In December my Highlander was rear-ended by some lady who thought texting a message was more important than paying attention to driving. I met with my insurance adjuster who referred me to Caliber Collision in Vacaville (Orange Drive). I met with the staff, who were helpful and professional. They set me up with a rental and began the repairs. Due to weather delays and the Christmas holiday my completion date was moved out. They were kind enough to set me up with a rental car (no charge) until my car repair was complete. I came back to find my car restore to like-new condition - great craftsman work. Fast forward 4-months and I found myself with a windshield molding that came off. I purchased the part from Toyota, then drove to Caliber Collision asking about an estimate to replace the molding. 10 minutes later, staff returned the car with the molding installed - no charge. The moral to the story is if you need an autobody repair, look no further than Caliber Collision on Organge Drive in Vacaville. They are the best - they understand great customer service. read more

Purchased my new vehicle on Sat May 25th, today May 28th, my garage door scratched the back of the car UGH! It wasn't a bad scratch, but it did go through the Clear Coat. Took it to Caliber Collision to see what they could do to fix it. The front receptionist (sorry I never asked your name), was so professional and welcoming. She asked Justin took a look. He said it would be $1000 to fix completely. He then went and got polish and a cloth, and worked on the scratch. He did an amazing job! Wouldn't take any money from me. I could not recommend this shop enough! I could not thank Justin B. enough for being so professional and efficient at his job. We recently purchased a 2024 telluride, about 5-6 months after purchasing it, I hit some construction debris left on the freeway. Through the whole entire process Justin kept us in the loop, contacted insurance companies, and even caught a mistake made by the dealership and sent our car right back over to them to be fixed. It's nice that Caliber is sooooo busy that they can turn away business and more so, choose not to add more staff so their customer service doesn't go down the drain. I am beyond dissapointed from the lack of support, specifically from Johnny in the Orange Dr. Vacaville Location. He had me send the paperwork they needed to get my repairs underway and that he would call me by noon the next day. That never happened. For the sake of wasting anymore time then they had me do - 2 weeks worth of chasing them down and calling with zero progress. I would HIGHLY recommend another Autobody shop if customer service is important to you. They are just (as Johnny states) way too busy at both Vacaville locations so Fairfield is the better option. He failed to send Fairfield my paperwork like he said and on and on. You SUCK Johnny. read more

This was the first time I had ever been hit by someone--at least to the degree that it left more than a negligible scratch. I had always dreaded the process of dealing with an insurance company and subsequently getting my vehicle repaired. After this experience, I no longer fear the process. Johnny (an estimator) exudes professionalism and quality customer service. He assured me that I would be taken care of, and his words proved true; throughout the week of my repair, he kept me in the loop on every stage of the process and any adjustments in cost. I work in an office in which I am not able to answer my phone without significantly disrupting my daily schedule, so it was helpful that Johnny took the initiative to text me my updates. When I picked up my car (which was around closing time for him), he stayed a bit later and even offered to get my rental car turned back in. I sinply left the rental car keys with him and drove home in my repaired vehicle. I hope I don't have any collisions again, but if I do, I would return to this establishment in a heartbeat. Hiya! My blue Honda was involved with a hit and run. The team here did more then I even expected and I honestly wish I could do something in exchange for how great they were. The body painter named Miguel was the kindest guy ever. He painted took care of the problem area and did a little extra painting on the door to make it look good. He didn't have to do it but he did just because he could! Truly a man that takes great pride in his work!! The receptionist named Stephanie was amazing too! She helped me with the whole care problem even tho I was so stressed out. She was so accommodating with my car drop off and pick up times too. This team is amazing! Sooooo I had tree sap on my car door and decided I could take care of that! Big mistake I ended up scrubbing my clear coat dull I popped in to caliber to ask advice and was met by Ruth the GM she was so nice and personable and very graciously said she would have one of her techs buff it out for me today. When asking how much of would be I was blown away when she said "no charge!" WOW!!! Blown away mike the technician did a wonderful job and it looks good as new!!! What a incredible experience for a customer who spent zero dollars here. I came in to have an estimate done on my vehicle for scratches and dents. The service advisor Johnny was so helpful in helping me save thousands of dollars in referring me to a paint-less dent repair company and informing me that some of my scratches and scuffs could just simply be removed by using acetone. He was so helpful in helping me understand and save money that I was absolutely blown away and while I'm not looking forward to a vehicle crash that would allow me to come in and use their services, I am very grateful for the integrity and service at this company provided me today. They were super helpful and informed me of the progress every step of the way, which I really appreciate. Really love their service, the reason why i'm giving 4 stars was because I wasn't contacted nor given update after 48 hrs from the day i left my car (i was told that i'll get notified after or within 48 hrs about the status of my vehicle, instead I had to give them a call, but I got my car back a week after (they found interior damage and ordered parts), which to me is not a big deal, i'll probably get concerned if i'm someone who drives a lot but i'm not. They're professional with their positions, coworkers and customers. They're also good at offering (I was offered a free ride to get back home when i left my vehicle in the shop).
