I always lean on my fellow Yelpers and their great reviews led me to Keller Haslet. My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. Their office feels like visiting family. Such a great way to put people at ease going through this experience. Then I met Geo(apologies if I misspelled it). This guy was awesome. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair. I have babied my 5 year old truck and Geo went to battle to make sure my repairs were done with only quality parts. The communication was more than exceptional. Their skills were very apparent when I drove up and saw my truck waiting for me. Nothing but the best from this shop. My grown son came with me to pick up the truck and said if he ever needs a body shop, he plans on coming here. These guys need 5 more to make it a 10 business.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. He told me to stay there and he would be right back. As I was parked next to this GINORMOUS truck that they parked next to me, I was looking at it in awe of how big it was. He called me back to my car and said your ready. I looked at my car and it looked good as new. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was on the house because it didn't take him more then 5 minutes. What? Customer service was excellent. I can't recommend Hollywood Finishes enough. This is my go to for all my automotive body needs from this point forward.

On my ride, a bag scratched a very large area on my tank and I (Mr macho) was almost in tears lol. I drove by Paul's collision repair after running some errands and they advised me to buff out the scratches for much less than repainting it. He said they could have it done in an hour but they actually finished in about 30 minutes. You can barely see the scratches now if you know where to look and they saved me hundreds of dollars. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
