They pull my car in and just stand around looking at it and talking for 25 mins. It's a new Honda, not a weird space mobile. I ask "are you able to do this?" He says yes, and should be 45min. The two original guys keep talking to a third that arrived, looking confused. I don't trust they can do the job correctly and tell them I'm leaving. 45 minutes wasted. Got some Kicker speakers, sub, and an amp for my car. The stock audio is garbage compared to any kind of audio upgrade. I think it's preferred to bring cash for your payments! Just Audio also has a bunch of different options in upgrading your car, outside of simply audio. They have a huge plethora of cameras and other electronics for your car needs. This place is super shady. The dash camera I bought from them, stop working after 3 months. At first they said I had a one year warranty, when they first sold it to me. Adam the owner said I had the old model for the dash cam and I later called Acumen and they mentioned I have the newest model. The M4. Adam tried charging me $450 for the same model I have. Also, when they replaced my rear view camera, they never gave back my original camera.. they kept it and didn't mention anything. I didn't know it was swapped out. Found out later. Eric at the front desk talks like he knows what he's talking about, but he's full of it. Don't trust this place. Update on my review: went to a different reliable and professional car company to look at my dash cam. They mentioned the person who installed it, did the wiring so bad, that it could have caught on fire. read more

I have a 20 Silverado crew cab. I needed a complete re-wire to relocate my LC6, and 2 amps to the back wall of the cab behind the seat. So I could fit my dual 10" ported box under my rear seat. I knew what had to be done, and how much labor was required. I shopped around and ended up going with these guys. I called Ceaser and we set up a time to go over the details. Everything got done in 1 day, while a couple other shops quoted me minimum 2 days (so they could try to gouge me on labor). The price was fantastic, and the installer did a great job. I'm bummed I have to write this because everyone at the shop is nice, but they fully let me down on my install. The shop scheduling/organization is atrocious. I have finally given up trying to get them to fix the issue because I'm tired of taking my car there "for a couple hours" then at 6 pm being told "we didn't get finished, can you leave the car overnight?" or with the last time "The installer I have coming in for you is running late, let me text you at 11." followed by radio silence for probably 2 weeks now. And the last time was after the installer "called in sick" the day before. If you can't do the job right just let me know so I can find someone that can. Even if you just don't want to do the job, just let me know rather than pretending it's gonna be done some day. The positive is, they never charged me any more money even though I only paid for a 1 day install that has ended up taking at least 4.5 days with 3 separate trips over 4 months because they don't seem to know how to fix the problem. Oh yeah, the first installer also drilled a hole in my center storage console without asking. You don't make unnecessary, irreparable changes without approval. Overall, just a really poor experience. read more
