My mother had a small accident where the corner of her rear bumper was damaged. We didn't want to involve insurance and Gerry was able to get me a reasonable quote and two day turn around for fixing the bumper as best as he could without replacing the bumper. this is a mercury insurance approved body shop. had a bumper replaced thru insurance. they installed the bumper while still wet so it left paint between the panels. looks terrible. they also missed a spot the size of a dime. they actually yelled at me when I complained about their service And threats to charge more if we didn't pick up within a 2 hour window. During a work day. Closed on weekends too so you will miss time off of work if you use this place. save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. this also says a lot about mercury insurance pairing with a company that dosent care about quality of service. unacceptable repair service, unprofessional staff and This shop is garbage. My car was rear ended and I was suggested to come to this body shop. When I got my car back, there was a persistent sound coming from the rear where I got hit. After letting them know there was a noise, they told me to bring it back to be checked out. After talking to the receptionist, she told me they hadn't heard anything. I knew from then that I was just dealing with unprofessionals. They had promised me "lifetime warranty" on my he work they did but when I encountered the issue, they acted stupid like there was no noise. EVERYONE WHO HAD BEEN IN MY CAR HAD HEARD A LOUD HUMMING. I grabbed my car and left. No use in dealing with business who treat their customers like they're idiots. I took my car to the dealer and they quickly found the problem: both rear wheel bearings were damaged (obviously from the car crash) and needed to be repaired. Luckily for me, my warranty covered it. What I realized is that this body shop either let me go out with my car without fully inspecting everything or they ignored it and hoped I wouldn't notice. This is the last time I deal with them. No use in handing over your car to them to disregard your own safety for their own money. read more

Maggie immediately called me to schedule me in and Amy took good care of me, checking the car in and reviewing damages as well as scheduling Enterprise rent-a-car to pick me up, without me even telling them to. A few weeks ago my car was hit while at a red light. I can honestly say that I never thought my car would look the same again. It had substantial damage to my right rear quarter panel as well as to most of my right rear suspension. Mercury had suggested Advance Auto Body to me, and since I'd had a smaller job done by them a few years back, I decided to go back. Gerry is the owner and was my contact through most (if not all) of the process. I was constantly updated through out the process, which I really appreciated. I just recently got my car back, and it looks as good as it ever has. They went above and beyond. The welds to the quarter panel were seamless. The lines are 100% straight, and the paint looks like it did when I bought it new. They even made a point restore the finish to my headlights. It was a job I had neglected over the years but was certainly a finishing touch I really noticed and appreciated. They made no mention of this either, I noticed when I brought the car home. This place is so amazing!!! Backstory: my sister was driving my car and got rear-ended by another driver who did admit fault and wanted to go through insurance. We called our car insurance and saw this auto shop as a listed place with our car insurance. Amy was the person who helped us, and she really goes above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of for us. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and they even cleaned the inside of my car which I was NOT expecting at all!! My car was extremely clean on the inside and outside even though I only came to get my bumper replaced! I was so shocked.. About a year and a half ago my Wife took here van here when she was rear ended and they did a fantastic job. The called once the parts arrived, she took the van back and it was fixed like new in a day and a half. They did a great job. More recently I was rear ended in my F150. I had to take it to a dealer because of the special equipment required for the aluminum body. The dealer fixed and pit it back together crooked. I took it to Jerry at Advanced and he took care of the final adjustments such as straightening the bumper that the sloppy guys from the dealer failed to do.
