City police is just down the street. It helps to know what you want bc you order at the counter right away. Take a number & find a seat! The restaurant was loud bc apparently they had a work party with the white elephant gifts! We found more private seating towards the rear of the restaurant but it was still crazy noisy! My wife ordered the Bulletproof coffee & she was hooked! Our food was served rather quickly too much to our happiness bc we were hangry. It took a little over an hour to get to Dixon bc there was an accident on the freeway back by Elk Grove. We almost didn't make it but ecstatic we did. My Farmers plate with organic eggs, bacon, Yukon gold potatoes & toast was delightful. My wife had the citrus pork tacos no cilantro & added avocado with sweet potato chilaquiles was delish. She was full even after 1 taco but still managed to finish both. She would love to return to try more of what's on their menu bc their cuisine is farm to fork, paleo, organic, healthy & gluten free. Before I put the order in I asked if at lest 1 could be the one mom requested. She said "you get what you get". That's the rules. When I came up for my drink, I watched her hand the lady in front of me this one that she wanted and when I got up to the window, she was rifling through the stack to give me the same ones that she did the first time I bought 10 drinks that I did not drink that I gave away And she purposely gave me the same magnets. This wasn't getting what I get. She was purposely assigning me what she felt I should get. I asked her why she was being mean. She smirked. She's rude and she's mean. I have never been banned from anything in my life. And I'm as honest as they come, but she was purposely mean last month and this time for whatever reason and I'm not even sure what I've done to her other than call her mean, she decided that she was going to ban me from a store. I have called corporate. I have lodged a complaint. I don't always feel good so sometimes I don't have my normal shining disposition, but I'm generally very friendly very fair and I try to be helpful. After this happened, several people have reached out saying that they have had the same horrible experience from the same individual. They've gone to the other location by tractor supply. I hope it affects the business. This is supposed to be a fun place for people to come get coffee and this company has made it almost a cult following with stickers and merchandise drops. I will go to the other location if I even support this company at all anymore. I really don't care if I ever have this coffee again last November I purchased several of their rebel drinks and it put me in the hospital with 32% kidney function and kidney stones that Took months to pass and I still have a bunch in my kidneys that were never there before I drank those rebels.
