As I couldn't pick the car up that evening, he agreed to keep it in his shop overnight. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked great. The repair had been affected nicely. And, then, he said it took him less time than he thought it would, so, he charged me less than what he had originally estimated. I highly recommend Dent Express, and Eric Patton. They checked out my car and gave me an estimate. Called me a couple days later to let me know what they found as they started the repairs, which was more internal damage than the outside. Their system sent me a link to track the progress of my car repairs which also had an estimate of when it would be done. Abraham called me every couple of days to give me an update on the progress of my car. They truly over-communicated in a good way! The process of how they worked with my auto insurance was truly seamless and made the process so quick and easy! I thought I needed a ride back to the car rental place to drop off my rental car, but they told me I could leave the rental with them and they would let Enterprise know they received the car and would come and pick it up. My car looked flawless and the whole process from start to finish was truly amazing. I was blown away by the service here and very grateful that they worked on my car! One technician took the time to help an older customer understand what was going on with her car before she left. He also assisted another customer in Spanish when she was having trouble communicating in English, and you could tell he made her feel comfortable and understood. I also had the chance to meet Matt, the owner. Based on my first visit, Wrench Works seems like a great shop with a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I'm looking forward to having more work done on my car here.

These guys are bunch scamming cocksuckers. They also own Ace Towing. They towed my car and an employee's car at 24 hr Fitness in RP. I know this a scam that they all tow companies pull. I've been parking at this location four years. There is no afterhours time frame because the gym is 24 hrs and it's a shared lot. They told me $40 on the phone and then when the GM and Manger from they were there to pick up their employee's car, that was also towed it, it was suddenly $440. This is definitely illegal. This was further proved by the fact that once they had their money they were laughing in my face because after I told them repeatedly in very colorful language that I know about this scam and they do this as a matter of course because they get paid by the job and this the only way they can make any money. Towing is for emergencies and this scam tow bullshit is just slimy and I hope they go out of business. Furthermore, their "repairs" are garbage and everyone knows they use aftermarket garbage that doesn't fit correctly. The door gaps and paint match on the car they "fixed" for me years were a joke avoid this business. They are scamming assholes. read more

What an incredible experience I had with this shop. Unfortunately, I had some front end damage on my Challenger, and needed it repaired. State Farm gave me a list of shops to choose from, and I knew G&C has been in Vacaville for years, so I went with them ;now I see why they have been in business for so long. I am so appreciative of the work everyone did, and more so of the gentleman that helped me from start to finish. AJ was very easy to work with and I immediately trusted my car with him. He gave me update calls so I knew where they were In the process, was extremely clear with everything, And I could genuinely feel he wanted to make sure the work was done up to his standards. I do need to go back to get the stripes added, but again he was upfront about that from the get go, and we have a date set for me to go back. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I stopped in to see if I could get something to take off the remaining black marks on the front of my Pearl Wht. Cadillac from a flying tier that hit the lower air dam on Hy.80 . By the way it knocked out the air dam fog light . Well I went to G&C Auto Body and they could not be more helpful Haris the G.M. came out to look at the car and said I will be rite back , he went and brought this stuff from the shop and one of the painters came with him and rubbed the spots completely OUT! not only did they do that but Haris said let me take the car around back 5 min. later he comes back and my fog light is completely fixed . Haris and the painter did this at no charge to me . They treated me and my car like I was family . The customer service I received was second to none. He ensured that the most experienced mechanic was assigned to the repair of my 2024 Stingray Chevrolet. Really couldn't be more pleased. My "nearly-showroom" 92 Cutlass was backed-into, and I was uncomfortable about finding replacement parts and paint matching. This place did the work PERFECTLY. Needed my back bumper repaired due to being hit from behind. I told Nino, the estimator that the bad scratch I had on the corner of my bumber was there before the accident. When I went to pick up my car, he had repaired the damage from the accident and also the wicked scratch that wasn't part of the job. To say the least, that was a huge benefit to me. Why would you have me pick up my car in the rain and it's not fixed. Two weeks later I called asking can I come get the light fixed because I'm driving around with a hazard light on my dashboard and when I use the blinker it is rapid blanking because they installed the incorrect light. No response or call until January they called saying we made a mistake and you need to come in to pay the deductible. I explained I asked so many times and the guy insisted I had no Deductible for the light. At that time I asked again when will the Light be fixed. They asked me to come in. I went to the office and was told sorry we need to order the light because they don't know what happened. Another two weeks later I called stating it's been since October I'm driving around with a rapid blinking light. The repair guys says oh I'm Sorry I don't know what happened but I will order it now. Another week later I called stating and the manager states sorry the repair guys says oh was fired so we have to order the light. A week after that now into mid February I get a call to come in and I owe deductible. I explained this is very poor service. I feel like being a women with two car seats in the car they didn't take the situation seriously and I was driving for 4 months with a rapid blanking light. I feel like this would have never occurred I. This manner had I been a man. Frustrated and feeling deflated.
