No one seemed interested in assisting, only pushing their own agenda. It was months of frustration, and a frightening experience that almost cost my family his/her benefits. My family and I are so much happier since we left, and found a much better place.

Even with being a teenager, he is now spending time with us and engages in topics. I love it! The therapists were able to do family sessions with us. They provided us with skills and educated us on my kid's diagnosis. The therapist educated us on CBT and DBT and how those skills work. Even I use them. We have seen our kid improve at school and home. The director has always made time for us. She has gone above and beyond. She has made herself available at all times of the day. We had a crisis one night and she stayed until 10pm deescalating, giving recommendations and even called in the morning to see how we were doing. They care about us. Gisela at the front is without a doubt the best! She got us in that same day! She is sweet and patient with us during the intake process. 5/5 would recommend. What I love the most is that my child is able to go even after graduating! They have alumni group every Wednesday and my kid looks forward to going each week. He continues to learn skills, processes things very different and he is able to communicate his emotions. Beyond happy with the services provided at Aspire.

Shout out to ABNER from OT, ANNABELL from PT, both have helped me with strengthening muscles and range of motion. They made sure to give me a plan to take with upon discharge. I am so grateful. Nurses CHRISTIAN and ELLE were always going above and beyond. We didn't stay long because the clients sister is visiting as well. Our client is happy with the place as well as with the people working there. It is good to see that they are updating the place. I went to Genesis PT before and after surgery - a total of 14 months...mostly worked with Justin, but I also saw Josh...along with the multiple aides for exercises, ultrasound and therapeutic massage (Jackie). The whole team at Genesis run by Dr. Ray Camacho is top notch - I got to know them pretty well, and the entire place is run like a well-oiled machine when it comes to good and effective care, professionalism, and expertise. The front office staff was always on top of requesting insurance approval at the right intervals so that my care always continued with no interruptions - the receptionist always made sure to remind me that I could set up more appts, as she kept careful track of when my next/last appts were scheduled. SMART, kind, friendly and good people work here! Best of all, I have full range of motion back with no pain. It was a long, difficult road to recovery, but I know this team made at the difference in my healing process (after switching from two other Simi PT businesses that I was dissatisfied with). They made me instantly feel welcomed and comfortable, and throughout my stay I grew even more appreciative for the compassion and skill level of the staff. Their approach is very holistic and expands far beyond just the 12 steps. We learned meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, acupuncture, among many other things. The therapists are the best I've ever spoken with. I had 2 assigned to me including a trauma therapist who helped me work through issues I had never really spoken about with anyone before, helping connect my childhood trauma with my substance abuse issues, and giving me the tools to deal with it. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a giant pool and hot tub, and we had time to relax and match movies and hang out. I laughed a lot with the other clients and had more fun than I ever would have imagined in rehab and made new friends that I've continued to stay friends with after leaving. Beyond just getting clean, the Villa gave me the breakthroughs and tools I needed to stay sober and taught me how to enjoy life, laugh, and have fun without needing alcohol and for that I'm forever grateful. ER doc and NP had shrugged it off as possible gastroenteritis and anxiety and had discharged me home. My symptoms improved for a bit and then suddenly got worse three weeks later to the point where I was unable to eat anything without getting extremely nauseous immediately and experiencing the worst abdominal pain so I checked back into the ER Turns out I had pancreatitis and was admitted for 4 days and had the loveliest nurses and Drs during my stay. In particular I had a wonderful night nurse for 3/4 nights I was there. I'd recommend this hospital for those who are seeking emergency medical care
