    While in town my wife and I dropped by to test drive a Top Quality Auto car that we spotted on the web and had an awesome experience! The car was nice and described as advertised. We had an amazing experience with Ata (the owner) who was very helpful, was willing to negotiate and who is also very no pressure in his sales style.     I bought a 2018 Chevy Bolt from here August 2021. Right off the bat, Ata gave me a great deal (I didn't even have to mention the quotes I got from Carvana, Shift, Vroom, Carmax, etc), he's extremely transparent, and he got me exactly the loan rate I was looking for of 2.49%. He worked hard to make sure I got everything that I wanted and exactly how I wanted it, including walking me through each of the 6 Bolts he had on the lot and taking the one I ended up purchasing to GM to get a sensor fixed before I drove off with it. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience and came in from Berkeley. I highly recommend working with him

    !!!What a pleasant car buying experience!!! My husband and I were in the market for a used car that would be a good commuter. After looking for a while we came across the 2009 Toyota Camry pictured at Top Quality Auto. We made our way there after work and made sure to follow the path towards the back as there are a lot of other dealers in the same lot. *Look for the double wide trailer pictured that says "Top Quality Auto"* When we pulled up no one came running out which was nice, in a way, as I hate pushy sales people. We walked into the office and Ata greeted us. We told him exactly what we came for and he immediately took us to the car (there was a lot of nice cars to choose from). After inspection we took it for a test drive and the car was in great condition. We returned to the office and let Ata know that we would take the car. The process was easy and painless. There was no pressuring to buy any extra bells and whistles. WE had to ask about the extended warranty (which we did end up getting). Ata was honest, respectful and knowledgeable. I can't stand going to a car lot and only feeling like a paycheck instead of a person. Top Quality Auto has our future business for life! Thank you, Ata.

    Poor customer service and sales manager was really rude. I would not recommend this place for anyone that is looking to buy a car.

I called to set up a test drive and met Hector and Lianna upon arrival. Hector showed me around the shop and took me on a tour like it was my first day on the job. It was a nice touch and is a great way to ease tension between buyer and seller that is common when car shopping. After the tour we sat and talked and he proactively told me the car I was interested in was a salvage title. Proactively! While most dealers would avoid this important detail unless asked he told me upfront and unprompted. Talk about a way to gain trust from a customer. I did the test drive and the atmosphere was laid back from beginning to end. After a few more days of shopping I decided to buy. We stayed in communication and was able to plan payment, pickup, etc without any pressure. This car was a present and was financed through a bank that took several days to pay. Hector was very flexible working with me getting the car home and letting me know how to proceed with payment every step of the way. Everyone I interacted was professional and friendly - Hector, Lianna, and all the mechanics. This is the 9th car I have purchased and easily the best experience.     WOW. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. My review is long, but a Must-Read for…read moreanyone buying a car!! I am recovering from an illness during which I wasn't able to work for over 2 years. My credit is destroyed. I am working hard to rebuild it and it is NOT easy! I have a decent job again and was spending so much money on rental cars, Lyft and Uber it was ridiculous, I needed a car. I went to several dealerships claiming to be able to finance anyone, and no one could - even Paul Blanco (except with horrible terms). I was referred to Mike at Eurostar, and I dropped by without much hope. I told him my situation and that I understood if he couldn't help me but had nothing to lose asking. I left pretty sure I wouldn't hear from him ever again. Boy was I wrong. Let me begin by telling you that the vehicles on the lot are absolutely beautiful. It's obvious that they select only the best, and they have a lot of pride in the appearance of their inventory. I did not expect to see such beautiful cars, and their prices are very fair. When I received a phone call a few hours later from Mike I was sure he had bad news, however he was calling to tell me that he was able to get me approved for a beautiful 2017 Ford Focus. I was shocked and thrilled. The payment was high, but I assumed I had no choice because I have such poor credit and so I signed the contract. I just couldn't believe he even could find financing for me. I was to take delivery of the vehicle the next day, but I woke up in a panic in the middle of the night thinking about that payment. I pretty much figured that since I signed the contract I couldn't back out and anyways, with challenged credit it was probably the only way I could get approved. Still, I texted Mike the next morning to express my concern and to ask if he would or even could work with me on different vehicle to get a lower payment. Four hours later I was again shocked when Mike texted me back. He reworked the deal, and qualified me to buy a GORGEOUS 2012 Acura TSX with a much lower monthly payment, shorter loan term and the same down. He also arranged for me to split the down payment up over a 30 day period. The transaction was seamless, painless and fast, too! I definitely felt Mike had my best interests at heart. He didn't sell me a car that was going to overextend me, and was genuinely happy to have been able to help me - and I mean that. He is one sharp guy. I was embarrassed and humiliated at other dealers, NEVER was this the case with Mike. He is calm, cool, collected, honest, positive and genuine. I was treated with respect and truly felt valued. A year from now when my credit is built up I will buy my dream car, and I won't ever go anywhere else or buy from anyone else. For now, my new vehicle is just PERFECT and I wish my commute was longer, lol!

    The absolute worst experience EVER. They told me the truck was there and they would discount it…read more$2k. I told them I was on my way. When I got there they tried to put me on the wrong truck. I told them that is not the correct truck. The salesman Daniel got the Owner Jan who said give him 2 minutes and walked away towards to curd on his phone. Come back and says sorry my partner borrowed the truck and it is in Grass Valley and he cannot discount it. He asked what time tomorrow I would like to see it. I said in the morning. I happen to be in the neighborhood that evening and saw the truck sitting on the street filthy. Never received a call from Daniel the next day so I texted him at 12:00 pm. He said he will be at work in 40 minutes. He finally called me 2 hours later and asked when I want so see the truck. I aske him to bring it to my work because I took time off and they were playing games. The owner got on the phone and said he would I gave them the address. 1 1/2 hours later Jan calls and says he cannot bring the truck. I will never do business with this lying cheating pot lot and will tell everyone I know about the absolutely horrible bate and switch tactics they pull

    Beware of this place the owner is a total scammer!!!…read more Took my mom to purchase a vehicle, a vehicle that had been on the lot for over a year. Vehicle listed for 7999..asked for the out the door price ,the owner told me it was 10500. I did the math for sale taxes in my area which is 9% and added an extra 500 to 600 for fees. So a ball park area around 9200. I ask where was he getting the extra 1300$ from... " I painted the rims (which were factory ) and tinted the windows" Im not a car salesman but usually on a used 10 year old vehicles aren't sold with dealer mark ups.. The rims were factory and the tints had some bubbles.. The car would not stay running, so once they swapped the battery for a battery that was not rated for the vehicle . We notice a tire pressure light , the rear rim had a huge dent in the lip so he painted the rims but didn't repair. Also vehicle was extremely dirty inside.
