I received excellent support from DMaggio who went out of his way to get support from another tech, Luis. They both worked quickly to buff out a long scratch on my car. After my accident and sent a list of local shops that my insurance approved, one of the first I clicked on to look at the reviews was Caliber Collision. The reviews seemed genuine and I got this home town, easy going establishment. From the moment I arrived to the moment my vehicle was ready for pick up, it was apparent that the hunch I had was correct. Sabrina Emick, the incredibly knowledgeable receptionist that checked me in, was on her first day at the job and I wouldn't have known if she didn't mention it later on during one of our exchanges. She was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable for a team member who just arrived and i was very impressed. As I sat in the lobby where they offer free coffee and bottled water, I was observing the dynamic of Caliber's employees and it was taken back by the synchronization of them all, they were all on the same page and moving as one with very little words exchanged. A tall gentleman was moving and shaking along with everybody, hands on, all over the place but calculated with every move. This same gentleman would later introduce himself as the David Carter, the General Manager. He was there on the floor with his team, working in a capacity of an experienced leader and source of guidance, rather than a micromanaging his team or barking orders from behind a desk, which I'm sure he would not be wrong for. He was guiding them passively, as an onsite resource for anybody to approach if needed and they did, it was as if he was everyone's right hand man, My kind of leader. My vehicle was finished 13 days before the first estimated completion date. I received detailed text messages detailing the status as far as genera status and completion date updates. When I arrived, my car looked better than when it went in, incredibly well done, especially with how fast the service was. As I was checking out I had a few issues which hindered the pick up and checkout process which were all errors of mine. The Service Advisor, Lisa Umlauf was incredibly patient and worked with me along with the same receptionist I met upon dropping off my vehicle. Lisa went above and beyond in her effort to correct my errors and get me out the door to my beautifully repaired vehicle. Caliber Collision is THE perfect blend of professionalism, efficiency and friendly customer service. I recommend that anybody who has the chance to utilize this outstanding do so. To the owner and Caliber team, thank you, in the midst of world wide pandemic where smiling faces and positive is a rarity, you all shined and did an outstanding job at restoring my car and lifting my spirits. I brought my car here to get a fender fixed on my 2021 wrx sti. I saw the reviews online and thought i should trust this caliber Collision place . A week and a half goes by and my car is done and I come by to pick it up and as I come nearby to check it out my car wasn't in the same clean condition I brought it in . There were scratches on the right side of my fender and the side skirt of the drivers side was All scratched up. And not sure what they did but my paint was all messed up, they buffed it out to much to the point where the clear coat came off. Lorenzo Robles was the one who guided me through the whole process, he made everything so horrible and so unprofessional the way he handled it. It took me almost a month to get my car back just to fix those simple problems, when they said they'll "detail" by that they mean they're going to scratch your car horrible. I'm a totally unsatisfied, with the service I received. I will won't return and I won't recommend this place to any friends or family. As I would reach out to get updates on my car, I was getting ignored, now I got to deal with all those scratches on my car and pay out of my pocket to fix it and get a paint correction when those scratches were never there. Beware if you have a new car, they definitely will scratch up your paint when they "detail" your car. They mistreated my car and I have dash cam recordings to prove it. read more

Had to have my truck towed to shop due to damage from a pritty serious accident my driverside front tire took alot of the impact which must have bent the controller arm or the frame preventing the wheel from turning so obviously the suspension needed to be repaired right ? Not according to this place they gave an estimate for only the cosmetic damage ?? What good would it do to have the cosmetic damage fixed if I cant drive it ?? Here's the best part they told me that the doors where locked and they couldn't get in well I knew this the impact must have damaged the lock and the key no longer open the one lock that controls all doors and for some reason the alarm auto locked the doors so thease guys couldn't figure out how to get in the truck ?? They convinced me to take my business elsewhere ...oh by the way my girlfriend took a clothes hanger and unlocked the door in 5 min. Was not impressed !!! read more

I got there at closing time and there was an unexpected problem with my car, about 5 staff members stayed an hour after closing & tried to fix the issue. When the issue could not be resolved, they arrange a rental vehicle for me on Christmas weekend & had my car ready the following week. I am so thankful for the service I received.
