About a year ago I was looking for a house to rent. When I attended the open house, Sarah had all of the detailed information regarding the house and what steps I needed to take to submit an application available on a paper I could take. Within a few days I heard back that I was able to rent the property. Moving in was very smooth and uneventful. 1. Sarah wanted to list for 20% under the market rate. I insisted and it rented quickly after the listing at the Market Rate I wanted. 2. Immediately after renters moved in I was told there was septic issues with a toilet not draining. After two $375 RotoRooter visits and being told I needed to spend $6000 on a new drain line I called my own vendor. The tenant told him there was no problem and no need for him to come into the property. My guy also told me there was no reason to replace the drain line unless it was broken and leaking. He did not charge me and I never heard anything of the issue again. 3. The tenant notified Sarah that the laundry machine was not working correctly. A $375 Appliance Vendor was sent out and he said it simply needed to be replaced. I approved the replacement, however Best Property does not deduct such expenses from the operating account and insisted that I transfer in $$ for the replacement of the laundry machine rather then deduct the cost from the rent paid into the operating account. So I ended the management agreement with the termination of that lease. My new property management company replaced the laundry machine, rented the property immediately, and will deduct the cost from the first months rent. - Thanks Frank Perkins! read more

I will stay away definitely from this business and had an unfortunate chance to work with agent Sarah. Approached them based on their amazing 5star Google /Yelp reviews but really they wasted 2 months of my time. Not professional and non-responsive to tenants who tried to get in touch with Sarah. She would reply to me immediately when i have to add a service or pay - for example cleaning, otherwise emails and text messages will go un-responsive for days. Some of the friends' friends tried to reach out to Sarah for over 2 weeks and left several messages and voicemails but, no follow ups to text/call or emails. When they approached me that's how i found about what was going on for 2 months. They had 200+ contacts on Zillow and got no applications with this working style. When I confronted her about this, the resposne was I am busy and cannot pick up the phone when I am in a house showing or a meeting - which makes sense when you are busy, but will you not get back to a prospective tenant who is reaching out to you for 2 weeks constantly to rent a place and showing all the possible interest? I had to cancel my contract with them, they charged me still $500 a non refundable fee. I am glad I was able to get out of this contract with a simple loss of 2 months rent and $500 fee. In June, at the time of signing the contract, she told me to put the house for rent at $4500+ and by Aug she posted the house at $3970 as there was no interest after 200+ contacts on zillow :) Her next step was to post it at $3700. Do your own research, I got lucky as one the prospective tenant reached out to me. When all this happened I tried to contact the manager of Sarah, every time I called the office he was busy to take a call, I tried to schedule a call as per his convenience to share the feedback and if they can assign me to another agent. The receptionist did not shared their contact or scheduled a call, when I asked what if he calls me and I am not able to pick up the phone, the response was we work like this. I wish this business good luck just like they are going to reply to me my reviews! read more

The rental house was pleasantly clean, newly painted and the 2 bathrooms were updated and remodeled. What I also like is the beautiful landscapes in-front of the house which is well maintained.
