Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again.

I always lean on my fellow Yelpers and their great reviews led me to Keller Haslet. My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. Their office feels like visiting family. Such a great way to put people at ease going through this experience. Then I met Geo(apologies if I misspelled it). This guy was awesome. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair. I have babied my 5 year old truck and Geo went to battle to make sure my repairs were done with only quality parts. The communication was more than exceptional. Their skills were very apparent when I drove up and saw my truck waiting for me. Nothing but the best from this shop. My grown son came with me to pick up the truck and said if he ever needs a body shop, he plans on coming here. These guys need 5 more to make it a 10 business.

I came to SLP for help with fully stripping and repainting my lancer evo x. I had been parking…read moreoutside for a decade and the texas sun had slowly worn down and deteriorated not only the clear coat, but began to wear down the red paint leaving metal in places. Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. I guess he or she just forgot to leave information claiming responsibiliity. NOT Anyway, as I was driving down Davis Blvd I happened to see Hollywood Finishes. I pulled in and gentleman met me in the parking lot to ask how he could help me. I showed him the damage and asked if I could get a quote for the damage. He told me to stay there and he would be right back. As I was parked next to this GINORMOUS truck that they parked next to me, I was looking at it in awe of how big it was. He called me back to my car and said your ready. I looked at my car and it looked good as new. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was on the house because it didn't take him more then 5 minutes. What? Customer service was excellent. I can't recommend Hollywood Finishes enough. This is my go to for all my automotive body needs from this point forward.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
