By far the WORST experience iv ever had with a company in my entire life. Go to car crafters right…read moredown the road instead. LIES, MISCOMMUNICATION, INSURANCE FRAUD, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, DISRESPECTFUL. Zero attention to detail. They left my car with new issues, and took over 3 months to "repair" my car. When confronting the owner "Steve" about the concerns i had with the quality of work they did, ( a $9,000 invoice) i was told " i don't know what to tell you" as i asked more questions about the concerns the owner "Steve" stated that " im not going to f*cking argue with you" then accused me of "nit-picking" their work for calling them out on all the issues with the vehicle. They lied to my face about replacing my fender with a new one, and just fixed the old one. My car was left with a mis-matched paint job, misaligned bumper, new scratches on my fender, a dead battery, burnt out my side markers, fog lights dont work, and broke my emblem in half and stuck it back on my car, thinking i wouldnt notice. The shop refused to take any accountability for the poor work they did and the parts THEY broke. I was disrespected by every singe person in the office, this place should not be in business. The only reason theyve made it this far is by doing insurance fraud and cutting corners.

The truck was dropped off on August 28 and was not marked "ready" until November 21, nearly 12 weeks later. During the repair process, we were repeatedly told it would be "two more weeks," but the completion date kept moving. Communication with both us and USAA was slow, inconsistent, and often nonexistent. Because of the shop's extreme delays, we incurred additional rental car costs. Ratchet Industries agreed to reimburse us for the rental expense, and USAA has a record of that agreement. The amount still owed to us is $1,604.84. After agreeing to pay, the shop again repeatedly told us payment would be made in "two weeks," but no payment was made. At the shop's request, we even tried working with them on a payment plan, but those payment dates have long passed and they are no longer communicating with us. As a final attempt to resolve this, we offered to accept half of the amount owed if paid by the deadline we gave them, which is now about six months after we incurred the rental cost. We still received no payment and no communication. When the truck was finally marked "ready" on November 21, it was not actually complete or properly put back together. The new drip moldings had not been installed, the interior paneling had been put back loosely and needed repair, the middle light housing was broken, and screws were missing from the tailgate molding. We have been very patient and gave Ratchet Industries many opportunities to resolve this. We are requesting payment of the $1,604.84 rental reimbursement they agreed to pay, or at minimum a written response and immediate plan for repayment.

When I got the car, the ppf had bubbles and the edges were not aligned well or evenly on the left and right side. The owner said I need to let it cure for 2 weeks then bring it back and he would fix the issues. I paid in full, which was a mistake. I scheduled twice to fix the problems, and the owner didn't show up either time. He just left me waiting outside his shop, no one was there and no one answered the phone when I called. He generally won't pick up the phone when I call and doesn't reply anymore to text messages. I also never received the STEK warranty. He claims to be a STEK authorized installer, but his business doesn't show up as one on the STEK website, make of that what you will. Poor quality work and unprofessional, I'll never be back.

I know it's long but please read and save yourself…read more This is an absolute garbage body shop. My vehicle had to go back 3 TIMES. One due to damage inflicted by them. This was all for a my door being folded in a few inches by the running board on my 2016 F-150. The first time I went to pick it up the paint looked like it had been painted in someone's garage, orange peel, debris in the paint. Along with a missing door panel and broken door seal push pins. Second time the paint looked better but there was still spots missed. I also had the pleasure of receiving MORE DAMAGE than it came in with. My back bumper was dented and my rear fender flares were mangled. I'm guessing from when the bed was installed. After my truck being in the shop for over a month I finally received some what of a quality repair. I forgot to mention my truck required an alignment. They took the truck to another facility due to their equipment being too small for my truck. The alignment was worse than when it arrived but I didn't even bother asking for that to be fixed as I'd rather have a shop I've used before do it. Who ever did the alignment had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Probably could have done it better myself with a goddamn tape measure. Fast forward a month or so, what has made me finally write this review. I gave my truck it's first wash and wax since this debacle. I noticed my drivers front fender cap was loose. Upon further investigation I noticed a bolt was jammed in there. This was in place of a plastic push pin (the correct hardware). I decided to pull the fender cap off and see why this mystery bolt was there. Using the correct push pin removal tool I had no problem removing the rest of them myself. Sure enough 2 snapped off push pin ends. Easily replaced them myself. Just laziness and no attention to detail (These are the kind of people who handle your vehicle). So in review if you want an overall terrible experience, more damage to your vehicle and terrible repairs go on down to Danlar. I'd love to meet who ever runs this shit show of a business. Your employees have no attention to detail and there is no quality control what so ever. One of the times the vehicle was presented to me I had to ask if it was the finished product it was so bad. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would. Can't wait to find all the other little things this place screwed up on my truck.
