My rear bumper and hitch on my 2020 F150 needed replacement after being rear ended. The new bumper looks wrong. The gap from the top of the bumper pad to the bottom of the tailgate is large and uneven. I'm guessing cheap aftermarket parts were used in the repair. I know my previous bumper looked far better than the one installed by Caliber. I work M-F, 8-5 do it's almost impossible for me to go by for them to look at it. read more

Came here for a quote for my work vehicle on Thursday 8/21 Juan, came out and greeted me showed him the vehicle. He took his pictures I gave him my email and told me it would be completed by end of day. I'm not sure if he had lost the pictures or information. I called the next day to which the receptionist informed me that the rep taking care of my quote had taken the day off. I was understanding and she informed me I could expect it on Monday. I called Monday, again mind you this is just for a quote, to which again I was informed it would be emailed to me by end of day. I am making this post on Tuesday and deciding to find another company all together. If this is a representation of one store or the company I am unsure but, if the quote is not a priority what make me think my vehicle would be as well. Thank you read more

Took in 2019 Toyota white 4 Runner for damage to passenger door and drivers' side front fender guard. Got a quote from service advisor and accepted it. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon and got a email on the following Thursday saying that it was ready. Went there on Friday morning to pick it up and the overall work quality was horrible. The front fender mud guard that they repainted had missing paint on three locations and was not correctly attached. So, they took it back in and re-painted the part and reattached the part. Then they handed me a bill for additional cost associated with parts they also needed to install. Two issues here, first they are willing to provide subpar quality and hope the owner doesn't notice it, and second, they do not stand behind their quotes. The additional parts they needed were on the outside of the door and very visible during their inspection. Extremely disappointed in the overall experience and will not suggest or use them again. read more

So I was a little quick on that last update. As you will see below, they did get my trim part in a few months back and the service advisor did call my phone... Once.. didn't leave a message when I did not pick up. He never called me again, but they did get the part. Now the good stuff: I called them right after the latest update and asked for the manager. The manager (Saul Ramos) knew of me and was familiar with the issue and VERY apologetic. He told me they had ordered in a complete salvage door months back that had the trim on it but when they didn't contact me, it was lost somehow. He then got on the phone and found another salvage door with the proper trim and ordered it in. They removed the trim, polished it up, Put the proper adhesives on it, then drove 30 miles to my home and installed it in my driveway this past Wednesday. Saul was VERY proactive and contacted me constantly with updates and followed up to assure all went perfectly. In the end, once I got past the service advisor, everything went exactly as it should have gone 15-16 months ago. I still have a failing door lock that I need to tell them about (I totally forgot about it) but I expect things to go well now that I have a contact that knows how to service customers. I gave them one more star since it finally did get resolved and because Saul was so very kind and proactive. I did not give them more because it took so long to get to someone like Saul. The moral of the story is this: If your service advisor is not helping you properly, don't be afraid to ask for the manager to get things working properly; it could save you 15 months of grief. read more

Just an update after my review from 2 months ago - I received a response here on Yelp, offering assistance and to contact them at a email address. One of my issues in my original review was the lack of communication and how no one would get back to you. I attempted to contact them via the supplied email on three separate occasions with no response. Obviously, that offer for assistance was purely for show on social media to look like the were trying. Yet, the lack of communication and response was just as bad as previously noted. read more

Very disappointed with the service received from the secretary/scheduling person. The appointment was never a good time for us to bring in our Truck and this was not received well by the secretary/scheduling person. We explained the timeframes that were good for us, but she would not allow for the Truck to come in at any other time for it to be received. Ultimately going to take our business elsewhere after using this location multiple times and being extremely satisfied before. I think the secretary/scheduler ultimately is being told to stand her ground and not make any exceptions with a scheduling conflict. That their time available is the end all be all. read more

From start to finish they had excellent communication and kept me up to date on my vehicle, definitely recommend to anyone.

In addition to starting the car after a week, someone used it, since it was left with full tank and returned with many miles more. Asked for the part exchanged, to keep it as spare, and the cheap rep. first lied saying it was cracked, then after making him remember it was barely scratched, he changed his lie. Minutes after the argument the general manager backed him with the same lies, and the same part was listed by a local seller at ebay for $350. What an abuse, they were late; they sold the used part; and they use the car for their own benefit. Insurance is costly because of thieves like this shop. read more

I was very impressed with the work they performed, the speed at which it was completed, and the friendliness of the crew. It took more than a week of waiting to get my car in, but it was well worth it. After the job was finished ahead of schedule, I asked them about an issue I started having with a door that I thought was probably not related to the original job, and I fully expected them to charge me a ton to handle it plus a long wait.
