I scraped my car against the garage door while backing out of my garage. I took it to them and 5 minutes later the paint marks were gone. I did the same thing yesterday and took it to them. Same results! Not only did they fix it like new, they never charged me a dime either time!!!! Woops! Couldn't get this business to return calls. Needed a new headlight for my Jeep and the Service Advisor gave me an estimate for the wrong part. Oh well, mistakes happen, so after she corrected that problem I brought my vehicle at the appointed time to get repairs estimated to take 4 hours. When I arrived she told me that they didn't have the right part and had to call their parts supplier to see when she could get another and asked me to go home and wait to be called again as to when I might be able to get the light replaced. I lost confidence in their ability to get the job done and went to another body shop after getting no call back (for the third day) from this business. Too bad, the estimator was always polite but just couldn't seem to pick up the phone. read more

Nate was great! He accomodated my needs since I needed my car earlier than the estimated date given. He was able to give my car back to me 4 days earlier than expected. My car looks as good as new. Only reason why I took a star off due to the receptionist's customer service. Extremely rude and not accomodating. This place was amazing, complete opposite of any experience I have had with auto repair. Jenna in the front is kind and provides clear communication and great customer service over phone and in person. All the other representatives were great and friendly. My repairs were taken care of in a timely manner and I was updated consistently while while waiting. A few days after pick up I noticed a small hose was missing from windshield wiper fluid area and a bulb went out in my headlight. I brought it back and they fixed everything within 20 minutes, apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel well taken care of. This site needs to work on customer service skills, the lady who helped me was rude and wanted me to comeback the following day to get estimate. Had an appointment time for 1. Stood around for 30 minutes before being asked if I needed help. I was picking up my car. The guy literally dropped the keys in my hand and walked away without going over what was done with my car and reviewing the car. When I called to complain the manager barely listened to me and then dumped my call as soon as possible. Terrible service. Our dash mat was on the ground but the damage was to the bumper. Not sure what they did but I can guarantee I will never be going back and filed a complaint with my auto insurance who referred me. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop! I am a claims adjuster and deal with body shops on a regular basis. With that said I frequently encounter shops who don't keep in regular contact, have poor customer service, and produce poor quality. Caliber was everything I expect from a direct repair network shop and more! The staff was knowledgable, kept in frequent contact, and had my car done early. As a claims adjuster I always referred my clients to caliber because I knew they did a good job but now being a customer only strengthens my referral. This was an absolutely amazing experience, despite being in an accident. I will continue to use Caliber for my clients needs and my personal needs. So my car was hit last Monday 10/29/2018. Called up my insurance and scheduled an apt for the next day on Tuesday to have Caliber Collision get an estimate together. Went in for the estimate as scheduled, after about 20min Lisa Umlauf claimed that her computer system was running slow and not working right and that she would email me that night. I thought okay cool, sounds reasonable. Well after that day her communication or lack there of has been horrible. I didn't hear from that evening or the following day, I had to follow up myself on Thursday 11/1/18 regarding the status. She claimed that they were busy (I guess she was shuffling through paper work just to find mine). She stated that she would be working late to get my estimate done and would follow up that evening. Unfortunately, its no Tuesday 11/6/18 and its about to be Wednesday, over week later and still no response from her. I'm just disappointed and upset with her overall communication skills, she couldn't even at least follow up with some sort of lame excuse on why its not done or why she hasn't got back to me. To be honest, I have had my vehicle worked on here before and had no issues, as the other service advisor at the time was great. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on. read more

Great service from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted by Jenna (please forgive me if that was not your name) and she introduced me to Isaiah and it was uphill from there. Friendly, knowledgeable young man. He gave me a decent estimate for my repair work. I got an appointment for the next day and the work was done to perfection. Isaiah gave me another estimate for some work on another vehicle and I will be bringing that one in to get the work done next week.
