While we didn't find any gum (weird), we did find lots of other sweet treats like my favorite - Swedish gummies! They also had tons of chocolate options, freeze dried candy, pickle pouches and even bugs! I loved seeing the employees in the back making the chocolates! There was so much to look at inside, I almost got a bit overwhelmed, but the store is well organized which is a plus. Staff weren't anything special - they were just younger kids at the counter ringing people up. Not sure if we would make a special trip to visit Hotlix again, but I did appreciate them having a nice variety and a little something for everyone! Check them out!

They also have drinks and ice creams too. The workers are always kind and try their best to move quickly. I love their home made candy here. They have one that taste just like a turtle. One of the two employees should have been taking us thru the second register - that's why it's there! And somewhat obviously, hire more employees! Instead, I visited the Santa Maria store later and was in/out in 60 seconds and got a free caramel patty.
