Be very concerned about choosing Caliber Collision. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They have had my vehicle for 6 weeks on a job that should have taken 3 or less. I have spent my time calling and driving over to the shop to get a simple update. Promises of delivery days and call backs go unfulfilled. Please think twice about using this shop. Had a good, honest experience getting a quote here to repair damage to my vehicle. Although I didn't end up choosing this business since the quote was significantly higher than other of the others I received, I was treated with respect and kindness during the process. Will was very upfront with me that this would not be my cheapest option but would be the best work in the area. Even after I admitted that I was looking for competitive quotes, something that I wouldn't find there, he took the time to explain exactly why the small damage on my car was so costly. He explained the sensors to me and even took a look at my quotes from other places to explain the breakdown to me in detail. Will didn't want me to go somewhere "cheap" and end up with the safety of my vehicle compromised. I have 4 young daughters, so this truly meant the world to me. He could have used the opportunity to belittle me for how ignorant I was about car repairs, he could have been untruthful and taken advantage of the situation. But he didn't, he gave me the information I needed to make a hard decision with safety as the priority, and he was beyond nice while doing so. This is definitely the spot to take your vehicle if going through your insurance, but for minor "out of pocket" repairs, this isn't it. I so appreciate Will's honesty and excellent customer service, and I will encourage anyone with significant repairs to go here. read more

I came in last year as a transfer from California since my car never fully got repaired. They gave me the run around for months on waiting for a blinker before finally taking a look at it in February. Turns out it was a wiring issue... finally looked at it again in March and suddenly needed more parts. Told me to wait for their call, I keep calling maybe once every two months and they're "still waiting". I'm assuming they never intend to complete this job and think I've forgotten. Terrible service and I would never recommend caliber Collision to anyone. read more

This is THE WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EVER!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE Parts came in waaayy late, the rushed to finalize a couple of "snap-in and snap-on" parts, which fell off my vehicle as soon as i drove away!!! Then they also forgot to place the plastic fasteners inside my wheel well causing those to flap in the wind... Then to top it off, they broke my door lock sensor and window switch on the door they repaired. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! read more

We are a military family and don't recommend any Veterans do business with Caliber Collision. They don't know what they're doing and said our truck was totaled. Then took the insurance money and then tried to sale our truck. Then they denied that they had done anything. If I could give them a negative star rating I would definitely give them a negative rating. So, you would think that our insurance company would not recommend their work. No, I was told to take another truck to them and they didn't finish the work and never called me to let me know what was going on. So, I never ever will have anything done by them. I will inform every veteran to take never take their vehicles to Caliber Collision because they are a fake repair shops. read more

I recently went to caliber collision to get an estimate don't for my truck we had isssue since then when I showed up for my appointment they couldn't find me in the schedule then after getting an estimate done and it sent off to the insurance we set up a date for me to drop the truck off, they said they didn't even know who I was and that the truck couldn't be dropped off due to no room at the sho and had to wait for part to come in fisrt before bringing truck, I can bet they still haven't ordered my fender! if i could give this place zero stars i would. i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. they have been evasive and incompetent and unreliable. as if it wasnt bad enough that my car got hit, these people have just added insult to injury. my car was supposed to be done weeks ago, but they keep pushing the "promised" date. they have flat out lied to me, and they said they would call and update us every step of the way, and meanwhile we have had to call repeatedly to even just get a call back. Took around a month to get a appointment with them which is probably pretty standard in Santa Fe due to size of the city but estimate of damage was off by over 7,000 dollars and when I came to pickup my vehicle I was missing a pair of 250 dollar Rayband sunglasses. When I left my vehicle I totally spaced removing them from the vehicle so that is my fault. Regardless you should be able to trust someone when you are there customer. I am very disappointed and disgusted that this would happen. In short I will never be going to this body shop again and will recommend people to stay away soley based on my experience. If someone from the company is willing to speak about this situation I am more than happy to talk about it. Overall dont leave valuables in your car and you probably wont have any issues.Throughout the time they had my car in the shop they kept changing the price of the repair through their web app so insurance had to consider my car totaled. read more
