We changed our lunch plans only to get turned away at the counter. When we ordered, the counter staff said he didn't think it was included in promotion. He went back to talk to the manager and said ... "The promotion doesn't include Impossible because of the price difference." We explained we saw the promotion piece on Good Day Sac and all their burgers were showcased, never mentioning Impossible was excluded. "We can't do it" So, we left. I looked at the promotional poster on the way out and the small print doesn't show any exclusions either, but didn't feel in the National Burger Mood any longer. Taco Wednesday at the nearby Dos Coyote. As much as I want to support local businesses, the lack of simple communication between ownership/employees to anticipate vegetarians might want to participate really bugs the heck out of me so we won't be coming back.
