a quick and easy repair for them!
