They also told me I'd get 20% off, from ANOTHER purchase i Made with them, yet somehow my total was $500. When I checked online, the original retail price was around $300, even before the supposed discount. So not only did they fail to deliver the product correctly, they overcharged me hundreds of dollars. When I went in to confront them, they refused to take responsibility or honor what they had said. The manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely useless. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This business is built on lies, zero integrity, and terrible customer service. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Don't waste your time or your money here -- you'll regret it.

In all the years and the hundreds I have spent, I have only utilized the warranty program once for a replacement pair. Then I ordered another pair recently, it cracked in a car accident we were in and so I filed for a replacement under the warranty. I sent two requests in 1 week and heard nothing back. Fortunately, they are on Yelp because I received a message back almost instantly saying it would be forwarded to a CS manager and I had a brand new replacement pair a few days later.
