Amazing work, no bs, straightforward, great price. I never had an issue here. I used to do to a different place and they would mess up my stuff and try to up charge me. I don't have any of that issues here at Sully's. Customer service is great and they're very honest. They work fast too. Had my O2 sensors fixed here for a P0420 code and was fixed. My check engine light never went on since, whereas other places were trying to get me to change my entire catalytic converter from the jump. I have a Kia sorento and on Monday night it started causing problems. I found Sullys through googling and the man i spoke to on the phone was very friendly and reassuring. Had my car towed there and left for them to look at the next day. The man (i didn't get his name) was so informative and let me know of an ongoing issue with my vehicle make/model and gave me some great advice about what to do next. He charged me a very fair price for diagnostics and an oil change, plus he took care of some extra little things on my car. This place is a joke and they are thieves at best. Came in with a check engine light in $9000 later light still comes on. I went elsewhere and they fixed it within two days. They mentioned that all the work Sullys did was unnecessary. He sure is a sweet talker that Robert. My suggestion if you continue dealing with these fools inspect their work, you'll find loose bolts amongst other things. (9/25 update) As someone who's VERY discriminating about my cars, both mechanically and cosmetically, Sully's is my "go to" repair facility and has been for several years. From my first visit to his previous location, I knew I'd finally found the holy grail of honesty, fairness, expertise and total professionalism ........12 years later that still holds true. Went in to get brakes and transmission fluid done and they returned my car with a check engine light (check engine light code showed as transmission problem) Then asked to replace a solenoid for $800 (this was with a "discount " he said" then got my car back only to still have a check engine light right after. Wasted $800, not included previous work done. My car was perfectly fine before bringing it in. No check engine light present before they worked on it. read more

We had gone to two other chain places who said they weren't sure what was going on but it was fine and to keep driving it. Decided to take it to a local place and I couldn't be happier. Got an affordable price at Sullys for brake pads, sensor and service. The whole diagnosis process was only 15 mins and problem solved. Finding a mechanic can be really difficult as theyre either trying to take your money, do faulty repairs or just act like they don't want you in the establishment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called ahead, they told me to come in, and confirmed someone would be ready. When I showed up -- no greeting, no friendliness, no professionalism, just blank stares. I was told to return in one hour. An hour and a half later my tire still hadn't even been touched. The front desk was clueless, the employees were rude and careless, and nobody took responsibility. I had to search for my own tire due to the lack of customer service. I grabbed my tire and left. The only star I'll give is for them giving me my money back for a bad tire repair so I can take it somewhere else where they know what they are doing. The tech wasn't knowledgeable in what he was doing and the owner seemed to contradict himself in what he normally does versus what he should have done or not done. I brought in my Hyundai 2013 and Corolla 2013 recently and they are running so much better, Having fun driving them again. I had check engine light on the Hyundai and was recommended a Top End cleaning, Sully explained what will be cleaned, but I never expected my car to run so much better, highly recommend this to be done to your old car. The Corolla 2013 my girls car, is now running like it did back in 2013, Full synthetic oil change and transmission flush plus two new wheels, So glad they caught those tires before it was too late. Very fast and friendly service at this auto repair center. Took my 07 FJ Cruiser to Sully's and they did a lot of work ensuring the truck was functioning as it should. The bill was an 8th of what the dealership would have been and much lower than many other shops in the area so it was an exceptional value as well. My car was due for service and the place I normally go is in brea which is not convenient. I found this place on yelp and decided to take a chance on a new spot. I honestly don't know much about cars so I'm always weary of being taken advantage of. I called the day before and they said to bring it in at 8am the next morning. The process is check the car in, they called me around noon to tell me what the estimate is and then decide whether to proceed. I got a transmission fluid changed. It was reasonable/ fair price. Beware! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Customer service was terrible. They use plugs in radial tires instead of patches (a big no-no!) and then will deny it even when the plug is visible! When confronted with the concern of the plug instead of the patch and given the opportunity to make it right, the owner and manager got very defensive and extremely rude and gave many excuses. I found Sully's Auto Repair when I was having problems with my Hyundai, and when I took it to the dealership for repairs, they had a three week wait. What???? The reviews here, and the close location, was a selling point. I brought in my car in the next day, and the diagnostic phone call later was friendly and reasonable. I was given a deal, for sure (but any place is more reasonable than a dealership). Robert took the the time to explain several problems and solutions, and he really knows his stuff. I was referred to Sully's by another repair shop that was unable to fix an issue I had with my Volkswagen Winnebago Rialta. I used to love this place. They are honest and never told me my car needed work done that wasn't necessary, BUT... the last couple times I went for an oil change, it wasn't the best experience. I always call a day or two before and ask if I can bring my car in the following day and at a certain time and they always say yes but the last time I went there, the owner was sleeping on the couch. Snoring and everything. When he finally woke up, he asked me if I could come back the following day since they were busy. Even though I had called the day before to make sure it was ok to come. And I left work early to get there before they closed. They ended up doing my oil change that day but I was there waiting for a very long time just for an oil change. I go somewhere else now just because I like to be able to make an appointment and be guaranteed to have my services done when they say they will. read more
