Wayne was able to jet my new bike to fit the kind of riding I do, and he gave me a lengthy overview on how to take care of the bike properly. In addition, the staff at Wayne is always available over the phone to answer my dumb questions. I look forward to getting my bike serviced here when I inevitably put it into a tree or rock - something that I'm sure will happen all too soon. I found the bike I like and asked the 2 closest staff for information (the bikes did not have any tags). The two played hot potato so I went and used their restroom first. When I came back to the same bike, with my helmet and riding jacket in hand, nobody seemed very motivated to want to deal with me. So I left and have decided to see if I can make the purchase from Village Motorsports, 23436 Constitution Hwy, Unionville, VA 22567 instead. Their staff is so much friendlier and actually great you when you enter their facility.

He didn't just stop and help me, he asked me to come to his shop and let him look at it. He went to the point of making sure my tires had the right PSI. Eric showed me some tips and trips and gave me knowledge on proper maintenance of my motorcycle to avoid future issues. At the end he didn't even charge me, just wanted me to have a safe trip. Thats customer service.
