After getting appraisals from 3 different body shops, I finally brought in my ProMaster 2500 to Anthony at Bravo's Auto Body. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was willing to work directly with the person who hit my van, which made the whole process smooth and easy. My gut told me to go with him, and I'm glad I did. When I picked up my ProMaster, he walked me through everything they had done. The work was great -- really great. The final price was very fair, honestly the best out of everywhere I checked. I had been involved in a collision, and my insurance sent me to a different body shop in Whittier. The employee there took photos of my vehicle but unfortunately did not care to explain anything. I did not feel great about them fixing my vehicle. Like I said earlier, I found Bravo's body shop from online reviews and they did not disappoint. Insurance companies really need to put this body repair shop on their list. Anthony explained the process in great detail, and I decided to leave my vehicle with them over the holiday season. So one day I drop in on this place to see about getting the front bumper, hood and quarter panel painted on my 03 town car. The first thing I see when I walk in is a 1992 Toyota pickup done in metallic blue. This trucks paint was basically complete and it looked immaculate. I had pretty much made up my mind that if they could do work of this caliber for the right price I am sold. Next I entereded the office and met a very personable rep named Anthony. Anthony is key in the customer experience of this shop. From the beginning we built a good rapport during the quote. I expressed that I was concerned about getting sections of a 17 year old red wine color matched to account for natural sunfade and so on. Anthony effectively puts your concerns to rest as he explains the expertise of the shop in color matching and color transitions to account for natural sunfade patterns. My car was delivered by Anthony on a rainy day. The car looked amazing. The color match and transitions look amazing. A couple of months has passed and my paint job still looks as amazing as the day I got it. Do I have any gripes, yes a couple minor ones but they are not significant enough to harp on.
