Got a new kick Nissan 200 miles and someone ran into me. They fixed the car quickly and I can't even tell that there was any kind of damage. It was just a little bit of damage but they fixed it perfectly. This auto body shop is the best. I've said other people there and no one's ever had any complaints about them. There's a lot of auto body shops out there even in Whittier there's a couple dozen. But this is by far as far as I'm concerned the best I've never had one complaint about them they go above and beyond. This is an amazing body shop. I brought my car for a dent on the front grill and back bumper. Insurance covered the cost of repair, but the repair was much less than I expected. Everything with them was super easy from dropping off my car, getting me into a rental and getting my car back to me very quickly. They even washed and waxed my car and did the tires and rims too. They did beautiful work and I couldn't be happier. I was able to leave my rental at their shop for enterprise to pick up. I would absolutely recommend them and if I ever need work again, hopefully I won't, I will definitely be back. They gave me a $100 voucher in case I need to come back for more body work. Even without the $100 voucher I'd still go back to them, but the $100 makes it even better. read more

Honestly this place was pretty decent a few years back but now it's just terrible. My car took over 3 weeks for them to finish, just for them to do a half ass job. Not only that I had asked if they could fix damage done to my car that I caused myself & they said they could but when I got my car the scratches were still there & Leo claims he "forgot" which is ridiculous & then on top of that ask if he can still give an estimate for it to be fixed & a week goes by, & he claims he "forgot" again. I don't understand how hard it is to say as a grown adult that you can't fix the rest of my car instead of having me wait & then not only that I had to bring my car back because the repairs that were done were half ass they had to fix my door strips just for them to keep coming off. I came here once for a partial paint job estimate. I was forthcoming right off the get go that i only wanted my hood and roof painted and no body work. One of the chicks that I spoke to when I walked in, gave me a clipboard with papers to fill out. I sat for about 15 minutes until the estimate guy appeared at the lobby with a clipboard in hand and a pencil wedged between his left ear and skull. He looked motivated and willing to get this estimate done. I told him what I wanted. He meticulously looked over my entire car and then this clown told me they only work with insurance companies. I had my late model vehicle repaired there as recommended by my auto insurance company. The job they did on the damage, looked ok on the outside, but they damaged other things that were not broken. My upholstery which was in pristine condition before, was ripped by their workers, there were some new scratches to my paint on other parts of the car that were not damaged when I took it in, & and they did something to mess up my electrical system. I've had nothing but problems with my directionals, tail lights & window switches, since they did body work on my car. I had called them several times to make an appointment to fix these things on the advice of my auto insurance company, and they either never responded to messages or the one time I was able to get ahold of a person to speak with, they denied all responsibility. Got my car rear ended by a hit n run. AAA recommended this shop to me. The shop was courteous and fast on the estimates. The delivery time was also fairly accurate. They did a great job with the rear bumper. My front bumper had some issues too which I asked to see if they can help out. They did so without charging me which was great. I would not recommend going here. They went almost two weeks past their expected completion date and told me it's either because their paint guy was sick so they were backed up and then when I was able to pick it up robert told sorry for the delay the parts are hard to come by etc etc. anyways I get my truck and I'm able to end up driving to work but when I leave for work my truck won't start. I end up getting my battery jumped and head home and come across the same issue in the morning. Dead battery. So the aaa technician arrives and does a diagnostics on my battery life and he tells me it's basically at 0% battery life and that you're going to need to replace it. Extremely sketchy in my opinion because I have a 2020 ranger that never gave me the slightest battery issue ever and now when I get my truck back it's completely out of battery life? It gets even better because the aaa technician asked where I got my body work done and I told him golden west coach and then he explains to me how he actually was just having issues with them as well. They had his vehicle for over 40+ days and when he got it back he saw on the invoice they charged him for a new mirror that was the same old one and his car door was not even fixed properly and would leak when running it through a car wash . 2 minutes ago Small repair and was told 1 week. When called the day after car was expected to be done advised would be done Monday morning, that it was just drying. Called Monday morning and told they had to do a touch up and would be done by closing. Was given car back with overspray all over it. They said they would remove and had vehicle another full day and still not removed. Was told it was due to my car being old over time. It is 1 year old 2017 car. Facility is to busy with Insurance repairs that carelessness is happening. Definitely do not recommend. My vehicle was there for two weeks for a right back door repair. I picked it up yesterday and there was damage to the back bumper. Being a woman they thought I would not inspect my vehicle! What was more upsetting is the fact they tried to change the vehicle report form by adding the damage to previous damage page. This fraudulent shop CAN NOT be trusted!!! What I do recommend is take all around pictures before leaving your vehicle. read more

Good day all! My personal experience with this shop was awesome! July 2018 my 2016 Acura was hit on the passenger rear wheel damaging rear suspension and some body and rear bumper as well. My concern was that my truck is an all wheel drive and I needed a shop to fix my truck right the first time, and that Golden west did! I dealt with Dan from the beginning. The repairs were extensive! Since there was air bag deployment. The entire head liner had to be replaced including the sun visors, one tire was replace had to get a new bumper and paint it to Mach existing paint on top of all the work the truck had to be reprogrammed back to factory specs. After all the work was performed I was given a lifetime warranty certificate for work performed on my truck, who does that these days? Here we are January 2019 and all is well with my beautiful Acura! I'm very satisfied with the service writer Dan and my overall experience with the shops quality of work. I recommend this shop but I also suggest that you state everything repair wise with your service writer insurance wise or cash that way there are no surprises. Sometimes in the confusion of all the down time of your vehicle and having to figure out your transportation for the next few days we miscommunicate or miss vital details believe me been there done that! HORRIBLE!!!!! My car was working and now it's not. According to Golden West Coach it's a coincidence that my car broke down while they worked on it. They asked me to call BMW mechanic to go there to diagnose the electrical issue and for me to pay for that. Really?? If I drove someone's car and it broke down I wouldn't tell them "you might not make it home" when they came to pick it up. We paid them with no problem no questions asked. When it came time to pick up my car and it was acting like it was possessed with the windshield wipers going crazy, signal lights getting stuck and warning lights on I took the car back the same day just to have a person call me to go pick it up the next working day. According to them it wasn't their problem. Asking for proof that they were the ones that did something to it. I told him it was fine when I dropped it off and now it's not you worked on it sooo?? All I got was you might not make it home. Even if it was a coincidence, but I don't think it is, I wouldn't of treated a customer with such disregard. My car was hit by a drunk driver and they had very little insurance to cover others and my car was paid off the month before (boohoo) so I had liability only. Leo fixed the car of the person that hit me very quickly, but their insurance held things up for me for nearly a year! Leo, though, took pity on me, understood my situation, and did everything he could to help me out. His services went well beyond the call of duty and he produced, in the end, a car that looked better after the accident than before!
