This shop was very disappointing. I was not at fault in an accident, I was sent here by AAA. Their initial estimate was off not only for the insurance but also for me. I couldn't believe that I was asked to pay out of pocket for something that wasn't even mentioned during the initial estimate. Not something underneath that couldn't be seen, but something I would expect a professional to mention at inspection. Once I refused to pay out of my pocket, they refused to do the job. I sadly was the victim of a hit and run while parked at a restaurant on Mother's Day, damages were done on the back driver side quarter panel and bumper.
