Now they just do the most horrible rush job! Even after pointing out a few things when I first picked up my car, (that they did fix after I pointed it out... ) I found so many more things on the inside that there wasn't even an attempt to clean! They lied. I asked for a price for a 3yr ceramic coating on my daughters car and they quoted me 1200. Said come back Monday. Came back Monday and they said it was 1400 and I must have been mistaken. I was not! I was going there every week but not any more. Plus their work on just cleaning a car was subpar. Always had to come home and do some myself. Shatty work. Good riddance! read more

Terrible!! Never went through with a wash. Was denied cleaning on a basic car was, was getting a lot of pressure on buying the $100-200 service. I denied and decided to leave. To make matters worse, a employee had to move a car to let me out and cussed me out..easy to read lips..calling me " f---ing idiot". I've been coming here on and off for the past 4-5 years. It's conveniently only 10 minutes from home and near several dining and shopping options. The staff seems pretty organized and definitely have a system down with detailing the car once it's out of the automated wash. I appreciate that their team details your car (vacuum, dusting/wiping dash and other surfaces, etc) near the front window so clients can see what they're doing - very transparent about their service. I've been happy with the job they do. I typically just get the $16.99 full service wash which includes the exterior wash and the basic interior detailing (vacuum and wiping windows and dashboard & door surfaces). It's an additional $1 for a regular sized SUV. The other services seem a bit expensive. I was interested in some extra interior care and the package I was offered was another $34.99. I opted out b/c I wasn't intending on getting a $52 carwash. But, if you can afford it, they have a ton of other exterior and interior packages. read more

Took my 2015 Lexus IS 250 here for a wash & wax and they completely ruined my clear coat. Scratches all in it. I've gone to them many times in the past with good results, so I was completely thrown off when I noticed the damage. Jordan, the "manager" claimed that nothing that they have in the shop can do any damage like that. When I told him that I've gotten the wax package with them before in the past & had no issues, all he could tell me that somebody else obviously had to do the damage. They were the only car wash that I trusted waxing my car and for them to dismiss me so blatantly shows lack of care for their customers. **When I went to a body shop for an explanation on how the damage could've been done, I was told that it either could be from the following: 1. Brushes inside of the car wash tunnel being filthy enough to cause damage. 2. The equipment that they use to apply the wax having debris on it. I already know of one other person who has the same damage on their vehicle from this place... Learn from our mistake. Don't waste your time dealing with high school students applying wax and playing manager. read more

I have a 2010 Pontiac G-6, which is in great shape, but showing its age. For Father's Day, my children gave me a gift of a full detailing at Hamilton Mill Car Wash. To put it simply, they did a spectacular job. Many minor scratches disappeared and the new-car sheen was back. The interior leather felt and smelt like new. Most impressive, the headlight covers, which had become cloudy with age, were crystal clear! Very, very pleased with everything! read more

Unfortunately after 4 years of getting my cars detailed here. Over the past year the quality of my details has gone down. I know turnover is high, students work there etc. and I like to support my community. But my last wash last week was terrible. I had to ask them to do 4 basic things to my car. I've began walking around the car to inspect. I tip well...but I'm no longer going to patronage Hamilton Mill Car wash. I'll take my car elsewhere. Where there is supervision. I don't mind paying for a service, but stop rushing through things ( by the way) the day I went it wasn't busy at all. read more

Would not recommend. Have been going here since 2010 and services are not what they used to be. Used to be much better managed. The manager at most times is sitting in his office. On 3 occasions have they typed in the wrong licence plate number to track my free wash. Men's restroom out of TP. Has to use paper towels on my son. Overall clean of the car is a 4.5/10. Have been going here for years but recent experience has not been good. Had gift certificate for 5 full washes including interior and 2 of 5 since January 1, 2020 have not been acceptable. Today I literally took the vacuum away from the guy and did the seats myself before I drove off. There were still coffee dribbles on the console and sand/dirt on the floor mats and seats. I asked them to do the trunk and it wasn't even opened. The one before this one wasn't terrible but wasn't great. After I use up my remaining 2 washes on my certificate I won't be back and will tell family not to gift me these here again. read more

I have been going to Hamilton Mill Car Wash for a long time. I think the actual cleanliness of the tunnel and the equipment makes a big deal in getting my car clean. My only complaint is really that you have to go at "off" times if you don't want to wait because they can get really, really busy. It is a double edged sword to be too busy or not busy enough. The prices seem to have escalated quicker than inflation over the last couple of years to the point that I have sometimes moved to the "vacuum your own car" places at times. That said, if I have the time, this is my FIRST choice in car washes for sure. read more

This place is completely dishonest with the worst customer service I have experienced at a carwash EVER!! I sat there with my five year old for almost two hours, come to find out, when I go looking for my car and it's PARKED, that my car had been ready for who knows how long.. talked to the manager, who was like 10, and completely useless and unapologetic. He said they call every car, but I hadn't moved the whole time and was more than ready to leave with the my little maniac in tow... Go out to my car and they had also STOLEN about $4 in change! I know 100% because I had cleaned out my car and put it all in there literally right before I left to get it washed! Again, completely unapologetic .. the manager said he checked the guys pockets, I watched, he didn't.. but I seriously don't care about the change-it's the principle. They would have gotten a $5 tip, but hopefully they enjoy my quarters and this review instead. Absolutely awful service!! And,the actual car wash is mediocre at best. NEVER AGAIN! And, I promise I will make sure every friend I have in a 20 mile radius knows that these people are low life THIEVES!! And to respond... First, I said thank you to the guy that handed me my phone. I've been coming here since 2013 or maybe before. Never had major issue, but the last few visits have been a disappointment and today was not different. After paying for "Platinum" service I had to ask the young men to wipe off some spots which may be understandable. However the car still had bird drops that were noticeable. He did wiped it off, but only after I walked around it, but my car is white and when I got home I saw more areas that will still dirty that I did not spot on site, including the trunk and rear bumper. Rear view mirrors were dirty and all four tire rims were still dirty. The place is cleaned with many sitting areas, but they should be more detailed oriented, after all we come to a car wash to have our cars detailed. read more

Decent car wash. Do not waste money on value add services here. Starting with the undercarriage wash ( platinum package I believe) The undercarriage wash consists of 4-6 nozzles that equate to the strength of squirt guns. Problem is, the stream only reaches a roughly 12" height at most. That's not going to do much for a truck undercarriage. In fact , I stood and watched the sprayers miss my differential and rear axle, which are the lowest points of the undercarriage area!! They always miss lower quarter panel dirt and bugs on the grill, every time . I usually have to get the detailers to go back over the lower quarter panels and grill every time as well. This time , he used window cleaner to clean the grill , getting overspray all over my hood. Glad My wax job wasn't recent , as window cleaner strips wax folks.Now for the hand/ buffer wax service a few months ago. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. And with that , you get dried wax all over your trim and window seals. So I later have to take spray detailer and magic eraser to remove it, in my driveway. But I guess that's what you get with a high school kid running a detail job. Bottom line , use elbow grease and do it yourself folks. Or at least buy nothing more than the gold package wash at most. read more

I went here today to wash my 2012 Ford Focus. Not only is there basic wash and inside cleaning more than Champions Car Wash in Buford, but they actually had the nerve to charge me an extra $1 for a "mid size car" because it was a hatchback. Are you kidding me? I've been here a few times when Champions was closed for some reason and always found the quality to be way behind Champions. I will NEVER come here again. Awful, and all the is ever around working is teenagers. Be nice to see an adult around every now and then. read more
