I bought a car back in September and I was told I could pay via Zelle. There is no website to go on to make payments. I've always worked with actual car dealerships so it was new for me to not be able to set up automated payments every pay day. I was told she didn't want to have to do more work and process multiple payments. Fine I did it there way. No contact since almost a year ago. Now I get a call last Thursday. She said my payment was late and I said I do it automatically through Zelle. For some reason their Zelle is shut down. And I asked ok so what do I do and will it be back up to keep my automated payments up. She oh ya it should be so for this payment just go to Wells Fargo I'll text you the account number and send me a photo of your payment. And it will have no late fee since you didn't know. This morning a different person called me saying I owed a late payment. This company is all over the place. I told her someone called last week she always wants to yell over and I am the type to allow it I said no I'm going to finish. She wants the last word and honestly doesn't ever know what she is talking about. Her name is Deborah and told me she is the only person who works there. I clearly spoke to someone else. Deborah said she messaged everyone about Zelle being down. And I never heard anything until a call last week. No emails were sent no mail addressed to anyone. I actually am talking with the BBB right now which if a payment type is being changed with a a company that company needs to give 30 days notice to be able to charge any late fees to give people the time to find other options. So Deborah even calling me about a late payment today they said is not legal. I don't believe Deborah is the only one to work there. If she is I spoke to Deborah using a different name voice and cadence last week. But I work in the health field and have seen it happen so maybe. But do your self a favor go else where the few times I have had to deal with speaking to this company it's always a horrible experience. Honestly it's time someone investigates what's going on here. It never makes sense. I've spoken in the past to Deborah who is just awful awful human and there was another lady I thought she said Denise I could be wrong who is more pleasant. But Deborah today told me she is the only one there. Nothing makes sense. The Sales Rep Name Larry is rude asf, he plays nice when he thinks he is going to get a sale, first off let me start off saying this majority of those cars on the lot is overpriced requesting anywhere from 2500 up to 4000 down with average miles being 140k. Before you buy test drive do a full walk around open the hood. Get the car inspected through an outside mechanic beside theirs. It's better to spend 200 on a inspection vs large money down a car that's a POS so many red flags check engine light was on on test drive the car had high RPMs 4 different set of tires. That's just the beginning of it. It was brushed off oh it been sitting for awhile. Be confident when you purchase a car don't let sales rep pressure you into buying a car their favorite line is this car will go quick or there Is other buyers etc of jus know there is plenty of lots in the area not to mention these cars are way above Kelly blue book value by average of 1500-2700 ,dollars. I'm already nervous about buying used cars, and even more nervous because it was too far away for me to look at. I read all these Yelp reviews for his business, and was impressed because he was rated higher than most used car dealerships. And he provided a free CarFax report, so I knew the car's history and was impressed it only had 2 owners over 24 years. I talked to Ata by phone about the car, then hired a mobile mechanic (also found through Yelp) in the Rancho Cordova area, and sent him in to inspect the car. Ata was very accommodating and tolerant of the mechanic's inspection and lengthy test drive, during which I was on the phone with the mechanic and Ata. I ended up buying the car, and Ata recommended a shipping option he's used that even cost less than what I could get through one of the national car transport companies. Ata took care of a small dent in the bumper before shipping the car, he included the 30-day drivetrain warranty noted on the Craigslist ad, handled all of the paperwork, and I ended up with a great car I'm thrilled to own! The man takes pride in the cars he "curates" for his business and is an honest gentleman. Truly a "Top Quality" operation.

I am recovering from an illness during which I wasn't able to work for over 2 years. My credit is destroyed. I am working hard to rebuild it and it is NOT easy! I have a decent job again and was spending so much money on rental cars, Lyft and Uber it was ridiculous, I needed a car. I went to several dealerships claiming to be able to finance anyone, and no one could - even Paul Blanco (except with horrible terms). I was referred to Mike at Eurostar, and I dropped by without much hope. I told him my situation and that I understood if he couldn't help me but had nothing to lose asking. I left pretty sure I wouldn't hear from him ever again. Boy was I wrong. Let me begin by telling you that the vehicles on the lot are absolutely beautiful. It's obvious that they select only the best, and they have a lot of pride in the appearance of their inventory. I did not expect to see such beautiful cars, and their prices are very fair. When I received a phone call a few hours later from Mike I was sure he had bad news, however he was calling to tell me that he was able to get me approved for a beautiful 2017 Ford Focus. I was shocked and thrilled. The payment was high, but I assumed I had no choice because I have such poor credit and so I signed the contract. I just couldn't believe he even could find financing for me. I was to take delivery of the vehicle the next day, but I woke up in a panic in the middle of the night thinking about that payment. I pretty much figured that since I signed the contract I couldn't back out and anyways, with challenged credit it was probably the only way I could get approved. Still, I texted Mike the next morning to express my concern and to ask if he would or even could work with me on different vehicle to get a lower payment. Four hours later I was again shocked when Mike texted me back. He reworked the deal, and qualified me to buy a GORGEOUS 2012 Acura TSX with a much lower monthly payment, shorter loan term and the same down. He also arranged for me to split the down payment up over a 30 day period. The transaction was seamless, painless and fast, too! I definitely felt Mike had my best interests at heart. He didn't sell me a car that was going to overextend me, and was genuinely happy to have been able to help me - and I mean that. He is one sharp guy. I was embarrassed and humiliated at other dealers, NEVER was this the case with Mike. He is calm, cool, collected, honest, positive and genuine. I was treated with respect and truly felt valued. A year from now when my credit is built up I will buy my dream car, and I won't ever go anywhere else or buy from anyone else. For now, my new vehicle is just PERFECT and I wish my commute was longer, lol!
