Not happy at all. Not sure if it's Caliber or Progressive. The front bumper put on my car does NOT fit!! There wasn't an after market bumper on the car when I brought it in and there shouldn't be an after market that doesn't fit on it NOW!! We'll see how this goes!!!! read more

These guys are liars and thieves. Unfortunately it took me this long to figure out what they're really about. I got in the car wreck a few years ago and I took it to the shop and they told the insurance, they took care of all my problems. Fast forward a little bit I got into another car wreck when I took it to the body shop they said from the prior accident nothing was ever repaired they even had their markings of what needed to be repaired and what didn't. Rear ended and referred to Caliber by USAA. The shop and staff are very professional and will ensure all arrangements (rental, etc) are set for you. They also give you a realistic expectation for completion keeping you updated on status. What impressed me the most was reaching out to you after the work checking your satisfaction. I picked my car up on a Saturday and while I wasn't initially happy with the job, they reached out multiple times for a survey and then the manager (Nate) insisted I come back so they can make it right. Perhaps a new Quality Control rep missed a few things but they took it back in the shop and made it perfect! I highly recommend them and if you are not 100% pleased with their work... just ask for Nate. read more

The staff at Caliber Collision was absolutely amazing! Took care of me after my accident and gave me step by step updates of what was going on with my car! I was provided a rental car to get back to my busy schedule quickly! Cause as a single female entrepreneur, every minute counts in my day and spending a lot of time in the waiting area of a service center is money. They are very professional and helpful. Do not take your vehicle to these folks and particularly this shop. They will cause more damage and then blame it on you. Consider this before you take your vehicle there: A few years ago, someone with Geico rear ended my Mercedes. I was told by Geico that this is a good place where your rental would be ready and they recommend it. So I thought it should be ok and I dropped my car there. A few days later when I picked the car I noticed that there was no audio/voice in the car. I took it back the next day and I was told there was no audio to begin with and I was asked to provide proof that it was working before. So I took the car to Mercedes dealer and they found that somehow water got into the trunk where there is audio tuner. This part is sealed but during repair of rear bumper the untrained mechanics at Caliber somehow damaged it. I contacted Geico who refused to help. Long story story: it cost me $4,000 to replace and fix the audio. Moral of the story: 1) Stay away from Caliber collision. 2) Take your car to an authorized company shop where folks know what they are doing. As a side note, also stay away from Geico-they are the worst insurance company to resolve a claim. read more

My vehicle was given an estimated 7 day repair time, at day 58 I was offered a rental, 23 times I received a text saying my vehicle was almost done, then an extension date, it took 61 days, when I arrived, there was a piece missing, an aftermarket bumper that had paint lines in multiple spots, a puddle of paint under the rear left tail lense, damaged chrome from reinstall, damaged mud flap(that keeps dropping down), i was handed to 3 different managers like a problem, but not once did i complain, I asked about the missing piece, they apologized and promised to handle it, 30 days later, i wrote corporate who never responded in any form just had the same manager call and apologize, i only write now months later because another piece has fallen off and paint fade has already started on the cheap bumper, all employees were pleasant, was just the work and communication. read more

I went to get a estimate today not only was it extremely high the inspector did not show me any type of numbers as to why he was quoting me such a high estimate. I also noticed that he began to find more things that did not need to be fixed on my vehicle to raise my quote even higher. I had a horrible experience with Caliber Collision. I sent my car in a few moths ago for some basic work. A company vehicle ran in to me, so I needed to get my front bumper changed out.. They had speedy service which was great, but that quickly turned negative. When I got my car back my hood was rubbing against my fender when I tried to open it, it started scratching paint of the corner of my hood. My trunk latch lock cover was missing, not even sure why or how.. Also my ambient temperature sensor (the thing that tells you the outside temp in the car) no longer worked. Which I knew that sensor was behind the front bumper.. along with my fog lights no longer working.. I bought the car back to them more than 3 times and they or should say I "He" (I only dealt with one guy my entire time there) kept re assuring me that they ordered the parts that they broke and they're coming in and will be here soon. Took my car the first time because my battery was acting weird turns out it was just a coincidence, not their fault. Second time was to get my fender realigned so it would stop rubbing. And the third time was for the sensor.. He never gave me call back, never told if the products came in.. nothing. I called Caliber they claimed they couldn't do anything because my file was closed out. I called his personal cellphone, no response. After having my car banged into by accident, I was devastated. I love my car and take good care of it. I wasn't going to allow just anyone to work on it. I researched and found Caliber and glad I did. The service was great. Liz provided me with updates and great customer service. My service advisor Jose worked for me and made sure my car was repaired like new. The service dept repaired my car and if you didn't know it you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Had to get my vehicle repaired after an inconvenient rear end accident and was skeptical that it would be fully repaired to where it was before the accident. The staff was great in keeping me updated with the repairs and estimated time frame for the return of my vehicle. The has to be the number 1 automotive repair shop in the nation for certain in the Tampa. The staff are extremely professional and delightfully friendly. Unfortunately my wife was involved in a minor accident which caused some front end damage. The folks at Caliber Collision did the estimate ordered the parts and repaired the car going the extra mile fixing a specialty license plate. They went the extra mile on communication giving me updates every morning ensuring I understood the repair process. I can't say enough about these guys. I had someone back into my car back in March, my insurance company sent my car to Caliber to have the rear bumper repaired and painted. They did a horrible job, the colors was off by three shades. I finally fought with my insurance company long enough that they paid to have the bumper repainted. I took my car to Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel and they did a great job. I would be very careful with anything that needs a color match. read more

Only giving a one because I can't give a 0. This is the absolute WORST company ever!!! Do Not take your vehicle here!! RUN!! They had my husband's truck for 6 months and it was still not fixed right. We took it to a consultant who deemed it unsafe to be on the road. They had to take it back and fix it right this time. Only when we got it back. Someone had intentionally banged on the roof of the truck. It looks like they were pissed and took a hammer to it. They are denying this happened there but we know it did because that damage was not there. Of course since we have no proof they are refusing to fix it. They suck!! My husband was even told by people who work there that the guy working on it was mad because my husband kept refusing to take it and he told them he wasn't working on it anymore. The fact that they couldn't fix it right after 6 months says enough!! I will never use this company again and highly recommend no one else does. If you want your car fixed right take it somewhere else. read more

Honestly I was not very impressed. They had my car for repair and it has very minor work that needed to be done. When returned, my car was dusty dirty. When I pick a car up from just having paint work done I expect it to be clean so I can actually see the work that was done. There were also a couple of obvious scuff marks that were not buffed out and I had to point them out to go and have that fixed. I was also told that if I give a good review they would do a real good job and fully detail my car at no cost to me at another time. My question is, why wasn't that done to begin with? Can I have that in writing? Lol. Once I got my car home and cleaned it up I can still see all the marks on the side and hood that I had pointed out to begin with that needed to be fixed from debris hitting it. Really disappointed. The manager was really nice and the guy at the shop that kept me updated was really great too but I expected more. read more
