Customer beware!!! Not sure where to begin. We were directed to this location by USAA, the insurance company for the vehicle that hit us. Their whole system is broken. They couldn't do the estimate or take pictures on initial visit. Their communication is zero!!!! The day we arrived to have them complete the work they tell us that our car needed to be towed to a different location because they had training that day. The place where it was towed called to advise that they could not do the work for what was quoted. I demanded that the vehicle be brought back and it was. Of course while costing me tolls since they were on the cross town. Anyway, once the car was completed, on an unknown date as no one communicated, we picked it up. It looked good but when we got home we found a large scratch on a fender and they neglected to hook the windshield washers back up which was not a simple task. Of course we called immediately to report these items and got no response. Horrible place if you expect to be kept informed on the process and otherwise no communication. No quality care and they don't ensure customer satisfaction. They just don't care!!!!!! Oh forgot to mention, don't think you'll get satisfaction by speaking to a manager, their famous line is, they are in a meeting! They need to meet to address quality control and customer treatment! our experience with Caliber Collision was horrible. Maybe another Caliber Collision office would've been better but the one in Riverview was horrible. It took over three months for my car to still not be fixed properly. Lucas and the general manager told us time and time again that it would be fixed and every time it was not fixed properly. We ran out of our rental car coverage and the car insurance said that Caliber Collision needed to cover our andnow they will not provide rental car assistance to have our car properly fixed. We will no longer be wasting our time having our car fixed with this office. Do yourself a favor. Do not go to the Riverview location. It was a horrible experience and a waste of time. read more

No option to not post 1star. Don't waste your time or money going to these lying thieves. Had my car for 54 days to do 27 hours worth of work. Sold me used parts and did not even fix all damage from the accident. They said they were detailing my car and processing paperwork. That alone took 48 hours. Could never get a straight answer as to when my vehicle would be finished, had to track down the parts from the dealership myself, the employees have no care or regard for the customers situation. I originally took my car to Gerber... Big mistake! I had USAA transfer the car to caliber collision and started working with a gentleman named Hari. Everything that Gerber said was not wrong with my car (that I knew was wrong with it) Hari found and was able to get it repaired! If you need a good collision repair shop contact caliber collision! By all means... Run away from Gerber as fast as you can! If you do find yourself at caliber collision, make sure you ask to speak with Hari Hristov. He's amazing, professional and honest! read more

Horrible before I left my vehicle we went over all the damage and circled it with a marker when I picked up my vehicle it had a big door ding first I was told that the employee no longer works there and they cannot find the photos then they find photos without any paint marks saying the damage was already there when I requested to go over the cameras they told me they have no cameras at all and that i was out of luck and to call my insurance and put in another repair claim. I picked up my car today and want to recommend this business. I had actually used another body shop previously and the comparison is stark. Caliber was taking care of a warranty issue from a repair that I had in Northern Virginia where I moved from recently. I brought my car in and was treated very well from beginning to end. Because it was a warranty issue the GM and painter in addition to the estimator were involved. I was treated respectfully and professionally during it all. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and when I picked it up I was delighted with the results. In addition to the repair my car was cleaned inside and out. None of us like car repairs but if I need body work again I will be bringing my car here. I will also recommend this company to others. read more

Fabulous customer service! It's refreshing to deal with such an honest and trustworthy company. I made an appointment for an estimate for some minor repairs and Jacob told me how I could inexpensively repair them myself. I also needed my front grill emblem replaced and the guys didn't charge me and installed it for free. WOW!! That was very surprising when most places would try to take advantage of you.
