Probably the smallest caliber collision location I've been to which unfortunately I've been to 2 others. Picked this location since it was recommended by the insurance company. They mentioned they could send in a cost of repairs to the insurance company to fix but said they could not fix my car. When I called HQ they were also confused so not sure what to make of it. I ended up going to the another caliber collision and was able to get a resolution. Sounds like they are independently owned like a franchise. read more

**Part 2** In my last review, I shared the terrible experience I had with this office. Now, I want to address the poor communication and lack of accountability from this shop--even when dealing with the store manager. Jack, the store manager, spoke to me on Monday. He claimed to understand the situation and admitted the company's mistakes in guiding customers to drop off rentals at their office without properly closing out the case. This failure leaves drivers responsible for the rental after it's left at the shop. Jack assured me that Caliber Collision was handling the situation with Enterprise and implied the damage was minimal, with no charges. However, when I contacted Enterprise, they informed me they were pursuing a claim for damages through my insurance and confirmed there was damage for which they were holding me accountable. Neither Caliber Collision nor Enterprise has taken responsibility for their malpractice and misleading information, which directly contradicts their own policies. I am escalating this issue to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and California Department of Consumer. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable! read more

I came to this location to get an estimate for my front bumper that was dislodged. Immediately I was greeted by friendly customer service by not only the lady at the front desk but also by Sean who was very courteous and efficient with my estimate. He even helped me with band-aiding the car with duct tape until I could get it properly repaired. I have no doubt my car would be taken well care of should I repair it there. Also, I had a previous repair there about a year ago and the gentleman who assisted me at that time (Hayk?) was also extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond normal service. caliber collision has great customer service and was always attentive to my calls. i came in with my AAA insurance and that place was PACKED. i do think if you need your car fixed FAST, you may need to tell them because they are very busy. they fixed my car very well and even gave customer service in a tiny scratch my insurance wouldn't cover. i loved the service I got and everyone was very nice. definitely recommend them if you get into an accident. work well done. awesome service. read more

TLDR: Great shop and great employees. Happy with their service. I had my catalytic converter stolen and was initially sent to the Caliber Collision on 11th Street by my insurance. Long story short, I did not have a good experience there and asked my insurance to switch me to a different repair shop. I selected this location and hoped for the best. And they did a great job. Everyone was kind and on top of their stuff. Hayk was my estimator and he got the repair done within a day. He had my car cleaned and detailed and he even helped clean up a door scratch I got from something completely unrelated to the repair. He was really nice and went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. Just a note of suggestion to the shop: I do wish there was more communication to the customer about options/updates, analysis of damage, and if they can offer ride options to the shop. I didn't find out about a lot of it until after the fact, which bummed me out. I know part of that is because I didn't think to ask but I'm sure many other people would love the initiative. read more

Fast, good, cheap Dropped my car off there on a Monday after an accidental self-inflicted door dent. Vazgen and crew made it easy: I can in for the inspection, left the car there, and a few days later picked it up. They're nice, smart people who did all the work and paperwork for me, the only thing I had to do was to sign three times and pay my deductible when I picked up the car. My entire family has been clients of Caliber for more than 10 years, and the service was always exceptional. Last week I had an issue of a different sort-- my car was vandalized, and spray painted with racial slurs overnight at my house. I have lived in Los Angeles my entire life and have never experienced anything so disgusting and horrible. The thought of driving my car made me sick to my stomach so I had it towed to Caliber. As I explained the situation to Nancy I just broke down. Her kindness and sympathy was very touching. She tried to comfort me as I cried and gave me a a desk to sit at to collect myself so I could call my insurance company. I was a mess. Jack and Sean were at my car within minutes rubbing away, and thankfully were able to remove the paint. Each one of them expressed genuine empathy, and I even got nice hugs. Even now I am still trying to grapple with the situation. It is truly sad that there are still people filled with such hatred. Luckily these three wonderful souls who went above and beyond reminded me that there is still good in the world, and I will never take my car anywhere else!
