Got into my first "accident" today. A minor scratch sure, but being my first incident with a new car that I just got two weeks ago, I was quick to make this ant hill into a mountain. The BEST location!!! After my business trip to Las Vegas, I came home with a small dent on the hatchback door of my Jaguar, needless to say I ended up going to Calibe Collision Center on Whittier Blvd. in the city of Whittier. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Robert who oversaw the repair; he listened about my concerns and was very helpful to give me some suggestions on how to tackle my concerns. After leaving my car there, he made sure to inform me about the status and progress of the project. This morning I got a call from them saying my car was ready for pick up. Irma the receptionist came outside to make sure I was 100% satisfy with the job. She explained what process of the things done to my car with a great attitude and respectful yet friendly attitude. After an accident last year, Eckles repaired our bumper. Since then, the business has been taken over by Caliber Collision. Due to the change, Caliber is not required to honor the work by the previous owner. However, the manager, Roberto Garcia, fixed a sensor that had become loose. He even tightened the other ones on the bumper. We really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help us. I'm sure he and his team are working hard to take care of our needs. read more

I was involved in a mva and my insurance referred me to Caliber Collision in addition to a few other shops. I read all the positive reviews and I was 99% sure I wanted to come here. Secondly, when I called to make my appointment, I coordinated with Angela Cortez, Office Administrator. Let me say, she was amazing. She welcomed me right away, called her manager to come and inspect my car. Upon leaving my car, she sent me regular text messages, kept me informed of the progress. When my car was ready, she called me and was waiting for me upon my arrival. She showed me my bumper, and help me finalizemy paperwork.. She is definitely ready for the next step in her career. Now onto the work, my bumper is beautiful and the work was flawless. I couldn't be more happier. The manager came out and he too did an exceptional job. He explained all the work that was done and they even washed my car and cleaned the inside. I 100% recommend this place. I was recommended Caliber after I got into an accident a few months ago. Initially, I was supposed to go to the Brea location, but I forgot and thought I was supposed to go here. After a bit of confusion, I decided to just go to this one to ask what was up. Angela helped me figure out the situation and got my case transferred here. I'm happy I did because this was by far the most considerate, professional and kind repair shop I have ever been to. Angela was super cool. She took care of a bunch of stuff that I messed up on. After that, Frank took my car in. Dude was super cool and very helpful. I asked him to do a couple extra things like provide me a quote for some other damage I had as well as fill the tires in my car. He took care of both of those no issue. This shop has apparently been in business for 14 years and only recently became a Caliber. Don't let the lack of reviews reflect the quality or age of this shop. Honestly, I have never felt so safe and secure leaving my car with a mechanic. They went above and beyond what I expected. And they did a beautiful job with the repair. I couldn't even tell anything had been replaced, which is the best kind of cosmetic repair for sure. Highly recommend this shop. read more

He had been calling and asking for the person who ordered it then weeks later they said he no longer works at this store was transferred to another one to call over there. I took the car there today because the rear panel over the tire had come loose because I stupidly hit a curb. John very quickly and kindly pushed the panel back into place.
