I brought my truck to caliber mid October with some front end damage they had my truck until mid December when I got it back, (delivered to my house) there were several issues. I was told not to worry because they would take care of them when I brought it back for the final part I was waiting for. When I finally brought it back in, they acted like everything was cool and they would get it done. They had my vehicle for 10 more days and changed a headlight. When I brought up that there was still issues they called me a liar and went completely the other direction. I'm done with this place. read more

After having my car for 2 months(because they were waiting on headlights)I took it to a car wash.When I was drying it there was water inside of the headlights!Then I popped the hood to look around at what they replaced and there were wires that were supposed to be attached to a wire harness, just dangling there.I then noticed a chip in the paint( probably from the accident) that was missed. read more

I got rear ended in late December. I had zip tied my bumper for the time being until I could get it repaired. The insurance recommended this shop to me. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired. They weren't able to get me in until early February, which I had no problem with. I understand that accidents occur when there's a lot of snow out and I was more than willing to be patient with the repair shop. My repairs were completed about three weeks after I dropped my car off, a week earlier than expected which was great. I come to the repair shop and inspect my car. I discover a long scratch going from the passenger door all the way to the back door. I immediately notified the worker and he instantly blamed it on someone in the parking lot because as he states, there was no way a worker of his would do that without notifying him. I left the shop, a little frustrated as I would not be able to leave with my car as expected. I was called in after the scratch had been buffed out. I drove my car to run errands and as I was backing up, I noticed that my backup cam had been disabled. I called the shop once again and they asked me to return my car back to the shop. One of their technicians had forgotten to replug the wires for the back up cam. They were very apologetic about the incident but it was still rather inconvenient for me to drive back to the shop. For future repairs, I will not be returning to this shop as there were too many minor details that left me feeling frustrated. read more

Didn't think I would receive the kick a$$ service I did rolling into this place. The lady at front desk was friendly and helpful, all while multitasking like crazy. The guys in back were just as helpful and after I got my car back it looked better than before I was hit but it was also cleaner! All around a great company, they deserve some more recognition on here! Way to go Caliber read more
