I was helped by Edgar and his manager Mr. Martinez when I brought my 2023 Audi A4 in for repair. It had survived the Eaton Canyon fire on January 7 of 2025. My concern about having the car worked on were all the electronics and systems being restored to pre-fire status. Caliber works with specialists to recalibrate things and that make sure everything is working perfectly before the vehicle is returned to you. A lot of work had to be done to my car before I could get it back, they texted me to give me updates and were very professional. I brought my Honda crv to caliber 11/3 for repair and did not receive any notification of status until 11/17. By then, their 10 day grace period had elapsed and I was being charged exorbitant "storage" fees. My car had parts dismantled but because the insurance company decided to settle the car as a total loss, Caiber declined to undergo the repairs to not associate their name to a salvage car. If they knew it was a salvage car, why wait the two weeks before telling me? The dismantling and the refusal to put back the dismantled car cost me even more from the salvage company. Not to say the car was then held hostage because it was unsafe to drive from the dismantling. They tried to hold it over the weekend and charge me even more storage fees. If you bring your car here, you better call them every day to get the status or you will end up being cheated out of thousands of dollars for "storage". read more

I brought my car into Caliber per my insurance. I had a dent to my fender that also involved the hood. The initial estimate was later supplemented by a deeper revelation - to ultimately determine the cost to repair was greater than my insurance policy would accept. This bad news was compounded by the letter from my insurance that stated I would need to hire a flatbed tow truck to remove my car from the shop. I drove the car in. It was perfectly fine when it arrived. Now I was given a death certificate and would have to hire a 3 ton hearse to retrieve my now inoperable car. Anthony ( at Caliber on Walnut Ave in Pasadena ) was assigned to my case and I am grateful for his Stewardship. His Personal consideration of my unique predicament in the face of the indifference shown by my insurance company has made me a fan of Caliber collision - and I am especially impressed by all his efforts to explain the questions I had and his commitment to leaving me satisfied.
