I came in less than a week ago for a gel set , my sister was also in town and we came to Ans Nails to get our nails done. After a week the gel started to peel off . what was even more frustrating was that I called and was told to come in after 12pm today, i walk in and i'm told they are busy to come back at 3pm. I call at 3pm to save me a trip and was told they are busy to come after 4pm, absolutely not. it literally would of taken just a few minutes to fix my nails but they kept rejecting me and telling me they are busy. i will never come here again and forgot to mentioned was charged $145 for my sisters full set when it was only two heart designs. poor experience - i never leave reviews but felt the need to do so because the service and quality work was unexceptional read more

I was in town for training and I needed my nails done. I just picked the closest one to me with the highest review and I'm glad I did! These are my real nails ( w/ 3 tips because they broke) when I tell you she did them so nice and precise! Like you could tell she wanted them to be perfect! I absolutely love them! I just wanted a simple dip full set. They had very few color options to choose from and decided to rush me the entire time im picking my color. I had called prior to getting there and was told it was going to be $45. When i checked out, the total was $65. I'm sorry $65 for basic nails and no nail removal was insane. I asked for short almond and when she asked me if the length was okay, i asked for a little shorter and she told me no she can't or they won't have shape. i get my nails this length and shape every 3 weeks so im not sure why she couldn't. She was pulling my hands roughly, cut me, yanking my hands. Just overall a horrible experience and want a refund and will never go back. read more

My friend and I went here a few days ago, and I was astonished because the reviews were great, but this place was NOT. Their website says acrylic nails are $45+ and in person they said (after doing my nails) the base price was $90, + $30 for ANY design. And for my friend, she was priced $65 for gel after they CUT HER. Now they didn't even apologize after cutting her and she was bleeding the whole time. They didn't even try to clean it. Aside from lying about their prices and cutting her cuticle, the lady who did my design did a terrible job. There are bubbles everywhere and it looks nothing like the design. It looks like the Sweet&Sassy kids nails. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be charged an outrageous amount of money for a bad job. read more

0 would honestly be the most appropriate rating because quality was lacking! The gel polish on my feet started lifting after only 4 hours of leaving the salon. Not to mention how flawed my full set was (terrible nail shaping, sloppy application around the cuticle) they looked awful to say the least. Despite the salon providing me a refund which was good measure given how awful this experience was, I would NEVER EVER step foot or recommend this salon! read more

The lady who did my nails was rude. Not only was she rude but to get coffin shaped nails she told me an additional $20, then when I showed her how I wanted them painted she tried to tell me it would be an additional $35 when I got a French style (the same thing and it would have been less paint) and it was only $7. My young lady who started my pedicure was so nice but no experience. Was not clipping dead skin or cleaning nail beds/shaft. When I said something the lady doing my nails got irritated and took over. I was like I don't care I'm paying to have a complete service. Then she tried to say it would be an extra charge for the basics on what they are trained to do. The paint job on both my nails and toes is crappy. The best part of my experience was the fact that the place is very nice inside but trust me when I say, I will never go back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I was told that the starting rate for another design (which was a long coffin with intricate an intricate hand painted design) was $100. So I chose this design as pictured below shorter and less complicated. You would think max $70, you would be wrong I was charged $140. Listen I could do this design myself with a toothpick. As cute as it is, it is not worth $140. I did not want to make a scene when I left, and they were busy. So I called and complained to the manager, she said the nail tech was busy and to call at the end of the day. I called later and she said there would be no refund but to come back in. WHY WOULD I COME BACK IN? When we denied that ridiculous offer of coming back in the manager just hung up. So moral of the story don't go here. read more

I'm not a big review person but with so many choices, I expected a little more professionalism. It was my first visit to this salon. There was only one other customer there at the time. I asked for a gel pedi and dipping powder mani with tips. I asked the girl doing my pedi to soak off the old gel and asked that she not use the drill to remove it. She said okay and proceeded to use the drill instead of soaking off. This is done as a timesaver but there was only one other person there. I pay the extra $$ for gel bc it lasts longer and my nails don't break as easy. After applying the gel polish and top coat, she proceeded to use the nail file on my toes while doing the final check. This totally defeated the purpose of paying for gel since now the free edge of the nails were no longer sealed with polish. The guy doing my nails was in a hurry and a little rough. He was definitely not a perfectionist. While gluing the tips on, I pointed to several of them had visible gaps and weren't adhered to the nails well. He didn't appreciate the feedback and did not correct his technique and when applying the powder, he missed coating the entire nail. I don't expect them to last long. The woman that greeted me when I arrived was friendly and gave me a super small glass of wine, that I would bet a paycheck had been watered down. No offer of a refill, in fact, she didn't speak to me again, even when I left. All these things together and I guess I know why there was only one other customer there. read more
