I can not understand if it is one person who works in the office but if it is there is something seriously wrong with her. I bought a car back in September and I was told I could pay via Zelle. There is no website to go on to make payments. I've always worked with actual car dealerships so it was new for me to not be able to set up automated payments every pay day. I was told she didn't want to have to do more work and process multiple payments. Fine I did it there way. No contact since almost a year ago. Now I get a call last Thursday. She said my payment was late and I said I do it automatically through Zelle. For some reason their Zelle is shut down. And I asked ok so what do I do and will it be back up to keep my automated payments up. She oh ya it should be so for this payment just go to Wells Fargo I'll text you the account number and send me a photo of your payment. And it will have no late fee since you didn't know. This morning a different person called me saying I owed a late payment. This company is all over the place. I told her someone called last week she always wants to yell over and I am the type to allow it I said no I'm going to finish. She wants the last word and honestly doesn't ever know what she is talking about. Her name is Deborah and told me she is the only person who works there. I clearly spoke to someone else. Deborah said she messaged everyone about Zelle being down. And I never heard anything until a call last week. No emails were sent no mail addressed to anyone. I actually am talking with the BBB right now which if a payment type is being changed with a a company that company needs to give 30 days notice to be able to charge any late fees to give people the time to find other options. So Deborah even calling me about a late payment today they said is not legal. I don't believe Deborah is the only one to work there. If she is I spoke to Deborah using a different name voice and cadence last week. But I work in the health field and have seen it happen so maybe. But do your self a favor go else where the few times I have had to deal with speaking to this company it's always a horrible experience. Honestly it's time someone investigates what's going on here. It never makes sense. I've spoken in the past to Deborah who is just awful awful human and there was another lady I thought she said Denise I could be wrong who is more pleasant. But Deborah today told me she is the only one there. Nothing makes sense. Be aware of this company. They are located in Rancho Cordova. They clearly take advantage of the vulnerable population. The Sales Rep Name Larry is rude asf, he plays nice when he thinks he is going to get a sale, first off let me start off saying this majority of those cars on the lot is overpriced requesting anywhere from 2500 up to 4000 down with average miles being 140k. Before you buy test drive do a full walk around open the hood. Get the car inspected through an outside mechanic beside theirs. It's better to spend 200 on a inspection vs large money down a car that's a POS so many red flags check engine light was on on test drive the car had high RPMs 4 different set of tires. That's just the beginning of it. It was brushed off oh it been sitting for awhile. Be confident when you purchase a car don't let sales rep pressure you into buying a car their favorite line is this car will go quick or there Is other buyers etc of jus know there is plenty of lots in the area not to mention these cars are way above Kelly blue book value by average of 1500-2700 ,dollars. The workers do not care about you and you are absolutely definitely just a number. They have quotas to make and you can definitely tell by the way they treat their customers. Auto financing is horrible customer service. Deborah the manager is very rude and has no customer service skills. She argued with me the customer and DMV customer rep multiple times she refused to let me speak to someone above her head. She was very belligerent and disrespectful. this company sucks they loose everything and they don't put there information into the system correctly they lose every important paperwork that a person will send them and they will try to charge you a lot of money. They try to repossess you car extremely FAST like that's they're goal . They have a service fee which is 3xs the amount of cash app actual fee . Let me get started with victor the superviser from the collection company from auto finance . This man straight harrassed me and and called my phone yelling at me disrespecting me calling me names. Saying im not smart and would not let me speak my situation whatsover, he yellled over me, At me saying i have to pay an additional $200 for back pays . Which was a total lie. Came to find out i was charged because leanholders name wasnt in policy with my insurance. Victory made me feel very uneasy , nervous, overwhelmed & scared. Today when this happend, i had to borrow money and leave work . I ended up paying a total of $662 when in contract it says $482 a month ....HE wanted $862 total . Outrages . This is the worst finance company I have ever came across of they are unprofessional they are rude they don't return phone calls they don't return emails They charge you unnecessary fees even when you don't need to be charged these fees and you can proved that you pay paid my bill on time but this was just a misunderstanding clearly on your part they still want to charge you these unnecessary fees they're just money hungry heifers on top of that I have another car loan out with them unfortunately from the last car was totaled they took the money my insurance company gave them never told me or sent me any paperwork documents saying this is the remaining balance that you owe left on this car when can you start making payments nor did they call or reach out to me for anything but when they want their money they sure do know how to contact you they took my money and I had no idea on my new account when I made my first payment they took that money and did who knows what with because a I have no proof that they put it on that old account at all because they didn't send me any paperwork regarding that but then I'm going to call me and say we're going to take that money put in there no you're not and sweetie I hope you're reading this the one I was talking to yeah I read the contract and it doesn't say anything where you can take money from another account that you paid on and put it somewhere else without our permission don't ever go to this place they need to be under investigation and shut down and as far as I'm concerned you can put that damn car on my credit like the contract says you guys do.
