Treated poorly. My car was towed here after a horrible accident that was not my fault. I was told by the owner that my insurance would cover the storage costs / fees with my insurance to have my car here so I had it towed there. Once I was able to get ahold of my adjuster they said they will not be covering any fees and I have to pay my deductible and 20 percent of damage repair for an accident I did not cause what's the point of having full coverage if they want to charge you for every dime they can. I came to get my car out of the shop before the bill racks up even more and they still had the audacity to tell the tow truck not to take my car for any stupid reason they came up with because they are losing out of business. Completely unfair I am 29 weeks pregnant already dealing with so much and having these men try to hassle me more out of money that I don't have is outrageous and pathetic. Sorry to say but people should definitely be more empathetic during these difficult times and in this type of business! read more

It's always a little nerve wracking having to take my vehicle in to a shop for repairs. I sought the assistance of a friend to recommend a shop hoping for some peace of mind if nothing else. I was given the number of Ed Hadley. I had some expectations given the last name was that of the company. I could go on and on about these guys but I'll get to the point, I don't know much about what it takes to fix a car and I never set foot inside this business until I picked up my car but this is what I know, I was able to get my car fixed at a reasonable price! In a very short amount of time! (This, of course, was key!) And, most importantly to me was the fact that my car was fixed beyond my expectations! Like it should be but so rarely is. I feel like they went above and beyond to bring my car back to life. Not just doing the bare minimum. They clearly take pride in the work and it showed. Don't take your vehicle here unless you enjoy lack of communication, negligence, and incomplete repairs. 09/24/20 I dropped off my 2007 FJ Cruiser at Hadley Auto Body to have the roof painted and leak repaired. I spoke with Jose and he explained the paint and repair would take no longer than four days for the work to be completed. After four days I called to get an update and I was told they needed more time. This continued for almost 3 weeks. 10/12/20 I was told the paint and repair had been completed. I picked up the vehicle and drove home. I found that my rear parking sensor was no longer working. I opened the back windshield and also found that the glass cushions were missing. After washing my vehicle, I noticed the leak had not been fixed and had water on my interior A-pillar. 10/17/20 While driving on the freeway, the upper reveal molding flew off and was destroyed by vehicles behind me. After safely exiting the freeway, I investigated the space where the molding sits and I saw that the old clips were not replaced. There were also beads of dried glue. This was concerning since I was charged for new clips that were not installed. I emailed Jose about the issues I was having along with photos of the negligent work. 10/19/20 I received a phone call from a Hadley Auto Body employee regarding my email. They were very apologetic, and they explained Hadley Auto Body would order the parts and fix the issues within the week. 11/02/20 After several unanswered calls and emails, I finally received an email from Jose. He said that they had ordered the parts, but they had misplaced them. 11/09/20 I was notified the upper reveal molding was painted and ready to be installed. I brought in my 2007 FJ Cruiser for the installation. An hour later I was told my vehicle was ready. As I inspected the work, I could see that the upper reveal molding was sticking out further on the driver side and was installed unevenly. I voiced my concerns to Jose and told him I'd have another body shop fix the problem, as I had enough of Hadley Auto Body's mistakes. Don't take your vehicle here. I gave Hadley a chance to fix their mistakes. I was told it would take 4 days for the paint and repairs, but it took over 6 weeks and the result was negligence, incomplete work that will cost me more money to repair. read more

I was upset and frustrated because someone hit my bumper over night and ran away. The hit cause another complicated problem in my new 2022 Prius prime. Dont bring your car here!! Brought my car here and was promised to get it back in 1 week, it took two weeks and Jose (who claims to be the manager) did not even bother to inform. The paint job is bad and the body work is misaligned. I said its fine and gave it another go and brought my other car for a paint job. There was a minor paint crack on the fender, to which Jose wanted to add in the job but i said im not worried about it because it had been like that for years and I wanted other areas done. When i got my car back after in just 2 weeks the minor crack got really worse like somebody pried it out! And they lied and said that it was like that when i brought the car in and could not provide the photos to support their claim. They tried to trick me by showing me a photo they said was taken when i brought the car in but cannot show the date it was taken. Lol a digital photo without a date, first time I heard of it. read more

I bought an aftermarket front bumper which required lots of modification that I did not have the tools for. I called Hadley body shop based on their already great reviews and they said they could install it for me. I took my vehicle over there and they saw what I was working with and offered a great price for the work, I agreed and a few days later I got the truck back. I saw the work that was done and my jaw dropped, all the cuts were clean, the bumper was perfectly painted and lined, I could not have asked for a better job. Ulices and Jose were very courteous and informative and gave great customer service. My Kia Sorento was damaged by Hadley Towing during a service call through AAA. I immediately contacted AAA to file a report. I was told not to worry, that Hadley Tow would be responsible for such damage. They referred me to HADLEY COLLISION. My contact was Ulises. Right away he took care of the problem. They did an awesome job. I took my car on a Friday and Ulises promised me that my car would be ready on Tuesday. He called me on Monday to let me know that my car was ready. I was involved in an accident La Crescenta, I called AAA and advised them that I want my car towed to Caliber Collision In Glendale, After a Tow Driver from La Crescenta towing showed up he convinced me to take it to their lot and the owner then told me that he will waive my deductible and was promising me all kinds of nice things. Little do i know next day they took my car al the way to whittier to this place and after i found out about their bad reviews, i wanted to remove my car which obviously pissed them off and they charged me almost 2000 to get my car out. Stay away from these people and dont trust AAA tow truck drivers! AAA promised me to refund the money but I called the towing company they said they wont pay me anything! read more
